Yay, thanks! I'm going to look for those . And I've been to Blackstone a few times; never ordered anything though, just went to hang out. Actually had no idea what to order. But it's a cool place. I will definitely ask for samples! I'm excited to go out tasting now!

I agree, The Road was extremely depressing, and not very exciting. I did, however, love the scene with Robert Duvall (who improvised the story about having a son!). A much better post-apocalyptic movie is The Book of Eli.

I'm a chocoholic, lol. Also like fruity flavors. Oooh, and coffee. Though not all three together.

I love the ones where they keep trying over and over and still can't get it right. Just imagine being on the receiving end of some of these!

Redboxed Twilight: Eclipse Saturday night. Dozed off multiple times. And oddly enough, I completely forgot it was next on my Netflix queue and is currently on it's way to my house, again.

I searched for a thread on this but couldn't find anything. Stumbled across this website while wasting time at work: www.damnyouautocorrect.com and have been laughing like crazy. iPhone auto correct fails. Reading at work while trying to hold back my laughter is hurting my stomach.

My husband and I watched Clash of the Titans (the 2010 version) last weekend. He'd heard from friends that it wasn't good. I thought it was okay; not great, but not terrible. It started out slow, but picked up the pace later on when they actually started fighting things. I stayed awake for the whole thing if that's any kind of endorsement.

Just curious, what's a good beer for a non-beer drinker? All the different names are intriguing but the few beers I've tasted are just gross to me. I'm a Bacardi and Diet Coke drinker myself, but the beers all look so cool I want to like them.

I'm dropping out. I won't be at my work computer in 8 hours to actually play. Maybe I'll try to get back in at home and let it run all night. I think it's rather humorous that we're waiting in a virtual line for 8 hours for a shot at a prize bubble with no idea what's inside it. But, good luck to those of you who are getting close!

The old version plays up the humor even more. John Wayne was more boisterous as Rooster Cogburn, whereas Jeff Bridges was more laconic. Both approaches to the character work. I definitely want to see the old one now, and luckily Netflix has it.

SFNO/Jazzland Discussion Thread

I love to see pictures of this place. It's so sad to see park in such a desolate state and know that it was once bustling and full of life. -
I saw True Grit Friday night. I've never seen the original, and really didn't even know what the story was about when I went in. I loved it, thought it was fantastic. Jeff Bridges was perfect. There was a lot more humor in it than I anticipated. Highly recommend seeing it!

Cowabunga Bay looks awesome, Shane! Wish I were closer! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun! Great pictures and videos! -
That's a fascinating process. I'm not a beer person myself, but it's very interesting to see how it's made. It really is a lot of work!

I got a new coat, boots, a coffee pot, a rolling pin, and earrings. It may sound boring to you guys, but it's all stuff I wanted! -

Looks very festive! Great photos! I just love Christmas lights. My daughter would be speechless at the giant Frosty dolls at the game booth. Frosty is her favorite Christmas character. She has a Frosty from Build-a-Bear that she carries around all year long.
