I agree with Zippers being one of the scariest fair rides out there. Took me a ton of courage to get on my first time, but I ended up loving it. My favorite fair ride no doubt. That last coaster you showed looks VERY painful!

Yeah SFGAm World is a joy... I told them I was done with the sight and wrote up a farewell letter. Then I get insulted after I leave. After someone defends me... Holy Fanboys! [Oh and notice the lovely grammar in the second post] This is why I love TPR. It has great mod's, great members, and it's an amazing site!

Jon, I'm pretty sure that 1,000 laps would go by a lot quicker than your thinking. I'm sure we'll see them running these trains like mad to get them ready for the public as soon as they can.

I think the Schwartzkopf Jumbo Jet cars look awesome! The new Timberliners for Voyage are also looking great.

Nice photos as well as some nice photo taking weather! As for Hades... it's one crazy ride! It's fast with some good air and it throws you around a lot [in a good way]. I would suggest making a trip back up when all the rides are open. ^ Do you know when they last ran three trains? Though It's not like they need it because the next train is always in the breaks when the one is the station departs.

Ahhh. But these are different "asshats", they started a cussin fight in the que for American Eagle. I took the picture because I'm always a good sucker for JUSTICE!

I'm a big sucker for American Eagle in the back seat. Great air all the way down followed by a crazy rumbling and rushing through a big mess of wooden supports. Its just madness! Although... this may change after my visit to Holiday World in less than 30 days!

I downloaded Coaster Expedition 13 a while back and I cant stop watching it! Over the last few coaster expeditions that I have seen the editing and shots have gotten a lot better and as always the antics are great. I also love how well the songs you use fit the parks. I also loved the use of Yo Gabba Gabba and learning more about Tylers fears.

Yeah Matt, it would be great to see you again some time soon. Bummer you went with the "cool" group opening Sunday.

