Cat Found With it's Eyes Spray Painted Shut!

Perhaps Michael Vick wants to take off some of the pressure off his dog fighting investigation.... Seriously though, I hope this person has the same thing done to them. -
Preventing Child Abductions at Theme Parks

^ One stamp for re-entry on one hand. One stamp for your family ID # on the other hand. Two total stamps. We are not splitting atoms here, it is a rather easy process, and the only people that need two stamps are those families with younger children. -

Preventing Child Abductions at Theme Parks
browntggrr replied to vic p.'s topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
While a parent does need to take care of their children, somethings are difficult to prevent. If some sicko wants to try and kidnap a small child, all it would take is a 5 second glance away from your kid, and BAM! What's done, is done. What I would like to see is a program like Chuck-E-Cheese has where the entire family gets a black light hand stamp and the children cannot leave w/o a parent/ gaurdian with the same stamp. Simple and effective. Perhaps not 100% effective, but it is better than nothing. And the "child leash" sould be outlawed. IMO it is rather degrading. -

This is sad. Perhaps it is just me, but it just seems that the wrestling profession has black cloud over it. Bryan Pillman, Owen Hart, Davey Boy Smith, Boss Man, Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Henning, Hercules Hernandez, Rick Rude.... and the list continues. Yeah, steroids plays a big part in hurting these men, but some of these deaths are just freakishly tragic. Chris Benoit seemed to be one of the good guys. He gave his all to a profession that really does not give much back. Obviously he had some mental issue to do something like this, and I'm going to throw a wild stab out there and say that somehow drugs were involved- weather it be steroids or some other type. And while on the surface the WWE is putting on a great show of smoke and mirrors concerning this incident (cancelling last night's show) and making it look like they care about their performers, they really need to do something about steroid abuse. Either way, it doesn't matter now. I just hope that someone in Connecticut wakes up soon.

^ Yeah, and even though this unfortunate incident had nothing to do with ride operations, all some people will hear is "DEATH ON RIDE" and give the industry another black eye. -
Sequels and Prequels - Best and Worst

Worst sequel: Ghostbusters II Best sequel(s): pick one of the Lethal Weapons Disney does not destroy all their movies with a sequel. Toy Story II was pretty darn funny! -

They won't pat you down looking for objects. But I wouldn't be obvious about it either. Cargo shorts with zippers/ buttons, velcro etc. work great. Glasses need to have straps (I seriously suggest tight straps). -

I never get the souvenir cup. It's a hassle. Now what I will do is have a bottle of water that I will fill up throughout the day at any concession stand. Lockers are accessible. Just like the change machine. But you have to ask yourself, with the souvenir cup you will save money for refills, but now you are spending money for the lockers. Is it worth it? For Elissa and Robb, it will be easy with the stroller acting as a locker (that is what we always did). But for those that don't have a stroller, well it is sounds of cha-ching in the locker slot your change goes. -

Some rides, yes, some others no. Does that help? Rides like MF and TTD with separate load/ unload, you cannot bring a souvenir cup in line with you. -

Same type of incident happened to me on WT. A gentleman had prothstetic leg come off after the second launch forward and we were e-stopped. I was was in the front seat having know idea what was happening, and while slowly rolling back to the station all I heard was "Oh my god, someone lost a leg!" Of course my friend sitting next to me started to flip out (1st time rider). Let me tell you the relief when we saw the it was a prothstetic. There really are no words that can explain this tragedy. I truly hope that the surgeries that this girl will have to endure will be 100% effective.

Video of bathroom music. That is hilarious! Now when I go down there to see the show, the first stop will not be for a beer, but to check out the "facilities". -
Don't wonder. Just go. His definition of BGE is right on. But honestly, words do not do it any justice. It is one of the best!

"To add insult to injury", I believe is the correct term. I will give you two credit. You kept calm. That ride op would have had another hole to get rid of waste from. .... and then I would have spoke up, and told him how I felt. Seriously though, I'm glad all is well.
