Amazing water slides
timetrial3141592 replied to FLIPDUDE's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The Cannonball. It is a mild enclosed slide that ends 12 feet above the water. When I rode it, I thought, "This is boring. And here's the end already. *go through end* wait. THE WATER's 12 FEET BELOW ME! AAAA!" *splash* Or "H2 Oh No!" This is a normal speed slide... with a 110 foot drop. Or the Cliff Diver. A short slide that ends 18 feet above water level. "AAAAAA!" *splash* -
Stand up Coasters

This is the problem. Riddler's (easily the best ride at SFMM) is the only quality B+M Standup. -
If you wish for a proof, here it is: The RCT2 coasters actually look curved, while RCT3 is composed of straight segments. The RCT2 peep is more realistic, because he is never seen up close and therefore can be imagined to be realistic. RCT2 has a feature that allows you to track the coaster speed as it is traveling, and I have yet to see anything that useful in 3. Furthermore, the coasters in 3 lose momentum too fast. The custom scenery in 2 is better, and the colors are more realistic. The flats in 3 are better, but the RCT2 coasters, in my opinion, are better than the coasters in 3. I did notice that. I also noticed YOU did not back up your statement.

Your favorite coaster tunnel

SROS's second tunnel, because it means that you are about to experience some insane airtime. -
You're welcome.

I am putting an "accuracy disputed" block up there right now. EDIT: A new template was put up.

In order to be a coaster: The rolling stock must have wheels. The rolling stock must go through at least two changes in elevation. The rolling stock must be powered by gravity for at least 1/4 the ride. Therefore these are NOT coasters: Dudley DoRight Dragon (at Canobie) These ones are: Superman: The Escape Mack AquaCoasters Alpine Slides Intamin 1st-gen freefalls

So? I regenerated a topic that was dead for well over a year. -
I have to get this off my back as well. I suck at themeing, and I kinda like the chaotic effect the plopping-down-of-rides brings to my park. However, I think Idylwild Beach does need some flats. The problem with flats is it leaves me with empty coaster trains, which depresses me. Fortunately, 1994 brings a bunch of themeing. (I'm up to 2001 here, and I think that I need more themeing.)

1993 The Beach was taken over by Idylwild Corporation, owner of Idylwild Heights and Idylwild Mine. The park is now Idylwild Beach, but Idylwild allows each of its parks to develop differently. Now flush with cash, Idylwild Beach decided to buy a B+M inverted coaster, Falcon. The layout is based loosely off Batman: The Ride, but this coaster features a "cobra roll" and airtime. It is the tallest and longest inverted coaster in the world. Falcon.
