  1. Wow! That trailer was awesome! This park looks unbelievable. One of the best I've seen for RCT3. Nice!
  2. Well, I was really pleased with how Parc de Chateau turned out, so I have decided that it is once again time for me to start up a new project. Inspired by Supreme Screamer's "Premier Super Park," I have decided to try my hand at a realistic, chain-owned park. Paramount's Xtreme will be the largest of its chain, featuring a lot of coasters, thrills, and rides for everyone. Included in the map will be a waterpark, and a resort with a golf course. I expect this project to take a LONG time. I will have updates, but probably only one every week or two. I have already spent quite a while in scenario editor picking items, because I don't want to leave anything out. I have started work on the long road from the parking gates to the park, which will be lined with restaurants and other attractions. So far, I have completed the parking gate, and everyone's favorite post-park visit restaurant, Carrabba's! Here are some pics... Here you can see the line of cars coming into the park, and the Paramount owned Carrabba's. A better view of Carrabba's. I know this isnt much, but I just wanted to post these now because that is probably all I will post for a while. As always, feel free to comment and critisize! EDIT: Carrabba's was purposely spelled wrong to fit on the sign Park Progress... 3. Thanks for the link, but I figured out another solution. I uploaded the file into the RCPro games section. I think it should work this time. I know I said that WW is needed, but Im not sure if the "export plug in objects" option takes care of that. Anyway, the park is here...http://games.rollercoasterpro.com/index.php?act=file&fid=284 Enjoy!
  4. Awesome. This is hillarious. Can't wait to see more.
  5. Here is the new download. WW is needed, so this one should work as long as you have it. EDIT: When I try to post the file, it give me a "page could not be found" message. Any ideas why?
  6. Thats the problem! I thought about doing that, but I wasn't exactly sure if it would screw anything up. Great! Now I should be able to get a download up later on that will work for everyone.
  7. ^Wow. Thanks. And I wouldn't exactly say you have a lack of skill by any stretch of the imagination. If I remember correctly, you made that park with the blue launched twister. That was awesome! The supports and archy were all great. That and Premier Park were my inspiration for this park.
  8. ^Hmmmm. I have no idea. Did that happen to anyone else?
  9. Here is the download, along with a full guide to the park. Enjoy! Parc de Chateau Guide.doc Parc Guide Parc de Chateau With Peeps.SV6 Download
  10. Expect a download later today. I was having fun letting peeps in, so, when I said there would be a few, I really meant over 1000.
  11. Arrow is deffinitely better, just because they have a better selection. I mean the suspended (with the kinks worked out, unlike Bat of course) is one of the most fun varieties of coaster anywher. On the other hand, what does Vekoma have? Roller skaters, Bommerangs. My vote is deffinitely to Arrow.
  12. Homer crashes car full of kids into a tree... Kent Brockman: Arnie, how are the children? Arnie Pie in the Sky: I can't see through metal Kent.
  13. Ok, it's time for the final update. The park is done, except for some minor details. Here is what I have added since the last update... .Rues de Rome (park area) .Foret Prehistorique (park area) .Cours de Survie (survival course, like at Farrup Sommerland) .Eclaboussure Superbe (log flume) .Rotation de Dino (scrambler) .Rissiere de Fleuve (slide) Here are some pics... Here is some of the simple, yet nice architechture of "Rues de Rome," with L'Acheron's drop to the right. Here you can see the mammoth sign for "Voyage Prehistorique," and also the station for the log flume, "Eclaboussure Superbe." An overview of the completed park layout. I hope to let peepes into the park soon, just for fun. The download will not have peeps, or maybe just a few 8) . Thats all for now. Feel free to comment and critisize!
  14. ^I should have thought of that. Thanks Luxo.
  15. Wow. This is a really nice park. It looks real from the overview shot you provided. Great job.
  16. Sorry for the double post, but I couldnt figure out how to edit a post and add a quote. Anyway, I have seen Premier Park, and I have also downloaded it. I must say that it is hands down THE BEST RCT2 park ever made. The realism is incredible! Yes, some of my stuff is based off that park: the game stalls, unique station design, restaurants rather than food stands, etc. My park is nothing compared to premier park, but my hope is that some day I will work up to that calibur of park building. The best part is that NE Designs had mixed reviews about the park.
  17. Ok. Well, there are only a few hours left untill the new year, and I think that it would be nice to have one last update. I really didnt do much to be honest, but still, I'll post some screens anyway . Here is what I have done... .Fantomatique (haunted mansion) .Theatre de Regifon Fonce (theater for plays and stuff) Here are the screens I have to admit that I was nervous about taking on the challenge of a dark ride, mainly because I'm terrible at them. But, this time I think I did well. The castle came out nice in my opinion, and it provides a perfect backdrop for Sinistre. I figured that every park has more than one theater, so I added a second one, complete with stunt/lighting systems. I don't think that an overview is needed this time, so thats it. Feel free to comment and critisize, and HAPPY NEW YEAR! P.S. I honestly dont think a mine train (as awesome as it would be) will fit in the park. It would be really cool, but there is nothing worse than forcing a ride into a park.
  18. I am highly considering a darkride^. Thanks for the suggestions.
  19. Wow! Thanks. Unfortunately, I can find many things wrong with this park. But, I'm not going to critiscize my own work .
  20. Sorry for a lack of updates, but with Christmas and all I havn't been able to get an update going. But, I put the disk back in today and spent a few hours working on the place. Here is what I have done... .Voyage Prehistorique (Mack Bobsled) .Mardi Gras (new park area) Here are some screens... Voyage Prehistorique is a fun dinosaur themed Mack Bobsled that winds through some dense foliage on the banks of The Lac. Here you can see the fastest part of the ride (not sure if this will be peep friendly). Also, the MCB's are at the bottom of the helix to theright of the screen, and you can see a maitenance path connected to them 8) Welcome to Mardi Gras! This section basically serves as a connection between the "L'espirat de France," section of the park, and the previously unconnected "Creature du Lac," entrance plaza. I didnt want to do anything too big in this area, so all you see here are some flats, a restaurant, and a few games stands. And, of course, there is Sinistre's massive station looming above the path. I'll end this update the same way I always do: with a park overview. I have finally reached year 20. Who knows how many left That's all for now. Feel free to comment and critisize!
  21. Thanks Luxo! Thats the best comliment I could get. I think its funny though. I know that if I released this park on NEdesigns or something, they would tear it to shreads, but I wouldn't care. I honestly think that some of the parks there are just rediculous. I mean, how often (even at Busch or Universal) have you seen a 150 foot tall building with windows and minerettes and waterfalls? I know I havn't. I just like to build things in the same style I could see a real park.
  22. Awesome park. One of the best RCT3 that I've seen!
  23. Here is a new update, Sorry I have not had one in a while. I spent a few "years" making improvements to paths, adding some flats and scenery, a few restaurants, and one larger water ride. Here are some pics... Here you can see the tea cups ride "The L'Apres Midi," or "Afternoon Tea." Its odd, but its one of my favorite rides in the park. It just looks nice in my opnion. Also visible here is the theater for shows and stuff. This is another part of the park I really like. There are two rides, "Inverseur," and "Elephants de Vol." Ride the raging waters of L'Acheron, the famous river that runs through the dark wood infront of the gates to the underworld. Abandon all hope you who enter here! Here is a nice overview of the park. Its filling up fast! Thats all for now. Feel free to comment and critiscize!
