Looking forward to the Food & Wine fest reports, I know it started today. Busch Gardens is REALLY pushing this event, I can't turn on the radio without hearing an add for it. Hope it lives up to the hype!

I am all for a weekday event. I have a M-F 9-5 and a weekend job, so I have missed a few events due to work. It is easier to for me to take a day off during the week then miss a weekend gig.

It came out great. It was very easy to maintain the correct temperature for the entire cooking time. This cooked at 250 degrees for 2 and a half hours. It was 170 degrees on the inside, and I put it in a cooler to rest for about an hour after it was done. I am going to try a Boston butt this weekend.

Waiting for some snakes in Tapped Out, I ran to the store and got some cheap sausage ($1.99). I didn't have any bacon so I used a BBQ rub I had sitting around. The center is 3 different cheeses and bacon bits. This is my first attempt ever at smoking anything. I am new to the Big Green Egg, I won this one at a charity event. It's the small, so it's not great for a family of 5. I have done steaks a few times and some burgers.

I dumped 200+ eggs around last night. I also noticed my Vanity rating has dropped to 4 stars, anyone else losing stars?

Santa Village is giving me 25 coins every 24 hours. Or it was, I haven't been able to get on since Sunday. I can't remember about the Santa suit, I know the outcomes were close to being the same as the other Homer quests (ie make Homer pretend to ski) I looked at that walk through, looks like some of the tasks are going to need some major Santa Coin.

Totally. I've tried Smurf's, Happy Park, and Jurassic Park, but this is the only one I've really liked, just because it's the Simpsons. Honestly, if it was any other game and was having this many issues I would have given up a long time ago. I still can't add any friends. People can request me, and I can accept, but it won't let me search and request anyone. It's been like this for about 3 days now. It's definitely not as bad as previous updates, like Elissa said. Amy couldn't play at all for over a week after the Thanksgiving update. It used to be a lot worse. If there was one little thing wrong, the entire game would crash. At least now you can still play sometimes, with some features not available (still able to play my town, but all my 'friends' aren't showing). The "no friends" thing happened to me all day yesterday. Finally last night my friends showed up and I got all the coins I could. Now today, nothing. I also played Smurfs and Jurrassic Park, but I quickly lost interest. I think my wife still plays Smurfs.

Glad I am not the only one having trouble today. First it wouldn't let me log in, now it doesn't recognize my log in information.

If you bought the Quick Queue as soon as you walked in the park, you were standing right next to me. When we got there around 3ish we went to the guest services just inside the front gate to get our Quick Queue and they said there were 6 left and we got 4, then someone to my right got the last two. I was the tall guy in the EPCOT shirt.

Finally made it to HallowScream Friday night. Not the best choice I have ever made. They were calling for a chance of thunder storms Friday; but, it was a slight chance. I left home at 3:30, waited an hour in the mandatory Hampton Roads traffic, and arrived at the park around 6:00. Just in time for a cloud bursting / holy crap / why am I here storm. Rushed to the Festhaus with everyone else in the park, ate dinner, and waited for the rain to end. About 8:00 the rain subsided and clouds/ crowds cleared. With less than two hours before park closure, we knew we were not going to make it to all the houses. I didn't feel a Quick Que was worth it because the park was closing at 10:00pm. Made it to Root of All Evil, Fear Fair, Dead Line, and 13. Enjoyed them all with 13 being my favorite. It was 9:59 when we got to 13 and my wife and I got to go through alone, which was great. Verbolten: HallowScream overlay? They have added jack-o-laterns in Gretta's pre-show video. That was the only thing I noticed. Oddly some of the posters on the walls of Gretta's office were gone or painted over in white. Going back this Friday, hopefully no rain - and I'll get some pictures.

I have never been to the Tampa HOS, I have never missed a Williamsburg one. This will be the first year I am going to do both and I am looking forward to the different ways the parks present their Halloween events. The only thing I have to lose, is a little of my mind.

I am going to HHN for my first time this year and I am very excited for it. This may be a stupid question but, are all the attractions open during HHN? My plan is to hit IOA during the day and head to Universal mid afternoon with a Stay and Scream pass. I am worried about no being able to hit all the major Universal attractions before the haunt begins.

The only reason I posted the story was because it sounded like there was trouble with Mach Tower. Here we are 24 hours later and the ride is almost back open. I did not run on a rumor, it was in the Daily Times. Exactly.
