Yes, but that is very controversial, where does the line for "accidents" end and purpose begin. If a person is drunk and driving a car, doesn't know what he's doing because he's intoxicated, hits another car kills the driver, but he magically survives. Is that an accident, or something else, he didn't know what he was doing, but he was full aware that he was getting drunk and then he drove. That's just my thoughts though.

This is starting to look like Led Zeppelin the ride, I'd go with something a little more original in track layout anyways, I mean every ride has a loop and a cobra roll, do something different, like a small drop off the big hill into some turns and whatnot, then into the big drop, that proceeds into some elements. ^ There's a big difference between 4 positive/negative g's and 4 lateral g's. Laterals are ALOT worse, and you want to keep those under 2.6-ish if possible (if going for realisticness.) That's just my statistics though, you don't have to go by them. But set your own standard.
