You'd also have to be taught how to breathe properly and grunt in order to keep the blood in the correct parts of your body.... 170ft hill at 150mph.......no thank you!!!!! 150mph into those turns....no thanks!!!! Think how many people have been greying out on Intimidator 305 at about 90mph.....then add another 60mph on top, it wouldn't be the wisest idea! -
Robb, the thing you were not sure of by 3DBA - I am pretty sure I have seen a CGi video of that thing in operation, the platform all the seats are mounted too rotates back to the horizontal whilst the seats tilt back to "seating position" this enables a simple loading system but a view for all of the screen!

You've gotta remember, that photo was taken straight on with the bottom of the drop, but there is a slight twist on the drop (look at the top of the lift and the track goes off at an angle...... I think that is just the perspective, No Engineering firm would have design a multi-million dollar tracked ride with a kink like that!

Videos About Coasters.
andyuk200523 replied to Movieguy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
My first video that I owned was called "White Knuckle" It was pretty much filmed by (if I remember correctly, the RCCGB) in 1994 about the opening of The Pepsi Max Big One, Shockwave and Nemesis (along with a few other coasters) Although I have seen many shows on TV since about 1990 when I was 8! -

2nd'ed It would be interesting to know about the development of this section and also if there are any more coasters in the works with a larger or similar drop section. Certainly would be interesting to hear about any new crazy flat rides. I am actually more interested to maybe see on the B&M stand a train or car from Krake......B&M have promised stadium style seating aka Intamin Trains, will be interesting to see how this one plays out. Try and hunt out any information on any possible new rides for the UK in the coming year, other than the relocation of a Vekoma and the relocation of a water rapids ride, the UK seems quite quiet at the moment for 2011, there must be something happening!! I am sure as always Robb, whatever you bring us in the way of coverage will be well done! (and highly amusing too!) -

As Larry has said, anything as long as its In Depth! Although I can pretty much guarantee there will be nothing new coming from the B&M Camp, they are typically tight lipped about any new project. -
Just posted over at Facebook. NEW BEACH PARTY ATTRACTION ERUPTS AT MICHIGAN’S ADVENTURE! Muskegon, MI --Adventure in the State of Michigan will be taken to a whole new level this summer when Michigan’s Adventure Amusement Park introduces Beach Party, a giant interactive water play attraction, in its WildWater Adventure Waterpark. Beach Party will feature the first of its kind giant geyser, which blasts water over 90 feet in the air. During the eruption guests will see a column of water approximately 20” in diameter gradually rising in the air and towering over the multi-level play area to a height of approximately 95 feet which then rains down over the attraction. The new multi-level assembly will incorporate over 150 play features, including eight water slides, water jets, water curtains, pipe falls, water wheels, and several net bridges. Guests will be able to drench each other with fire hose jets and interactive water guns. The beach themed area will offer multiple waterfalls throughout. The attraction will be manufactured by WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. of British Columbia, Canada. “This amazing new ‘splashtastic’ water area which boasts geysers, gadgets and super-drenching slides will entertain guests of all ages. This is a spectacular addition to Michigan’s largest water park,” said Camille Jourden-Mark, V. P. and General Manager of Michigan’s Adventure. WildWater Adventure already offers an exciting collection of body slides, tube slides, wave pools, kiddie play areas, and family raft slides--including Funnel of Fear, a giant funnel water slide. Michigan's Adventure is well known for its waterpark, and for its family-friendly admission rate, offering, “Two great parks, for one low price.” General admission will remain at $26.00 per person for the 2011 season. Michigan’s Adventure also offers 2-day admission tickets and season passes. Season Pass four packs are on sale through Christmas for only $79.99 per pass and offer guests unlimited visits all season. These great prices will allow guests to ‘Let the good times flow!’ at Michigan’s Adventure all summer long.

Looking at it, it looks like this was early on in the testing process, the rest of the park doesn't look finished (look at the workman when on the brake run, the ground around him is still dirt) I get the feeling that it will be a lot faster than that on opening day, looking at the aerial footage from a previous video, it is going over those hills a lot faster than in that POV. -
Every new video beats the previous one......These are purely genius.....and need to be included on the next Coaster Expedition as either a Special Feature or a Hidden Extra...... Pure Genius!!!!

Ahhhh, I thought this might be the case, if you have a photo that would be very useful (as there is little if not anything about this 1 off ride on the internet!) Thanks very much

Looking at that Lift Hill I think we have the answer as to how wide the trains are going to be -
Ok, confused time...... How does the car switch back so it is facing the right way for the station? There is very little information on this version of the Ultra Twister available on the internet, and the one video I managed to find on YouTube doesn't show what happens after the breaks. Hopefully someone can answer this!

Looking very interesting! I would have thought Camelback in B&M Terms would mean Airtime Hill not a Heartline Roll or In-Line Twist.
