  1. I think this will be a great addition for the park but.......I still rather have GASM back .
  2. Its nice to see that Busch finally gave in after all those years of not being able to trust Intamin. I think its about time they decided to do something fresh. Im curious to see if BGE follows suit.
  3. Since this is going to be a Dive Machine I can only hope that this will be a exciting new layout.
  4. Since a Intamin drop tower has not been built in he USA for awhile maybe if this project does happen to be a drop tower it will a new concept, something fresh.
  5. PETA will be all over this one soon enough.
  6. Horrible video....Even for a teaser, but exciting none the less. Knowing Busch it should be something unique and fun.
  7. It time traveled. Nuff said.
  8. Marathoning Apollo's Chariot in the rain is pretty F***** epic, turned that coaster into me favorite ride....Ever. I also enjoyed S:ROS at SFA in the rain...And I didn't think that third hill could get any sicker.
  9. If they put a GCI along the lines of Prowler I would be beyond happy. I have only heard rave reviews about that coaster. Cedar Fair has been showing love to all its other parks lately with new coasters. I think Dorney's turn should be coming up shortly.
  10. If TTD had this layout in real life there would be only one word I could think of to describe the ride. "Blackout".
  11. I think a GCI woodie would be a perfect fit in Laser's old spot.
  12. I was just pondering on what type of coaster they would put in that area if they do decide to put a coaster there. Some options I think they might go with are Hyper (B&M or Intamin?), Mega Lite (Please God, Please) or a Euro FIghter (There has been a lot being built lately). This is of course if they build a coaster.
  13. Really? Great Adventure is my home park and I ride Nitro frequently, and I think that Apollo's Chariot is the better hyper with the better layout, I love the way it utilizes the terrain. I also think the second part of the ride is much superior to Nitro's second half.
  14. Just got my last rides in today, both in the front....I hate to see this coaster go being one of my favorites.....You had a good run ol' girl .
  15. After riding it yesterday 3x in a row without leaving my seat..I can confirm the back is where it is at.
  16. The back by a longshot. Sickest airtime ever.
  17. I normally don't mind it.....The one thing I can't stand is when people scream as the train is leaving the station or on a rides pre-lift section. A good example of this is Nitro. I hate it when some a**hole thinks its funny to scream at the top of his lungs on the pre-lift.
  18. The first couple of times I rode the Great Bear I thought it was amazing...Then I made a visit back to the park 2 years later and it was very "meh" to me...To short I wanted more...I think untrimmed Alpinegiest is the best invert ever.
  19. ^ I agree 100%. Im sure the park is trying it's best to have the ride working at it's full pontential before it leaves.
  20. I could forsee either a Intamin Ball Coaster or a Eurofighter in Knott's future.
  21. I know, if they add a B&M flyer, 4/6 coasters (including the kiddie) will be B&M. Now I love B&M as much as the next guy, but I think that's a little overboard. I would take BBW over a flyer any day, honestly. But that's me. I know a lot of people really love them. Tatsu was great, but I just don't see what the fuss is about. Yeah, well maybe it will be a woodie... who knows. But assuming from BE's love for B&M's and 2 Flyers coming out a few years apart, is why I think a flyer will take BBW's place. Maybe it like the big daddy of flyers like Alpengeist is of Inverts. Another B&M ...Especially a flyer
  22. With the point that Rob made about many of these older steel coasters will see their time come soon....That made me think, I better go ride every Arrow I can find!
  23. I have ridden one Morgan Hyper.....Steel Forceless....I mean Steel Force....this ride to me was less then "Meh".
  24. I still think that a heavily themed Intamin Aquatrax in the JP area would be amazing. You could have the trains themed to the JP Jeeps. Man would that be something.
  25. Would anybody like a serving of heavily themed Intamin Aquatrax in the JP area?
