  1. getting the server error on the drag and drop. I never did it the other way before. Guess I need to figure it out.
  2. love the snow covered pics. It actually makes snow look pretty.
  3. Dear Secret Santa, Please let me know if you get your package. I shipped two packages that day, one in the US and one to my Secret Santa who is not in the US. Currently, using the track and confirm on my US package it has not yet arrived when it was supposed to arrive yesterday. The mail people never told me how long it was to take to get to Secret Santa's location. I plan to visit the post office on Tuesday, to see where my US package is, but I'm not sure what I can do about the Secret Santa one, since all that it had was the customs form. (I think the post office has to have the customs form on file for a certain amount of days.)
  4. I would go for so-so. This summer was my first time there, and no-flash pass, I got through the coasters in under 2hrs. Ride of Steel is by far the best ride there, and overall it still feels like the park is lacking a lot. But from previous years reports and stories, the park seems like its slowly starting to change. I wouldn't go out of the way to go back there, until they got some new major roller coaster or OMG amazing ride though.
  5. Yeah my secret Santa is going to know my name bc of the customs forms too. Now I just hope it gets there safely.
  6. So sitting here, looking at everyone's awesomeness, I just realized, I never ever figured out who my santa was last year.
  7. I had no idea they still made shrinky dinks! And the beanie baby bird is adorable.
  8. Very awesome Chris! Bean looks fantastically adorable in his new little hat!
  9. Ride of Steel, about the only good thing about Darien Lake.
  10. Shockwave killed me and I don't even have the appropriate body parts for it to hurt.
  11. That's a really cute idea. I've actually got a ticket for Candy Cane Lane, i need to see if I can squeeze in a visit.
  12. Great pictures Hanno!
  13. It's actually an extra large pez dispenser that also plays the star wars theme when you open it up.
  14. I went to the post office today and mailed out my secret Santa stuff. I hope they like it. I tried to do a combo of stuff they'd like and a couple little funny things.
  15. Hershey Park: Skyrush Wildcat Lightning Racer Roller Soaker Great Bear Canada's Wonderland Leviathan Cedar Point Millennium Force Top Thrill Dragster Knoebels Kozmo's Kurves Black Diamond Scream Zone Steeple Chase Soarin' Eagle Quassy Wooden Warrior Great Adventure Green Lantern Dorney Park Stinger Possessed (rode it when it was Voodoo) Those are the only coasters I can think of. Kings Dominion's Windseeker was a new for 2012 flat ride, I rode. I'm sure there are others, but as my flat rides list is quite short, I'm not sure.
  16. That's a fantastic photo!
  17. From the Travel Channel I thought one of the water slides shown on this episode of Xtreme Water Parks was in Brazil. Some of the water slides looked pretty batsh*t insane to me. ETA: Look at pictures 4,6,8, and 10.
  18. Looks like a fun coaster! Great picture
  19. Don't think I ever posted in this thread, but it was the Looping Star at Jolly Roger on the Pier in Ocean City, MD.
  20. I voted for Coaster Expeditions. I love the RAW series, because the POV's are always brilliant, but like it's been said it's been a while since the Coaster Expeditions was done, and I like the fact that you get to see a bit more of the parks than just the coasters. Because half the fun on a TPR trip, is everything else that is random that happens that's not a coaster, and the Expedition series showcases that.
  21. I was just going to say knoebels. Last time I was there, the Phoenix had a 30 second dispatch. I was also impressed with KD during ECB this year. I got through everything with no need for fast lane on a Saturday in August.
  22. I've got a couple random stuff to pick up but I'm pretty sure I just the majority of my secret santa's gift.
  23. I love TPR because once I was done being intimidated, I realized that TPR had been one of the best sources of information and videos around. Then I went on a trip, and I met some of the most amazing people ever. So I can safely say TPR changed my life for the better because of the people I talk to and hang out with.
  24. Somehow I got 12 pages behind again. But I loved all the pictures! And yay lightning racer at Hershey. I love that ride!
