No prob. I still love this stupid game. I'm just behind everyone else as I didn't update till this morning, so I'm behind everyone. Off to do some snooping....

I'll do some heavy duty research tonight and post what I find.

I found it strange yesterday that I did see the FB update, AND got an auto update (took about 20 seconds) and then nothing happened. I'm guessing that it has a day/date trigger. But yeah, the boards are buzzing about a HUGE update. Wars and stuff.

Damn Girl! I thought I was doing great when I got 11!! (I was even going to post a pic today.) I noticed that too. Also, how's everyone doing on blam? I just broke 52,000, and with 22+ days left! I don't think getting George Takei will be too hard to get. Stan Lee will be a bigger challenge, unless I really want to buy/spend some clams.

Yeah. It's getting really frustrating. I've needed 5 banana peels for PB&J Brian, for 5 days now. I've had both Bonnie and Herbert doing tasks constantly to no avail. Kinda surprising, considering how easy it was to get Patrick Stewart.

Strange update today. Automatically boosted to level 50' with no advancement in XP. Peter is still the only character going up levels (currently 18). The weekend game is getting toys for Stewie. But, all of the tasks to get the others are hampered by getting those toys. What's the point, if you don't have Stewie yet? I'm just wondering if the creators of this game are assuming that people are spending tons of real money on the game, and let's face it, clams are more valuable and costly than the donuts in the Simpsons. (And in my case, more cost prohibitive! 10$ totally spent, and no desire to spend more. Yet.) Thoughts?

I saw all the new land, so I had the re-erect my "business district". Need a lot of $$ for all that land. I already have skating Peter. Kinda confused, as the game only prompted him to do 2 tasks and that was it.

Same here. I didn't defeat King Butt, but I was happy with the event. I did get disco Cleveland, but like others have stated, I've now lost the clown Peter from Harringtons. Nothing to do but wait, and I'm getting REALLY bored with the game. Stopped tapping to make $$ as I now have over 800k. They'd better update soon, so we can get the remaining characters (mainly Stewie) or I'm deleting the game.

I got the cherry tree, comes with George Washington. Also bought the space needle (Sit-n-Spin?). That's a 3 day build. Down to 53.6mil. Time to start making money and donuts again.

For some reason, I had my DVR set to record it. All of the outcomes were pretty predictable. I also loved Elissa's acting talents, as her dialogue was full of things she normally wouldn't say. It was almost as if she was thinking to herself while filming "I can't believe I'm saying these things!"

Ok. New update today with Gil. He's selling a solid gold mansion for 250 donuts. IMO, a waste. It only gives $135/15xp every 4hrs. It does launch a stupid 3 part quest for Homer (2x) and one for Cletus. It also adds a job for Lampwick which is a 30min task. Anyway, like I said, I think it's a waste. Apparently, you need Lampwick to trigger Gil and the sale. BTW - the added bonus after 34,000 emblems is: for every 3,000 additional emblems, you get the bonus donut box game. (Just like when you rollover the XP) Whoop. Ti. Do.

This event has been fun. I'm almost done with the Stonecutters event (33,000+ emblems) The update with the Itchy and Scratchy bldg has some funny dialogue. I just wanted to let everyone know about an Easter egg in the Stonecutters. Once you get the Stonecutters table (22,500 emblems) have Homer "Sing the Stonecutters song" (12hrs), once he starts singing, tap on him to open his dialogue box (see pic below) and with the dialogue box OPEN, tap on Homer 10 times and get 10 donuts. There's also suppose to be another Easter egg once (which is supposedly a task) you hit 34,000 emblems. I should know about this tomorrow or Tuesday. Keep the dialogue box open like this, tap on Homer 10x and get 10 donuts!!

You're right. I need 9 hairsprays and 5 jackets. I also just got the party camel. Whoop-ti-do. This game, though the dialogue/actions are funny, is starting to bore me. I just passed $676,000 and still no chance to get Stewie, or any of the other characters.

Martin rides his bike for 8hrs. Also, don't worry about the parchment tasks, they can roll over daily, unlike No. 1's tasks.

Completing all the Bart/Lisa Stonecutter tasks (a lot of them being 24hrs) nets you 20 donuts!

One thing about this game I do like, is that it's not the exact same for every player. I think I got 4 tubs in a row, and the last one took another day. I had all of those before much of anything else for Cleveland.

Ok. I finally got Cleveland. His ONLY action is pretty funny. As is Peter's first as Action Peter. There was some dialogue about the pyramid opening at some point. I wonder if that's what Joey was talking about, when he said that may be Stewie in his time machine. I'm starting to wonder a little about content though. Two of my peeps (Bruce and Quagmire) have maxed out at level 15. I just wonder if they're behind in development stages, as there are still peeps to release (reporter, mayor, Stewie) that are listed of their face space page. I'm sure there's enough content to keep us going for awhile, but I hope it doesn't have huge lag times between updates, as the Simpsons does.

I don't think the special is all that great. Of course, I finally spent $20 on Thursday. Clams seem to be a bit more valuable than the Simpsons donuts. Finally creating Peter's outfit. Need 2 giraffe life savers, and then Peter's whipping to unlock Cleveland. Some good news though - while tapping on a mummy, I got a clam. Yay. Also, dumped over 100 bldgs into inventory.

Same here. I bought the cantina, but not the gardens (but I think they look freakin cool!). So, I may get them anyway. Also, starting to have plenty of cash, so I think the office district will be getting smaller soon.

Just realized that I screwed up. I cashed my moon idols for Cleveland, while I should have waited for Adventure Peter. Now I need 700 more idols for Peter. Sigh.
