I actually liked Cypress Gardens for what it was. Sure, it could use a little work and a signature ride when I was there. It got a semi signature ride with Starliner since I was there. But with a little work and some more rides, it could draw in people again, even if just for a credit run. Imagine what a signature ride and better operations could do for the park. I wonder if the new owner is the former skiers.

I could get most likely to create a post that no one will reply to most likely to join a coaster club that goes no where (I did) Jeff could get "most likely to die on a kiddy coaster at age 80"

News Flash. Six Flags has given up on the park, all that remains is ruined rides and a contract they are trying ot get out of. If they were to even try to fix up the park, don't you think something would have happened in the 2 years since it was hit. I once thought that Six flags would have tried to open it back up, but that was within a year of it being closed. Two years and all that is left is rotten wood, rusted steel, ruined decor, and land that will flood when if it gets hit by another hurricane. New Orleans is not even probably capable of supporting a park the size of HW, if SFNO was bigger. The only good ride was BAtman, which is currently in storage in Texas, probably to be put it. IF for some reason SF opens the park up, it will take up to a year or more to probalby clear the land and some sort of construction to begin. Then, and a big if, the park reopens, the population that was once there, is no longer there. I haven't checked the current population of NO, but is probably less than half or less of the old population. Then if they reopen, all it will take is another hurricane to wipe them out because all that land is flood prone.

A bobsled coaster in the christmas section would fit in, theme it as santa's run on christmas eve.

They do, monsoon lagoon, but it is aged, allot of water features don't work. Plus on a hot day, it is packed. I went in it a few times last year.

I am sorta disappointed, but happy, because the current play area was fun for me when I wasn't a thrill junkie, the new slides look even better. I would love to see a new intamin drop tower too, with random dropping like S:top at sf stl.

I haven't been to any cedar fair parks, but been to two six flags parks. I can only compare to what others say. Food wise, CF has the worst deal. Six flags food is high priced, but not as bad as CF, from what I read.

I think a wood coaster would fit in nicely there. The atmosphere in the park is so nice. Out of the two woodies there, I only like one. Boss is way too rough. Eagle is in my top ten, it is a little rough, but a good rough.

I will be at work tomorrow till 3pm, so if anyone wants to clue everyone else in ebfore that, go ahead. Also, try to grab some screen shots. Will is apparently going to use heavy equipment to break ground, go figure. You should be able to see it on the bakuli splash cam.

I guess since I passed it every trip from home to school I could find it in a heartbeat. This summer was harder because the field in front of his house had corn. If you knew where to look, you could see the top of bf. Basically, to find his place, on 41 coming from vincennes, you pass vincennes truck supply on your left, and once you get to the bottom of that hill, it is there, if you see the big peach, you went too far. Coming from Terre Haute on 41, you pass the Big peach orchard and it is the next right hand turn, if you get to vincennes truck supply, you went too far.

I really want to find out. I think this model caddy was made for just riding and not racing like the high performance model caddy. Plus my car isn't exaxtly stock. I can redline and I got some umph to my go. Plus you got power to weight to figure. I may only have 140 horses at the wheel but I only weigh probably about 3k pounds. The car looked like deville, which probably had 275hp at the engine, so you lose 10 to 15% at the wheel and weighs about 4k pounds. Plus it probalby had a stock pcm, which means it rev limiter. Plus I only goto speed limit or 10 above, I stop there, unless I take it to a track. Plus you would be surprised what a malibu could do. Honda's, mustangs, and others have fallen to some malibus (1997-2003 years). edit After talking to some people. I probably could have kept up, but not beaten. Oh well. Plus this helps a little (a friends malibu)

The bakuli cam has been pointing towards the woods to the left of the tower when facing the dry park. Also, there is a nice empty field that the camera (near bahari wave) that the camera has been pointing at, but that might be because of bahari, but the wood position was zoomed in all the way towards teh woods with no voyage init. 2 more days.

To ride BF, you have to be under 200 pounds. What about BT? Last Time I was stopped there, he was working on the last curve. I might have to stop by in a couple weeks when I go down to HW for the coaster buzz event.

Oh, but I would expect it. Hopefully in two months, mine will get a little louder when I put a CAI on. LAst friday a Caddy kept reving it's engine, I thought about going with it, but was too tired, the poor fool squeled his tires for no reason.
