The third coaster on this list... Seriously, why would you even include this? It's not a easy-to-get-to ride and it most certainly isn't going to give you much credibility in making a "less sucky" top 100. I stopped there and didn't bother to go any further. Try again... EDIT: Just looked at more of the coasters included. This list might be arguably WORSE than the original. Your list is more like "random coasters that people say are good mixed in with even more random ones you've probably never heard of or never been to." Please stop wasting everyone's time.

Hey everyone! We just got in the following info from Knoebels about Phall Phunfest! Remember your Club TPR membership allows you access to this event! Hello, Phoenix Phall Phunfest will be here before we know it! We’ll once again have a Friday night exclusive event on October 6, and our traditional PPP events on October 7. We know many PPP visitors love Flying Turns, but might not love waiting in line to ride. So this year, Flying Turns will be part of the Friday night exclusive event (weather permitting)! We’re still receiving the overwhelming response that a Phoenix Phall Phunfest event should include Phoenix, so Phoenix will fly the entire time, too! The event will be held in Phoenix courtyard area, and will include “light” refreshments (Knoebels style), live entertainment, great friends and more! The Friday night event will be open to pre-registered members of approved enthusiast clubs and one guest, and the coupon pack will be provided on Saturday with the purchase of a Phunfest Saturday ride plan AND proof of a club membership. Registration for Friday evening is currently open at http://www.knoebels.com/phunfest. Pre-registration will not be required for Saturday. You do not need to purchase a pay-one-price plan in order to attend the Friday evening event, but you do need to purchase a pay-one-price plan on Saturday in order to get the coupon pack. Phoenix Phall Phunfest Preview Exclusive Event (October 6): - FREE event for card carrying enthusiasts of our approved groups (Club TPR!), plus one guest - Register at http://www.knoebels.com/phunfest - Check-in begins at 6:30 p.m. on October 6 near Freaky Fandango - Event runs from 7:00-10:00 p.m. - Three hours of ERT on Phoenix and Flying Turns (weather permitting) - “Light" refreshments - Knoebels Plinko game with Knoebels prizes (with donation to Give Kids the World) - Live entertainment by the "Koaster Kats" - PPP shirt sales so you can skip the line on Saturday Phoenix Phall Phunfest Saturday Events (October 7): - 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Covered Bridge Festival - 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Rides Open - noon - 4:00 p.m. Souvenir Swap Meet at Phoenix Courtyard - 7:00 p.m. - Costume Parade registration at Food Court - 8:00 p.m. - Costume Parade (prizes awarded) - 10:30 p.m. - Rally & Bonfire at Campground Phunfest Coupon Packs are provided to approved enthusiast club members only (does not include guest) who purchase any of our Saturday Ride Plans. See, and this post right here is exactly why I cannot fault Universal for doing what they are doing. While I personally disagree with the points above, I get that the Universal park I used to frequent on our 1999 - 2010 visits to Orlando equally (if not sometimes more) than Disney has changed, and unfortunately changed into something that doesn't appeal to me as much. But I get that it appeals to other people and Universal has been successful with that, and I'm "OK" with that. It just means I'll be spending less time there and spending more time at other parks until they start to build more attractions that appeal to me. As I said, hoping Nintendo is the project that brings me back.

I'm all for 42" - 48" thrill rides, but in my constant yelling at parks to make sure areas within a park have something for everyone, Potter Hell already has a 36" ride, a 48" ride, a few shows, a zero height restriction train ride, and this big 54" ride so honestly I was okay with that. Like others have said if this is some big, bad Dynamic Attractions / Intamin roller coaster...GREAT! But if I'm staring at a screen and wearing 3D googles and getting sprayed by water...well... We always stress that parks need to have a balance of height restrictions for their attractions. I'm never a fan of a park taking out a 42" or 48" height restriction ride and replacing it with a 52" or 54" which happens far too often. But a good "balance" does have something for everyone, including older, taller kids. As Elissa already pointed out, but I'll even elaborate on it more, the Potter lands currently have: 0" - Train ride 36" - Flying Unicorn 42" - Gringott's 48" - Forbidden Journey 54" - Dueling Dragons That right there is actually a "good balance" for the park. And while I would always welcome another attraction geared to lower height restrictions they didn't *need* to remove the 54" attraction to improve the balance. I would have been all for a Hulk-like refurb of Dragons that includes the new trains used on Banshee to bring that height restriction down to 52". I think what it comes down to for me is that Dragon's IMO is not a bad ride or a "ride at the end of it's life" so when you see a ride like that being removed, it's just strange to me. But it's not as though Universal hasn't done this already with Jaws. That was another well-liked, still fairly popular ride in the park when it was removed. Fun Fact! "Jaws" is actually our #1 YouTube video on TPR with nearly 70 million views! Another Fun Fact! Four of our all-time top thirty videos on our YouTube channel are Jaws ride videos! Hmmm....

