Can you still buy individual ride tickets at the park? Thinking of going on Sunday with my 2 year old. Won't get use of my wristband let alone his. Would like to go in and take him on a couple of the rides.

I saw the Texas giant one - what was the third?

I was there in 1986. I was 12 and although the rides fascinated me I was a total coward then. I eventually plucked up the courage to go on the Log Flume. Regretted not going on more and strangely have a recurring dream of being there and not having enough time to go on everything. PS great report!

Hope I'm not coming across as dumb. I get exactly what you're saying Robb. And I'm not defending AT. I hate that they are prevented from big tall rides and as soon as I rode Sheikra and Tatsu, Oblivion and Air were no comparison. But as a matter of fact they have some ballbreaking restrictions to contend with thanks to their grumpy neighbours. Out of interest Robb, do you think looking at it they could have squeezed a launch in there instead of a lift hill. Seems pretty tight to me but I'm no expert - not even close in fact!

I can understand the two lift hill criticism but with all AT have to contend with in terms of restrictions getting 14 inversions at all is some work. Not sure they could have fitted a launch in that space. I'm guessing they must have considered it.

Yeh, one train was entering the batwing, while the other was exiting the batwing. Obviously that isn't going to happen on the real ride but it was referencing that the trains will duel. Although if they did do that it would make it really interesting!

^^It looked like they had both cars on the one area of track but hard to tell. Good advert. So want to get corrected soon!
