I change my vote, i think they are going to go through Minneapolis. Delta 1055 left DTW at 7:50 and it was a 767-300, so a widebody jet. after that. no clue.

The picture of them getting onto a plane was a widebody Jet, so i would say they are going international. The fact that they are still posting and the wi-fi still works makes me think they are going west (or south) not east, as if they were going east they would of lost signal by now (Delta's WI-fi doesnt work over the ocean). I dont think there going to Japan though. That is too easy, and they will be there in 4 weeks.

I work in the Convention Business and i have to say that all the Gaylords have some of the worst service out there. There model is based upon turning heads in beds, and because they are not trying to attract leisure travelers, or business travelers that are doing anything other than going to the convention, they never seem to put in any effort. I was hoping the Marriott management would help, as i usually am impressed with Marriott but i was just at the Gaylord National in January for 10 nights and it was still just as bad.

i much prefer to buy shirts from the smaller parks like Magic Forest, feel like i'm supporting a family run establishment, and there usually higher quality.

Love all the different shirts. Shirts are the one thing i collect from parks too, and its cool looking back at them and remembering all the trips i took!

I think Scandi will be my most expensive coming up, im already at about 5500 for that, and i'm sure by the time were done i will be around 6500-7k. I get lucky on a lot of my trips though as I travel a lot for work and have a bunch of Hotel and Airline points that i can use. The downside is I like to keep my status with United, so sometimes i end up paying a little bit more for my flights, but it is worth it in the long run.

I wouldnt trust the model at all, i wonder of the Scale of some of these items. Only in Dubai could i see them putting in full scale Replica's of these items.

2014 Will be a Banner year, with over 150 Credits, and 45 Parks. If i can just book a Trip to Africa i would see all 6 continents next year in between my work and Personal trips. I was wondering around the Emirates Mall today, and i noticed a large Model of a new Complex that they are building in Dubai Called FalcolnCity of Wonder. The model showed 2 coasters, including one Looping. It is also going to Include Replica's of the Eifel Tower, The Gaza Pyramids, Tower of Pisa, Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Town of Venice, a Large Mall, and Lots of Housing. IRM RIdes had an interesting post on there Facebook page today. They said they were working to help small privately owned independent parks expand and rebuild, and they also mentioned that they were working with Premier Rides for some Skyrocket II proposals,. Do you think this may have something to do with KK and possibly putting in a similar ride to Superman?

Scandi most definitely will be the highlight. I'm also less than 20 wooden coasters away from riding everyone in the US, so i will be pushing to try to get to the rest of them next year.

My Vote goes to Silverwood, Lagoon, or Michigans Adventure. They are all far enough out there that it is a flight just for that park. In Smaller parks, Waterville USA is on my list, just because again, there is nothing close. Puyallup Fair is a Pain, not because its far away but its only open for like 3 weeks a year.

I am finding direct from Dulles to Copenhagen around 750. I figured i would then just buy a one way to Helsinki, but it seems like really good rates right now for Europe Next Summer. I am looking at doing a in to Paris and out of Rome for august, and that is around 800.

All in for Scandi and Mini New Hotness, Hoping to swing Weird Japan too, just have to convince work that they should let me take 7 weeks off next year, as i already have another 2 week trip to Europe planned... I wish the US would give European style Vacations!
