  1. I can't believe I'm taking advice from someone who has their English set to "Priate!"
  2. ^ There isn't really a "best" way other than to just do it soon! Just heard back from Knott's. If the voucher is from Knott's, they can accept it. They cannot accept any other Cedar Fair park season pass vouchers.
  3. Is your 4th Dimention and rocket coaster virginty too tight? Or did you mean you were going to LOSE it?
  4. So if we get a Knott's season pass voucher, will we be able to process it that morning, as well, or is that just SFMM? All I have been told from Knott's is that their season pass processing will NOT be open until the park opens for it's normal operating day. SFMM will have their season pass processing open early. (I did just confirm that) so until I hear otherwise from Knott's, even if you have a Knott's voucher, you would need to pay the full amount for the event. Again, please understand that these aren't my rules, I'm just being the messenger on this. As long as you register for your dad, he would be considered a "guest." The person doing the registration NEEDS to be a member of either of the sites. The people you add on your registration do not. --Robb
  5. I'm also simply removing from my friends list every person who spams me with this crap. I'm assuming that eventually I'll only be left with non-annoying Facebook friends!
  6. ^ If you have a voucher from Six Flags Magic Mountain, I believe that pass processing will be OPEN the morning of our registration. It's the out of state, or I should say "non-SFMM vouchers" than cannot be accepted or processed on that day. --Robb
  7. I had always felt that Ghost Town Grille has survived "under the radar" of some of the other changes that have happened at the park. Still seems to be exactly how it was 30 or 40 years ago! --Robb
  8. There is a new FaceBook annoyance that I'm hoping someone can help me get rid of. For the last few weeks I wasn't getting any apps notifications on my wall because I now have most of them blocked by actually going to the app location and clicking "block this app." But now, apps that I have blocked are starting to show up again. I have un-blocked, and re-blocked them, and that doesn't seem to work. I don't want to "Block All Apps" from my wall because Facebook tells me that will also block photos & videos, which I do want! (provided I'm at least IN said photo or video being posted.) Note that these notifications are showing up on my WALL and *not* my news feed. Example.... here are three notifications that just came in today.... If I click on the "Gift Creator" link you can see that I've already blocked this application.... So why do these notifications still show up on my wall and how can I get rid of them? I know I can just click "remove" from my wall, but when I'm getting three or four of these EVERY HOUR it gets VERY annoying! Please help!!! --Robb
  9. ^^ The dinner is "Dinner" and it would be a catered meal served probably around 6pm or so. It wouldn't be at midnight. --Robb
  10. ^ We are expecing Xcelerator to be open for the event, however as the schedule does say that is "subject to change." We don't give out the number of spots available for West Coast Bash, sorry. --Robb
  11. Last year it sold out about a couple of weeks before the event. But Termination Day sold out in like 10 days! --Robb
  12. ^ No, sorry. There are no refunds given if you pay for the event and then just decide not to turn up. --Robb

  15. Event info is now on page 1! REGISTER NOW!!!!
  16. ^ We would have a family membership available. Not sure if guests of members would have to pay the non-member rate or the member rate for an event, but we'll work that out. --Robb
  17. Absoultely fantastic TR and thanks for posting more video from this event! --Robb
  18. ^ Yes. There is no age restriction for West Coast Bash. --Robb
  19. If people want to join Club TPR right before signing up for a trip to have a better chance of getting on said trip I think that's a VERY SMART idea and buys that person a little additional "insurance" of getting on that trip. Again I will say this, if we end up having so many Club TPR members that they fill an entire bus and we still have a ton of non-members left over on a wait list, that is a GREAT problem for us to have! It means we have to come up with a solution to try and figure out a way to get everyone on that trip. And while we may not be able to accomodate everyone, we WILL make sure Club TPR members have the best possible chance of getting into a trip, but there is still no guarantee. Keep that in mind. As for if we would take someone based on the length of their membership, that would be on a case-by-case basis. I do see your point though, let's say we have three Club TPR members on the wait list. Do we take the guy that joined Club TPR yesterday or the guy who's been a Club TPR member for three years? We'll cross that bridge when we get there, but I will say those three Club TPR members would be on the TOP of the wait list over non-members regardless of when they joined. --Robb "We will make best efforts to get EVERYONE who wants to be on a TPR trip on a TPR trip!" 20. ^ I know they actually did do some Christmas decorations and Christmas "stuff" but nothing like a full scale event. It is a nice touch, though! --Robb
  21. ^ But the same could be said for Halloween and Fright Fest seems to do pretty good business during that time period. --Robb
  22. I honestly am not sure. I will say that I'm expecting at least 354 people to sign up for it though! Seriously, if I thought we couldn't do 500 Club TPR members in the first year, we wouldn't be moving forward with this. What I am *hoping* is that the perks and the other club offerings would be so compelling that everyone would want to join, but that doesn't mean the experince for non-members would lessen at all. --Robb
  23. ^ Flyers and registration will start Monday so just hang on a couple more days!
  24. Great feedback Michael! Some responses.... 1. The reason why I'm sory of leaning towards something with "club" in it is mainly it's a concept parks understand and can get behind. And if I think that we can get more with a name that will resonate with the parks, it will be a good move. I'd say that's my #1 reason for going with "club." 2. We won't upset the fair system. We will make it work. At the end of the day we have a very, very hard time turning away people for trips. If we have enough people to either open up another bus, another trip, or come up with other options we will. 3. I see your point, but to be honest we would probably just end up raising the trip price by $40 to cover the cost of the membership. 4. There would absoultely not be any "two tiered" thing going on. To give you a couple of examples - at Holiday Park I was told we could have a couple of people climb the lift of GeForce - in this case now I'd give that option to a Premium member first. At Hersheypark we had the option of having about 20 people go on a quick backstage tour. We would not have "two trip experiences" but if there was a perk that was being offered to me on a very limited case by case basis, this is a way for me to choose who gets to do that. And even still, there is no guarantee I wouldn't just raffle it off, so to speak, to the entire group. Hope that all helps! --Robb