May 1st. ______________________________________ Who: Me, Averi, Camu, Jo, Griffin&Father Griffin, Jon&Jon's mom, Jeremie, Craig, and Craig's sons Gage and Casey. We rode pretty much all of the coaster once [but didn't ride Superman or TDK]. While we got three rides on Whizzer, two on Viper and I skipped my ride on bull to get on AE a second time. Flats: unknown I got to the park slightly after the gates opened so I headed right on in with the gang. We met up with Craig and his kids [Who have a crap load of credits as I learned ] When they were getting off of Condor. Then we hit up the Bumper Cars, and might I say that they seemed much faster then I remember and we got in some really good crashes [Haha, sorry Jo ]. Which we followed by a ride on King Chaos for those who were up to it. We then headed over to Batman which of course... we did in the rear. It was running its usual REALLY GOOD self which is a gray out heaven. That we followed with a ride on East River Crawler. After that we went for a ride on V2. Averi and I got our rides, but apparently I "broke" the ride with my "huge" butt. It took them several tries to get it to launch, but after a while they got it working and the rest of the group could ride. Then Casey wanted to ride loggers so a few of us who were willing to get wet decided it would be a fun idea. I barely got wet but apparently the rest of the gang ended up getting unacceptably wet. We continued on and Whored it up on Splaceys and got our ears bashed on Iron Wolf, which was followed by a fun ride on Fiddlers Fling. Then we ate some food in the remodeled food court. Then after Cameron decided he was going to leave, and Craig and his kids were going to head out after a ride on Eagle and Demon in the rear. After they left we got the almost required ride on Whizzer and took a spin on Tripple Play. Then we got a ride on Viper. We took a drop on the Giant Drop [best name ever] and Some of the group decided to ride raging bull while Jeremie and I went for a last minute ride date on Ealge where we rode in front of two other coaster geeks. Shouting things like "OMJ I see Chang!" as we went up the lift hill. Which may have gotten them to look once, but I don't really remember. Then to end the day we got another ride on Viper and two rides at dusk on my lovely Whizzer. It was a fun day with the SFGAm group and I can't wait to see you all again soon! [*cough*29 days from now for some of you*cough* ] Apparently Averi thinks that if she rips the eyebrows off of a pair of disguise glasses that she will look "cool" Entering the park... IN THE REAR The kid on the left.... yeah... He does a great penguin walk! On the far right.... Yeah, no idea what the heck is going on =] "I have my temps" Griffin= Crazy hair Now that is slightly suggestive. I'm appalled, yet lured in... Once again, Griffin with the hair! They're doing it all wrong. I said in the REAR! I don't know what to do! Someone help me! How will I every know how many riders Batman has this year!!!! *breathing deeply* "SCREEEEEEE" Apparently they will be getting off and on about four times before they get V2 running again =] The box farted... then the ride stopped working.... Look what I found! Yeah um, that's nice.... ... Sign of quality? ;] I think Cameron is enjoying his ride a little bit TO much. Little dipper construction is coming along well. It also looks like the first of the cars is on the track! Thanks to theme park technology you can walk in place! Time to whore it up! Boy meets Huss It's a bummer the weather has been so crappy for photos the first two Saturdays of the season.. At SFGAm, you now have to pay to use the new remolded restrooms. MCBR air time! AE was runnign great as usual, although not as good as the middle of last summer =] At least I know the employees at the park can read well [Ok...maybe most of them can ] This is NOT scary, for it is quite the opposite. April 24th Opening Day! [sorry for some of the photos being on their side... Just tilt your head!] ______________________________________ Who: Me, Chris, Patrick&Father Patrick, Camu, Jo, Griffin&Father Griffin, Gavin, and Matt. -It had been a long off-season... WAY to long of an off season. To start off the day, Chris and I woke up somewhere round 7:30 and headed out at 8:10. We met up with Cameron in Racine an then headed down to SFGAm. I know it was suppose to rain and all but it only rained in the early morning [a ton], and the rest of the day was just foggy. When we got to the park we waited a while for opening to get nearer. Then when it was time we headed up to the gate to start our great day. When we got into the park Whizzer was not yet open so we headed to Viper and I went for a front and back ride. It's running much better than a majority of last year and I preferred the back.Then we got a ride on Bull[where Chris got spit on] and a few on Giant Drop. Then we headed back to Whizzer and realized its "new look" but it was still as awesome of a ride as last year! We got hungry though... So we all stopped at the Papa Johns across from Whizzer. It tasted nothing like the non-SFGAm locations, and in a bad way. Then it was time to do Demon in the rear [Which I highly recommend] and Cameron, Chris, and I got a ride on Revolution while the others Were filled for something MAGYquest related. Then we then rode my beloved Eagle and the Despised Iron Wolf. Oh, they also took down all the mayo ad's. Then some of the gang rode Fiddlers Fling. Up next was V2 and Batman in the rear, which are always great rides. We then got beat up a bit [mostly us guys ] from King Chaos, and Superman. Then took it gentle with TDK and Condor. Hit up a few flats and "The Karate Kid http://www.karatekid.com presents Whizzer". But then on viper, some crazy kids in front of me and Griffin decided to spit on us the whole ride, and the ride OP there just looked confused. They showed up behind us in line for Raging Bull and after our ride we told the ride O.P. and we watched their faces drop into a "what now..." look. All I need to say is that JUSTICE was served! We then got a ride or two on eagle around dusk. Then after we re-rode V2 three times and then rode Batty also three times. All in all besides some salivary issues it was a really fun day at the park and I can't wait until next time! PHOTO drive PUNK Fog, smog, flog, log...... MAPS. Griffy Tiffy approves. They have these nifty new signs that let you not wait at all, as apposed to waiting 15min. or less! KFC KFC KFC.... I want me some double downs! Still messing around with shutter speed... Was my first time with this camera at a park. ALMOST Ding. Bong. Celebrate. I found Jeremie! I won the game. Gosh it was foggy on top of the tower! *snickers* *still snickering* ... Snickers FEAST Triple Play gets Griff's approval. Its blurry because there going REALLY fast Father Griffin!!! "It's Whizzer time!" That day we discovered the best way to hit your head on this ride. BIRD The dots, they tell you where to go... DUDE slow down! I love the flying cow ride... Its like a night shot... but not at night... Demon ghostie! New Farmers Market remodeling thingy. It looks really nice! New this year Dirt AND Wood! turrny turn turn All in all It was a GREAT day. Yeah the cars underneath are really classy. [it isn't just the cars, they are on the front of the station, in the Que, on the trim of the "roof" over the loading station, and down the exit stairs]. I really can't wait till June 11th now! I also to don't get all these re-makes. I know there done better but its the same story and everything so I don't see what the big deal is about something that's basically been see before.

So It's opening at SFGAm and we decide to run to Whizzer. When we get there we discover that there is a huge banner for "The Karate Kid" on the front of the station. Then we get in the que and there are the same ad's completely surrounding you. They are also on the trim for the "roof" over the loading platform. But the biggest surprise was that they had plastered the ad's on the front of EVERY car covering the Whizzer logo. They look pretty darn ugly to! Fun stuff eh?

I think Viper was running significantly better than the last half of the past season. I didn't feel the lame drag I felt before. But I was not as good as a few years back. Edit: Is the guys from coaster expedition Cameron? If so I was at the table to, but I don't think you mentioned me in your descriptions.

Yeah today was great, I should have a PTR up tomorrow! As for the Whizzer sticker thing.... That pretty much broke my heart, tore it into pieces, and was THEN digested by goblins. But on the good side. The sticker thingy seemed to peel easily and some people ha already gone at it so i don't see those lasting more than a month or two really. Edit: "The Karate Kid" is taking the place of Whizzer on my sexiest coaster list. It's a great addition ;]
