Yeah, I'm going to close this thread. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of these 'survivor' type of threads, and it's impossible to do one based on "Your Favorite Disney Ride" because there are just too many of them, and there are some majors ones, like for example "Space Mountain" that don't even appear on this list! Now if you were doing a poll on "Favorite Disney Coaster" or "Favorite Version of Haunted Mansion" or "Favorite Disney Dark Ride", etc that would be a better poll. And even still, how many people on the boards have ridden all the versions of them? So then you're just stuck with people voting for the one they live closest too, and at that point, you might has just well put up a poll "Which Disney parks have you visited" and then you'll get most of your answers in one thread! --Robb

So I just watched all the videos, and I honestly can't tell if the ride is any different or not from either the Tokyo or WDW versions! I don't know any of them well enough to make a comparison. The stuff in that video looked so 'similar' to the other two that if someone showed me a video and said it was the Tokyo or WDW version, I wouldn't know the difference. I guess that's a good thing, because both WDW and Tokyo versions were good! All I know is that all three versions just look like "A bunch of black lit space stuff with "Z" targets on them." ^ As much as we would like to, we can't. We extended the length of time that a video could be from 4 minutes to 5 minutes, but we need to stick to that, mainly because if your video gets picked, an 8 minute download would equal a file size so large that your video would probably not get downloaded that much, thus not get many votes. We need to keep ALL the entries consistent so we know how to budget for bandwidth, disk space, etc. --Robb

If everyone pretty much voted Intamin #1 and B&M #2, which is how it stands now, doing eliminations rounds only postpones telling us what we already know.