I waited at the exit today so that Elissa and Kristen could ride and that they didn't have to deal with the stupid lockers nonsense. I sat at watched so many people get off the ride and then immediately go to the re-ride line. Everyone that was leaving LOVED the ride. Talking about how great it was, etc. I'm not one to get emotional or really care when a ride closes because they are just rides and their closure will not affect my life much at all. But we are used to seeing rides close that are arguably considered "not great." I can tell you I never once saw someone get out of Universe of Energy or Great Movie Ride going "WOW! That was awesome! Let's get back in line right now!!!" but that was almost the majority of what I saw at Dragons this morning. It's decisions like these that have made us visit Universal less frequently. They just aren't building attractions that appeal to me, and instead of complaining about it on the internet, or getting weirdly emotional, I'll just choose to visit the parks that fit my personal preferences better, and wish Universal all the best with their future expansions. I'm just hoping that Nintendo is the project that brings me back!

Sadly, no. We weren't able to film on this during this visit. Honestly, I'm just happy we were able to ride and we got in some AWESOME rides on it! I think the maintenance crew needed as much time as possible with the ride to make sure it was operational for the day, so that didn't lend itself for coming in to film. Next time we are at the park... -

And this is the correct way to use social media. My frustration comes not from the platforms (well, a little from the platforms but they are getting better) but from the hordes of idiots that use them. Many of YOU have the choice to ignore those idiots but from my side of things it's much more difficult. This is also why we block so many people from our social media pages in an attempt to make our socials slightly higher quality for the people who appreciate them! -

Just being honest here, I think that's actually dumber than not knowing how to use social media correctly. Someone who "deletes Facebook & Twitter" out of protest of the platform, IMO just doesn't know how to use the platform and at the end of the day will be more out of touch with the world than someone who does know how to use those social networks. They aren't bad tools, you just have to not be an idiot when using them, but deleting them makes you a bigger idiot than the horrible people who troll social media. Sorry, just my personal take on things on someone who is 24/7 engrossed in social media. -

See, it's good to hear people like those videos, because me being the perfectionist that I am looks at some of them and thinks "oh, man, the quality looks soooo bad!" but sometimes I'll post them anyway hoping there will be some takers out there. I'm so used to my style being butter-smooth mounted footage that anything less than that I am my own critic and usually don't post it. So like I said, this is good to know. -

I also second this advice, however I find myself spending more time at Player One since I'm a retrogaming nerd, but SeaDog is a wonderful place and right next door! -

I actually prefer back seat mounted POVs. They are more difficult to get mainly because: - Most people seem to prefer front seat so I have to focus on that and it depends on time. - Many times due to the train design it's hard to get a good mounted view without much obstruction. - I only like to post the back seat POVs if they are actually very smooth. This one was a bit borderline but mostly due to the seat in front being wobbly because it was empty. I've had a few other back seat mounted POVs that I ended up not posting because sometimes from the back seat the coaster videos much rougher than it rides, which is often not the same for the front seat POV. -

I was just making note that is not the best part of town. While I'm sure the food may be good, I know that side of the tracks does not have the best clientele. Just putting that out there as full disclosure. -

I have to be honest the food at both parks is "ok" and other than the pretzel places (which have both been hit or miss for me depending on if you get them fresh or sitting around) there isn't too much to recommend. At BGT I've had "decent" meals at the Crown Colony sit down restaurant. But nothing overly spectacular. Sharks has a GREAT bar at SeaWorld and you can sit at the bar and have a beer while little fish swim under your hands as the bar is a fish tank. You don't need a reservation to sit at the bar, you can just go in. It's pretty cool. Smokehouse is "ok" IMO and it's a good recommendation because it's good for "park food" but it's not like OMFG amazing but I'm also probably spoiled because we eat at Epcot and on Disney property quite a bit. Disney Springs is another option if you're looking for a place to go walk around one of the nights. Splitsville has good drinks and apps. So does Raglin Road. The Boathouse bar right out on the water is also pretty kick ass. And Uber can get in and out of DS very very easily! You can probably combine a night at DS with Player One since they are not far from each other via Uber. -

This is actually a good plan. The Shamu show really is not what it used to be (Thanks Blackfish assholes) and the Dine with Shamu is a much better and more entertaining option, IMO. -

If you are at the park for opening, and have unlimited Quick Queue, you will get a *LOT* of riding in by 7pm, trust me. -

Oh yeah, that's a great location. Mango's is pretty much across the street. There are an insane amount of great restaurants really in walking distance. Yard House, Shake Shack, all those are easily walkable. No question that's a great option. -

I honestly don't have too much more to add. Your trip is pretty easy. Busch/SeaWorld/Fun Spot are pretty easy straight forward parks. The only x factor really is the crowds and if you would need/want Quick Queue or not. Beyond that, it shouldn't be any trouble. -

Oh yeah, and UBERs are very plentiful here in Orlando. But I do agree with what Elissa said about the rental car, if only for that BGT drive. Those shuttles can suck balls sometimes.
