I 'm going to Disneyland for 2 days next week for my first park of the year. Whats it like end of January? & are all the big rides open including Splash Mountain? It just lists on their websight Small World & Jungle Cruise. I've never been during this time of year. I hope it doesn't rain!

Great. Just great. Now theres no chance Cedar Fair will attempt to add bigger, better coasters if those 49ers will take over the parking lot. There goes coaster space. Hopefully the city will stop the 49ers invasion since it will cause problems with everything parking, traffic, space, ect. They just want to cause trouble for Great America.

I haven't been to MOA since 1999. I hope to go again soon to ride the new coaster. Looks cool. What is a half pipe ride?

Ok. I for now have a 9:15 flight from LAX on a Thrusday. How late do you think I can leave Disneyland to get to the airport on time?

Is Splash Mountain open at Disneyland, CA on January 30 & 31? It doesn't list it as closed on their websight, so I'm assuming its open unless they don't keep their ride rehab schedule up to date. I know the Florida one is closed.

It does look plain. I agree. California's or Cedar Fair's Great America would look better. While theyre adding new signs I wish they would ditch the Flight Deck name for Top Gun.

When does Cedar Point start taking online reservations for their resort hotels?

& is Top Thrill Dragster the best of its kind?

I think the best one out there is the one at Disney's Beach Club resort. Its awsome!!! & what park has that looping slide? I'd like to try it! Sounds fun but maybe a little scary too.

A little off topic but I was wondering if Wicked Twister is the same as the V2's or is it bigger & faster?

I am planning my first time ever trip to Cedar Point this summer & I have a couple questions. 1. Is end of July crowded during the week? 2. I know if you stay at a Cedar Point hotel you get an extra hour before the park opens. Is there a lot of people duing that extra hour & how many rides on the coasters that are open can you get in? 3. What coasters have ride pictures? The only time I can go is end of July. I'm really looking forward to it, but I'm concerned about two things: The crowds & the rain.

Tower Of Terror on both coasts is the best no dought.

Flight Deck WTF? Its not a good name. I think CF should have just dropped Top Gun & called it Jet Coaster. It sounds better. What about Vortex? & Survivor & Drop Zone? They could call Drop Zone just Stunt Tower. Those were Paramount names. CF I hope your reading these posts! Take note!!!

I'm planning on going next summer sometime I'm not exactly sure which month, it will be my first time there. Would you recommend 2 or 3 days? I plan on doing Soak City too.

I thought I didn't have one but I do. It just hit me. I was in Las Vegas with my parents in July 2003. We walked from the Mandalay Bay Hotel (where we were staying) all the way to the Stratosphere in 117 degree heat. What do you know. High Roller was closed due to wind I believe it was. It was supposed to repopen at 6 so instead we went next door to the Sahara so I could ride Speed. I got an all day wristband. After I went on it I didn't feel that good to ride it a second time but my mom told me to go since I got the wristband. I did & after I got off I threw up & I never get sick on roller coasters but remember: roller coasters & extreme heat are not a good mix! At least my onride picture came out good & Speed was alot of fun. I hope to ride it again someday when its not so hot.

That would be so cool. I love the National Treasure films. Disney can make it like an Indiana Jones/Revenge Of The Mummy type ride. I can picture a pyramid with a coaster like the Mummy & the story is your looking for the Book Of Secrets! It could really work! It should be Disneylands next big E-Ticket Attraction. I can't wait.

It has to be some sort of coaster going in the area CP has been digging. Are there any footers?

It says PART! Maybe CP will get the boomerang from GL & it will go in the place where they are digging. I could see CP getting a boomerang clone.

Can you go solo on all 3 Runoff Rapids slides?

What are they doing with the pieces - are they recloating it or will that be the end of it once they tear it down?

Is it long or short - long like the one at the Boardwalk/Beach Club? & how is it layed out? I hope to go on it oneday. The only Disney resort slide I've been on is the one at the Beach Club a couple times back in 1995.

Can someone please post a picture of what the actuall slide looks like in the Volcano pool area? I know it must be mostly enclosed in the volcano but there must be some part outside thats not the slide exit. Thanks
