Just completed the last task on level 40 with Mrs. Hoover. Now what?

Thanks for the heads up Derek! Just got the navy quagmire, which completed the set, and got 25 clams. Brian is killing me!! I still need 6 books and 4 bones. Same here.

I might as well update. I got everything but Sherry Bobbins and the priest. Used up all the eggs I could last night. I think I have something like 18 ponds, 40 fence pieces, 6 garden entrances…. Yeah. Time to update.

The Family Guy game posted on FB that the challenge will end today at 12:00 noon PDT. (About 45 mins from now)

That's impressive!!! I did that with the Simpsons. (Have over $54mil) Yet, in this game, I'm still behind EVERY time I get a new task to build/unlock something, i never have enough money. I've already pretty much given up on the skin for Peter, unles they extend the deadline by a week. I actually hope they stick to their guns and end it on Sunday. It would create more of a desire to work harder for the bonus stuff, unlike the Simpsons, where almost every bonus or theme gets extended, so you almost feel stupid trying so hard in the first place.

Larry, maybe you should try emailing them. After that first glitch (which you still seem to have) they did respond rather quickly across the board. That being said, I did get booted after visiting my third or fourth town (either Elissa or Bob) but no problems after that.

Interesting. I finished the labeled quests to get hobo Peter (pie 10 clowns, get 60 cotton candy) and got 10 clams. 10 CLAMS!! NEVER expected that. I like that this game (so far) has given out clams sort of regularly. Usually one a day when visiting my friends, and a couple as a surprise prize. However, it now shows I still need 33 pies and 11 horns. With my limited playing time, I don't think I'll make it before it ends on Sunday. I won't spend clams to get that skin though. I'll wait and hopefully get some other premium character, or that dumb horse.

I am also liking this game. I love the randomness of how to move along in the game, so every person gets to decide what they want to do in the order they want to do it. Right now I'm trying to clear as much land as possible, while doing the longer tasks that produce items to get the different outfits. I don't have "slums" as I prefer the term "office district." I still can't get it to sync and run on my iPhone, so I'm limited to my playing time when I can use my iPad at home. Also, I love the detail of the graphics, and the ease of zooming in/out to watch the characters actions. My next major task is to build the aquarium (to get Meg), but I needed the extra land. I do wonder a bit about updates, and if there will eventually be more content. I mean, it looks like the playing grid could be huge, but is there enough show content to add a lot to it. The added premium items do involve quite a few clams, so I'm not sure how far I want to go. So far though, I have picked up Jake and Consuela.

I'm having the same problem (besides having no $$ and I can't get it to sync with my iPhone). But, the FB page for Family Guy just posted a link for walk-thrus of sorts. I may have to check that out later.

I think I've encountered this too. I will set some peeps on a task, come back later and they aren't on any task. I've noticed this mostly with Jerome. BUT, I was never really sure if it was me or a glitch.

I did the same thing, for the same reason.

Though you can't visit "friends", you can still visit "Ollieland" and get some coin. I picked up a clam today too.

I have the same problem, but backwards. I started on the iPad, but can't get it to log in on the iPhone.

Hmmm. I didn't have that problem (yet). Though I'm probably only going to play this on my iPad. It did prompt me to visit the other town (6-7 FB friends). Looking at where I am vs. someone like Elissa at level 6 already, seems like I have a long way to go. Fun so far.

Just started playing. Interesting gameplay. While Bonnie's getting drunk, I sat here making Peter do a 6 second task to build up money. I just wonder how important is the currency in this game? And how do you get more clams? Are they like donuts in TSTO? Anywho, I think the graphics and animations are good, as is the dialogue. Not the biggest fan of the show, but this game does have promise.

I tried it to see what was up - just like Derek. BUT - logged in 2hrs later, and it appears to be fixed. It takes 5000FP, to get the E.A.R.L.
