Some other people have already brought this up, but if there was an option to cut out the $15 TPR store credit from the price, I'd be more likely to pay for a premium membership. It's unlikely I'll ever buy anything from the TPR store, anyway.

Sounds like a good idea, although I personally have a hard time justifying the cost since none of the perks listed really interest me.
