Public transit to both parks is bound to be quite time consuming and still add up money wise. I'd keep digging more for car rentals to make your life a little easier and do the cost vs time analysis. Also beware of 95 traffic and all the potential beach traffic if the weather turns out to be nice for the weekend, though if you leave early Friday or late thursday night you should miss a lot of it. For reference I'm in Arlington and bgw with light speeding takes at least 2.5 hours to get to, KD usually 1.5 hours if traffic is cooperating.

Went for a few rides during the ert thing yesterday and kind of agree, since it was enough to make me have to be selective on rows. Other than those few spots on the turn around the ride otherwise is still incredible and kicks all kinds of ass! More importantly that new bar right by El Toro is ideal

^ yea, there is no way I'll get him in time to finish the timed quest. Still need 4 dollar bills...

Missed a bunch of the Mobster update items and things... trying my best to get all the Magic Mike stuff though

Buying tickets next week, excited for a weekend of friends and fun.

I found both rides and restraints to be the same. I felt like Tempsto''s trains are a bit more cramped to get in and out of. The "comfort collar" doesn't hurt and seemed to not cause any problems at all for anyone.

During the morning soft opening they were cranking out the trains quite quickly. The station is well staffed and they seem to be finding their flow during these openings. The fanny packs are offered and don't seem to be required except if you have visible loose articles or even hats in Chuck and I's case. Since they were handing them out at the entry everyone seemed to have their articles in their fanny packs and ready to go by the station. If this continues it should help with any delays due to hats and other various things in the station. The area looks great and Tempesto is a blast of a ride! Based on people's reactions during the two soft openings yesterday it is a win for the park. If they can keep up the dispatches and the line moving I don't see capacity being too problematic.

Went with two of my friends for a quick trip down to Carowinds this weekend and got one ride on Fury this morning. Both my none coaster friends and I found Fury To be great fun, we all had our hands up and enjoyed the ride and had no complaints at all. I personally was surprised by a couple of little unexpected pops of airtime and really enjoyed the 90 degree banked stall dive thingy that goes under the new entry way. The general public seemed to be loving it as well and that's really what counts. I heard lots of good things coming off Fury and walking around the park today. All in all a great and fun addition to the park.

Just another great excuse to go to Kniebles! Is it summer yet?

I'm almost to Krusty's outfit..... Noticed the episode timing spaces out quite a bit compared to the first ones time frame.

Got the Cupid statue on my 2nd mystery box and now have Cupid. With my trip this past weekend I'm still 100 hearts away from hot Meg, so doubtful I'll get those 100 in the next 8 hours
