  1. Tim - the pic of Terry with Bill reading is remarkable-I hope Hanno is jealous?? !!
  2. ^it would be more perfect in my back yard
  3. Crikey - a huge Blue Peter Badge in the swimming pool Won't be staying there anytime soon myself (like NEVER) as a week here could get a couple of great TPR trips for sure. However if I win the lottery I will post a PTR.
  4. Peter great pics as ever and nice to see you again (albeit briefly) in Europe. Quick Q as I have bust yet another camera. I remember yours being able to take great night shots so what camera do you use? Cheers Steve
  5. I loved the dark ride bit of Flying D - it was mega....the coaster element not so much
  6. ^^pleased to see you are putting yourself to good use whilst lying around doing nothing much waiting for final results (good luck with that BTW) ^thankfully there is more than one shirt so perhaps there could be some kind of auction at Christies with bidders from around the world looking to get a piece of the limited edition action. I think the highest bid will go to the KidTums artistic interpretation of marking off a box - Tracy Emin eat your heart out. Big Mike - you must include one in the next trivia contest prize list if not two - you could have one washed and one unwashed....well maybe not
  7. couldn't agree more Ben - I sacrificed most of the free beer time to split my time between Troy, (most but not all time spent there) Booster Bike, crazy Japan style bobkart stuff and log flume craziness - avoiding the slide of poo, the triangle of death and the ropes course of massacre at the same time. - the flying chairs were top - and I had several spins on those too! - no rust on the chains so I felt fairly safe (as safe as you can on those things). Anyway along with the free beer there was free wine so a couple of pints of the vin blanc kept me going good! I was only sorry to miss the last Troy train to leg it back to the bar to collect my bag - only to discover you had rescued it for me regardless- thanks for that BTW
  8. Great stuff big Mike - and the friends/family... section was a sweet touch appreciated by everyone I'm sure. What is the total count for the roadshow so far? Cheers Steve
  9. just back from there - heck it looks like I need to go back again in 2009....and would be delighted too anyway without this interesting sounding addition.
  10. ^Elz - for the record I think we had better be clear that it was not anyone from TPR who had the accident (bad accident -rear end issue....OMFG) as it happened before we arrived!
  11. Also just back - the washing machine is loaded and I have the Euro MIR sound track on at level 8,000 dbs and a can of Stella in hand (missed you baby) Truly fantastic trip thanks a million to the organisers (you know who you are ) and for everyone on the trip for making this such a fun time. Bloody damn work tomorrow.....oh well Cheers all Steve
  12. Lou - not meaning to diss you but whilst you may have had many stupid ideas, this was not one of them! I look forward to Lou's 2008 year in review as much as anyone. Just do it
  13. OMG - through the trees and COLLAGED - I get to do the Happy Dance twice in a week Lots of great memories, I really enjoyed Korea certainly as much as Japan (although the food not so much...) and wish I was going back this year. See ya tomorrow Lou YAY
  14. ^Hey Mike - take a look at the Calendar thread under RCCGB mini tour cheers and hope you can make something, (but I don't think on this list there will be anything to excite you just now) If not see you on the continent (as we Brits call it) Steve -we Brits don't put a line through our sevens-C
  15. Ugh - so you couldn't have waited a week so some of us Brits could meet up with hot chicks and all that hot chick goodness?????. As ever, I am in awe of your sardonic captions, and very perturbed by your happy smiling face, it looked like you really had a good time. (unnerving ) Never been to this park so looking forward to all that it has to offer, including perhaps a Debbie Harry love in at the weekend. Later SC
  16. ^ in 2004 I should have said, but still - very painful and NOT FUN, but I guess you will have to take my word for that given the existing policy.
  17. Staying with the rain issue I thought I'd stick my oar in but only to say that I've ridden MF in the rain and wouldn't plan on doing so again. On the plus side of this experience it would save you a packet on exfoliation treatment and it is probably a one hit cure for acne.
  18. Men in Suits? - QUALITY -a theme within a theme, it rocks
  19. Hey Mike - whilst I am sure all your fantastic bikini shots are 'authorised' I just wondered if the photo technique you use is similar to this guys. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/7397426.stm He does not seem to have been so lucky, but has been 'at it' a while longer than you. Be safe out there
  20. Jeez Mike - can't believe you have not been arrested! - but my favourite if I have to vote (and I think I should) is #23.
  21. ^jeez Rich LOL Mike, your captions 'capture' it, glad I wasn't there.....no wait, I mean sorry I missed out on the fun!
  22. Would that not make it even more of a collectors item?
  23. This report is, well you... it is like you are speaking in my ear and as ever it was your usual LOL stuff. Thanks As for BM and the scary tee-shirt (Holland, Netherlands duplo) I could have been guilty of producing something similar until I learned last year that Canada is part of North America. Who knew? - not me for sure. I do think BM should print a new shirt each month with ticks in the boxes to mark out what has been achieved so far - marker pen ticks just won't wash! (or rather will wash right out) Anyway Rich, I expect to see at least one pic of you on Mikes uber thread. I'm off there now to check that out Cheers Steve
  24. ^ are you making the Korea visit this fall?? (That's Autumn for the non doms)
  25. The 'Brits' say there is an awful lot more to a TPR trip than the beer! - It is nice that the beer is there, but we could take it or leave it really.....no really...... Thanks for the super mega update, which reminded me of many a good time I had perhaps forgotten (in the general haze of life, NOT the general haze of beer intake...it's all good )
