  1. Kitty's Back -- Bruce Springsteen
  2. That drop off the final MCBR (...drop tuning, I think...?) is just sexy. I really hope I can get down to Florida in the next few years to get to all the parks down there. And that stage looks great so far. It really will be a lot of fun to see a show there.
  3. One of the biggest wins for UD in the last few years, and likely our biggest win this season. The Flyers annihilated (#14) Xavier by 13 points tonight, making a huge statement to the rest of the nation. It was amazing to watch, even though I wasn't at the game. I watched it at BW3s, which was definitely the next-best place to watch it. This will definitely help our resume come March, and I'm excited to see where the rest of our season will go. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=290422168
  4. ^At first, I wasn't too thrilled by the new song. But after a few more listens I started to get more into it. I have a feeling this new album will be one of those that you need to listen to a few times before you can really make a judgment about it.
  5. Actually, I think its still the same colors. If you zoom in on the map on the actual website, you can faintly see blue between the yellow rails. It's just dominated by the yellow, making it look like they changed the color. And I do think it's really funny they made sure to add the parking lot under Scream! Now all they need to make it perfect are the parking spaces.
  6. Call me a Rush fanatic (which is the truth), but I'm reading Neil Peart's "Roadshow" currently. It's fantastic. Really gives a good look at the life of a musician on the road. Very interesting.
  7. The Unforgettable Fire - U2
  8. Went to Bar Louie with a few friends for dinner tonight. It wasn't until I got there that I saw they switched out their Sam Adams seasonal brew to the White Ale, which I've been wanting to try for a few weeks. I really enjoyed it. Had a nice, light taste and went down very smooth. Looking forward to when some of the stores start to get it in.
  9. No, no. It's clearly Dogleg: The Ride.
  10. Very nice pictures there. In fact, one of them is now my desktop background.
  11. Or MacGruber (sponsored by Pepsi!).
  12. I've never been, but I will probably have a chance to go with a few friends once the weather gets better here in Ohio.
  13. I've never blacked out (yet), but I have gotten close a few times on Millennium Force. That overbanked turn after the first drop always seems to nearly get me, but only when it's hot out, in the middle of summer.
  14. I guess the only problem I have is that both rides are the same colors, albeit reversed on the track and supports. I can't wait to see the finished products, though. I wonder what else they'll be adding to both rides...
  15. Columbus, OH (home); Dayton, OH (school) Home park would be Zoombezi Bay in Columbus, though Kings Island is my "home" park when I'm at school.
  16. Springsteen rocked the house, though I will agree that NBC did a crappy job with the sound and whatnot. WOAD did seem a little out of place - I personally think that My Lucky Day might have been a better fit, but it was a solid performance in the end. That was a good tidbit of his concerts - just a 13-minute excerpt of all that happens in his 3.5+ hour shows. I will hopefully get a chance to see him at least once on his new tour, if not more. A close second goes to U2 - I think that the names of all the victims of the 9/11 attacks scrolling during "Where the Streets Have No Name" might be one of the best (if not the best) moment of any sporting event entertainment ever.
  17. That is absolutely sweet. It's gonna be awesome to see a performance there.
  18. It's good, but I was kinda imagining a dark blue-purpleish track with yellow supports. Nevertheless, though, it looks better and fits the name better than black and green.
  19. One thing I was thinking was a possibility. What if the wings on the cars were angled in such a way that only the tip entered the water. The part that went underwater would be vertical, likely lessening the cross-force through the cars. There could then be fountains to create the actual splash effect. While the wing isn't actually causing the splash, it would seem much more plausible, as the wing would be underwater, looking like it was creating the splash.
  20. A Night With the Jersey Devil -- Bruce Springsteen
  21. Springsteen's new album, Working On a Dream. Deluxe version on iTunes, $13.99.
  22. I'm pulling for the Cardinals, though I don't think it's gonna happen. It'll be a good game, regardless.
  23. Life Itself -- Bruce Springsteen For all you Boss fans, WOAD is amazing. Definitely check it out. (Sorry, just had to plug that. lol)
  24. One step closer to testing and opening day. Can't wait to see this thing start running.
  25. R30 Overture (Live) -- Rush
