From looking at the pictures the park seems very dead. I guess this goes to show to only purchase Fastlane if you can see/know the park will be extremely busy.

Definetly hit up the rides that do not have Fastlane first. The Fly and Skyrider come to mind because they generally have long queues and are lacking Fastlane. I find the burgers at Coasters are pretty good along with the footlong hotdogs sold throughout the park. Also, many queues do not have shade so I would suggest wearing sunscreen and bringing a hat. Have fun!

I have had a pretty good year so far Canada's Wonderland Knott's Berry Farm (frist visit!) Disney California Adventure (also first visit) I am planning to get to Cedar Point this summer as well

I went to DCA today for the first time and thought I would give a quick review of Carsland, and the park itself. I was impressed with the theming and Buena Vista street. I enjoyed the trolley ride and the newspapers along with the constant entertainment around the street. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in line at 8am to get a fastpass for RSR. I got a 4:00 return time and all tickets were gone at 8:40 ish. The standby line was 2 hours when I used my fastpass ticket at 4. As for RSR. I liked the ride, I thought it was fun and above average for most Disney rides. Is it an AMAZING ride, no. I personally prefer Test Track or other types of rides. The theming was top notch and the ride was pretty short (IMO). Is this ride an E ticket? YES. I don't really know what the contant arguing of is this an E ticket or not.. it is. In other notes, I really liked the Redds Lemonade from the Cones restaurant and Flows steak was just OK. I am debating wether I should do a PTR or not..

I am visiting the park for the first time on Tuesday. Could anyone let me know how crowds will be? Will it be less busy later in the day that school kids are gone or has Orange Country Schools already started summer break?

Does anyone have a good strategy for hitting up Knott's? I was thinking on riding Xcelleracer first than going to Boomerang after. Is there a better way to tackle the park? Also, I will be visiting on thursday of next week, how will crowds be? Is it worth it to purchase a Fast Lane or can I go without it. Thanks!

^ Thank you! It looks like I will grab my Fastpasses for Racers first than get WOC FP's. If they are out I will take your advice and watch it near Mermaid.

Just a quick question about DCA.. how quickly do Fastpasses for WOC go out? I want to run to RSR grab a fast pass for that go on a few rides and than make my 2nd fast pass of the day for WOC.. will they still be available for the first show or should I forget it and just show up early to watch the show?

I really like your design! One comment, the drop looks very under supported.. you should add some supports there.. otherwise I like it!

Could someone please explain to me what the "babysitter" effect is? I kind of saw this price increase coming. Since they are adding Cars land they probably think that more people will pay the higher price which I believe is true.

I know this gets asked A LOT but here goes. I am heading out to DCA on either June 19th or June 20th haven't decided the date yet. Which day is better to visit the park? I am expecting the worst due to Carsland and the DCA expansion so what would be a good plan of attack? Should I go right at rope drop to Fastpass racers or should I fast pass a different ride? Anyone have and tips on the park / also what is a good way to view WOC and is it worth it to stay that long? Thank you!

Went on Leviathan today and thought I would share this quick video I took of the first drop http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NsB-yNRJ828 The ride was excellent! I loved the first drop! It had crazy floater air the whole way down! It's one of my top 5 coasters for sure and I suggest that everyone comes and checks it out!

Ahh the indoor scrambler.. I seriously love that ride! I went to Toronto Islands last year for a bike ride.. the park was nicer than I remembered. Even though it wouldn't really be a terrible loss it would still be sad to see it go, lots of families go there every year.

Did you manage to get a ride on Toy Story Mania? Great report. Rock N Roller is my #3 top coaster which is weird I know but I just love it!

^ Lol. Thoughts on the sign? I kinda like it now as the old sign was really small on that stone statue thing. This looks much better taking up the entire entrance. Is testing still going on throughout the day?
