Guys, at this point I'm going to ask that all discussion about the new ride be stopped until the official post tomorrow morning. It's just getting a bit out of hand at the moment and it's only a few hours away until the actual videos and renderings get posted. Please respect these wishes of the admins. Posting fake videos of the ride that someone mocked up only confuses the issue more. If you seriously cannot wait a few hours until the ride gets announced for real, you have issues. Guys after tomorrow mornings announcements this thread will be locked. I want to keep all the ride discussions in the specific thread for the parks they belong in. Having this thread open will just invite people to post more in this thread and it will make everything a complete mess.

Sometimes being an Orlando local means you can go to the parks at random times just to "hang out" or pop in quickly to have lunch. Today we ended up being at Epcot twice for two different things! It's awesome having an annual pass to the park living in Central Florida. Easily the best theme park investment you can make! Here's a mini-trip report from our visits today... Front row of the back car. Anyone who ever complains about an Arrow (or even a Vekoma) looper, I tell them to ride that seat. Makes all the difference. I can't tell you why, I just know that Viper goes from being an absolutely horrible ride to actually a LOT of fun in that row!

Yup. Happens every year. Especially since Ghostrider is often closed during West Coast Bash. I'll have no fewer that about 10 people come up to me during the event and complain to me about the ride being closed or how the event was poorly planned and should have been moved to accommodate the ride being open. Seriously, f**k these people. If a ride being open was so important to you, or is going to ruin your day because it's closed, don't go to the event. Don't bother me about your stupid crap. Actually, just PLEASE don't go to the event. West Coast Bash is an annual reminder to me why we have stopped doing the tours. Case in point, read what I just had to post in the WCB thread about idiots emailing me asking stupid questions that have already been answered. There was probably at one point where I had more patience for this kind of thing, or maybe it's that people really are getting dumber over the years, probably a combination of the two, but I really just have run out of patience to do stuff like this. It's bad enough we have to put up with completely moronic posts like this one the forum: let alone having to deal with some of these people in the flesh. We have been much happier doing our personal private trips with people that don't annoy us. West Coast Bash is the last of the "public events" we do (and for how much longer I really do not know) and we have no plans at all to do any more public tours either. When humanity proves it can be stable again and not feel as though they have to constantly bitch and complain about every little thing, maybe we'll re-consider. Just to clarify - When you place an order from the TPR Store using PayPal, you should get two emails. The first one that says something like this: You should also get an email from PayPal (or a transaction receipt on your account) that looks something like this: These are your confirmations for West Coast Bash! We've had a number of people that have emailed us quoting both of these things says "When am I going to receive a confirmation email for my ticket payment?" and all I have to say in return is "I don't understand what you're asking for, it looks like you have just quoted to us your confirmation email!" Sorry, not sorry if I sound like I'm being bitchy, it's just that we really have a lot going on, and getting emails like this really waste our time especially when the question that is being asked has already been answered. I don't know why it's gotten so much worse this year, but if you are going to email us asking a question about your tickets that includes, but not limited to the following: - When am I going to get a confirmation? - When will I get my tickets in the mail? - Does the event price include park admission? - Does the event price include airfare or a hotel stay? (not joking, someone asked this.) Yup, this is very true! Personally, I'm sick af of people coming up to us who are just getting to the park at the END of check-in bitching about not having their size of T-Shirt. My response this year will be much more short with them. "Get your stupid ass out of bed earlier next time if you're going to walk up to me and bitch about not having your size shirt!" But seriously, yeah, the schedule between parks will be tight. If I hear one person complain that we are doing "too much" with this event (and trust me we have heard this in the past) then I'll simply tell them they won't be allowed to come to the event next year. Remember that no one is forcing you to stay until the very end of ERT and no one is forcing you to get up early and be the first person at check-in in the morning. I have actually ridden both the 5 and 7 car version, and while yes, the ride is a bit more intense in the back of the 7 car train, I actually don't think it's THAT much more intense than the 5 car. It's already an AMAZING ride with the 5 cars so much so that we had almost an entire group of people not make it past a few rides of an hour of ERT with the 5 car train once!
