Hey Robb, do you have any estimate on how long the tickets will be available for Knott's? I'm probably going to bring a couple friends that need to pay me first before I send in the order, and I kind of want to know if I should start pestering him/them for money or not. If you don't know/don't want to say, I completely understand. Thanks! Hopefully I'll see ya'll at KBFWCB! -Atem122

While the U.S does the most trafficking on this site, the second place country is India!

^I personally like that card a lot, the logo and background are cool. I think the fact that the card is more coaster oriented and not amusement park oriented will probably dock you "points," but it's still pretty cool. One more thing that I kind of dislike about it is the weird graph-looking-thing you have in the bottom left corner, it looks like it's there for the sake of having something there. Personally, the name you used for the user and user name have almos completely sold me on this idea

Commentary: 1. X2-My #1 ride. It's going to take me riding a ton of coasters all around to find a better drop than that. 2. Terminator Salvation-Back row at night (with a full moon, slight condensation on the track, and a belly full of papa johns pizza..jk) is pretty much a ritual experience for me. By far the most out of control ride I have ever been on. 3. Viper-A pretty underrated ride. I used to hate it, but ever since its rehab (almost a couple years ago) I really haven't had a bad ride on it. I love the giant drop, the really tall and forceful loops, and all the hangtime. I prefer it over B&M loopers because you can get off and remember the experience, something most B&Ms don't give me. 4. Goliath- This ride is a force beast. I love the airtime hill and the helix of death! 5. Tatsu- I've ridden it so many times that this ride is just boring. After the first drop until the egg turn (which still isn't that fun), this ride is a bore fest. Its only redeeming qualities are its lift hill, egg turn (because of the view) and pretzel loop. 6. Riddler's Revenge- One of my favorite B&M layouts, it gives you something very different from the standard B&M experience (and not just because it's standing up). What I like most about it is that it doesnt have a very conservative layout, there's hangtime, airtime, it's long, and it's forceful *insert joke about something else being long and forceful here*. And that last corkscrew is just the icing on the cake. 7. Deja Vu- A very fun ride. The lift hill is nerve racking because it's so damn high (even though it really doesn't look that high from the ground). It's very forceful, and it's also really fun looking to the left on the first tower and seeing how small Terminator is in comparison. 8. Batman: The Ride- It's the standard Batman, it'll rip your legs off with its force, but I find it kinda uncomfortable, and short. 9. Ninja- A classic Arrow, very fun at night. 10. Goldrusher- A night ride in the back on this is something you really need to do. 11. Revolution- Cool terrain following layout hidden by the trees...but those damn ostrs. 12. Scream- Any ride that was literally dropped in Childbirth can die for all I care. 13. Superman: The Escape- It can be fun..ish...sometimes. 14. Colossus - There really isn't much thrill that can be had out of this thing. But it looks cool!

UPDATE!!!! 1/17/09 Reason: You'll f***'n see. It's a nice day all up in the high mountain part of this ride...ever so nice... Lockers and fast pass zone...not very special, I may change it if someone gives me the right idea about it. The retracting gate is completely necessary. The last time I saw this much bush was Friday night... /*pukes* Now to the untrained eye, this may look exactly the same as the last update. However, if you look closely...I added tires! Oy gavult! What an elevation change! Pure, pure beauty. NOT! First drop hotness. It's so hot, we're in a relationship. You spin my head right round right round...wait, that reminds me too much of another website. Da Gah rass bo wel. The final turn is so cute you want to reach out and pet it. That said, never try to reach out and pet an inverted coaster. Baaaaaad things happen. Can you point out the spot that still needs to be themed?! Overview of the ride. But wait, there's more! There's gonna be a (themed) splash battle too! "I opened the window and a breeze rolled in and I j**zed in my pants." Check out the magical floating queue! ...that WILL be apocalypse themed...in time. Cluster**** example 1. Cluster**** example 2. Splash Battle overview. New terraforming! And gotta end it with a sexy picture! Trailer! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFOvggKx_TA It's NOT as slow as it looks btw.

^The aquatrax was a joke, and Kingda Ka was down for about half the season this year..granted it was due to a lightning strike, but I'm just saying, I doubt we'll ever see another strata coaster. I'd rather see an actually good ride put into SFMM, one with a real layout and airtime...which seems to be some kind of taboo in California.
-
My oh my.... First off: Ninja AND Deja Vu are simply closed for their yearly maintenance...it's either that or they're going to build an aquatrax in their locations. Secondly: Thrill shot doesn't necessarily need to come down in order to put a drop tower in, both the late Freefall and Thrill Shot operated simultaneously. Also, the Tower of Power at SFOT is an S&S drop tower. Thirdly: Building Kingda Ka would be a huuuuuge mistake on SFMM (or any park's) part. That coaster is extremely problematic and extremely expensive. Plus, there may not even be enough room for the giant support tower that the ride has should S:tE ever go.

^They do have the same seating capacity usually, but with my experiences with stand ups (Riddler's), their loading process takes a decent amount of time longer -
Dude, report the teacher, that's not his business at all, and he shouldn't be making these assumptions.

If you could tear down one coaster

^I'm a 16 year old athlete, and that's the only ride ever to make my back hurt. You've been warned...although I have a feeling it can't be much worse (if even) than your Rampage since they're designed by the same company -
I just learned that the girl I liked in elementary school used to have a crush on me, damn. ...Though she does go to my school now I also had an unofficial girlfriend in 8th grade, I guess we both liked each other, but nothing really developed. And I recently really liked this one girl, but she couldn't commit to going to a free candy convention, so f*** that! And not a single bit of action in 16 years of existence, although one of my friends did hold my hand on her boob, she claimed that it was an accident, but she's kinda skanky, so I beg to differ

I was really bored in AP Euro 2 days ago, so I blasted Superfreak from my iPod, every kid in the class heard it, but my teacher didn't notice, so it was a major success.

I frequently discuss the meaning of life with my friends as I am riding coasters. I didn't say that I carry on a full blown conversation or anything, I just like to talk to my friends on rides, see their reactions, and laugh with them etc.; I didn't realize it was that rare of a thing. Nor did I originally bring up the point of being isolated on the ride as Themeparkman25 said: This is where I got the inference of being isolated from, and then you (Jarmor) chimed in about the isolation issue: My original comment was a reply to this quote. My comment in no way stated that the isolation would really ruin the ride experience, it just stated my slight preference, and my assumed preference of other people around my age if this isolation issue is in fact true. I for one wouldn't like sitting in a seat alone with about 4 feet between me and my friend, so I assumed that other people of my age (since I am a teenager) may feel the same. I don't expect to see any complaining about it or anything as it really isn't that big of a deal. Again, the ride experience wont be ruined, I'm sure it will be JUST about as fine, hell, it'll be better for people who don't want to be sitting next to people, I'd just rather sit next to someone than on my own. Better yet, forget I just said anything. That said, I am still somewhat looking forward to this ride (even though it's still pretty similar to B&M's latest coasters/I'll probably never have the money to make it out and ride this). It at least looks like the most original of the Cedar Fair hypers of recent years. And I'm sure the trains will give you a nice and open feeling -

I didn't necessarily mean to say that it'd ruin the ride or anything, I just said that most people would prefer not being isolated. For instance, Deja Vu has the same kind of seating, and it's kind of annoying riding with a friend, but not being able to talk to him or her on it because he's a good 4 feet away (and in Vu's case, pretty hidden from your view). I'm just saying that most people would probably prefer a ride where you're sitting next to someone (well I guess that's true for the first seats in each car), especially if they're scared, which the gp will most likely be on a coaster this size.
