just booked mandalay bay for 311 day,since the show is at the mandalay arena. my main question is this: i'll be riding speed, but is it woth riding new york new york? I'm not much of a credit whore, so I don't care if I miss out on a crappy coaster, and it looks pretty rough

LSU had another top 10 class, and that's really all that matters. A lot of these guys never pan out, but if your program is consistently in the top 10 recruiting-wise and you have decent coaching, your team should be top 10-15 every season.

Looks interesting with the really cold weather. Can't say I've ever been there when it's been below 55 degrees. I went once in December and stayed off all the water rides except Splash Mountain. It's interesting, I never knew this place existed but saw it when I went to 3-11 day in Memphis in 2006. I even took a picture of the coaster. I'm pretty sure it was closed back then.

i'm heading to vegas for the first time in march for the opening leg of my honeymoon. We're only staying for 2 days before going out to hawaii, but i've got a super bowl bet i'm hoping to cash in, which will make the trip that much sweeter. I'll probably post back here with some questions once it gets closer

Who Dat! I gotta say, I cried tonight. Being at this game was just incredible. The Vikes gave up the game, thankfully. Just an unbelievable feeling right now.

Everyone's gonna pull themselves. The Super Bowl teams obviously won't be represented, and that could be the 2 starting quarterbacks. good job, NFL. Look, the pro bowl doesn't matter, so you may as well keep it after the super bowl so at least the great players from that season will play.
