I am formulating my picture plan and gathering pictures, hopefully it will merely be a flash wound.

Printed and framed a picture I took today, never really felt this great about a picture I took.

That is actually a lot compared to what a lot of people get.

With snow finally on the ground, a friend and myself went up to a covered bridge to get some pictures. I took for fun, he took some for selling. First off, an hdr picture. First picture I will crop if I ever try to do anything with it. and this last one was a test of a different lens. I borrowed my friends wide angle lens and decided I need to get one.

I am 3-0! Yeah. Today was a big job, a 100 foot long driveway. Look at what I am up against. Half done! Still getting used to my cell phone (the finger pic), takes descent pictures though. ugg, it has to be done. Up until last year, grandparents went to Florida for winter and they have a rear wheel drive car. The end of the drive is snow plowed in, had to chop it up. Did have help today though. Done! After we did this drive, we did one for an older person in town.

Tomorrow, Round 2! a 100 foot long, 15 foot wide driveway! No snowblower, truck with blade or anything! Just my friend, me and two shovels!

I will give something next Friday when I get paid. Our current cat was a homeless cat living underneath our bushes at my old home. Oct. came around and it got cold and she was still under there. We let her in and was going to find her a home, well she found a home and we didn't have to look.

This amount of snow is realitevly a lot for us around here, I heard it is the most snow in one day since the 90's.

True but even if the photos are done on public land that can be an issue as well. Say for example there is a carnival that is taking place in a shopping center and one of those stores in that shopping center is Kroger ( you can use any other retail store store for that matter since I know Kroger isn't everywhere ). Even if you shot the video from across the street and NOT on the actual property of that shopping center, if you as much as have a few seconds of a scene of that Kroger in your clip then Kroger has every right to get it removed from any website and someone from Kroger has the right to walk across the street and ask you to stop taking pics/filming. Not true in most states, iirc. Say you shot something on public property (sidewalk or road), then they can't say jack crap to you about shooting something. If they own the property, then they can. I know this from broadcasting classes (when I would be sent out to shoot stories). As for them removing it from any website, I very much doubt that, that would be freedom of press (speech or something) rights I think.

In Indiana we finally got a descent amount of snow. They originally predicted 3-5 inches north of my area and more south. Monday the snow started, we got around 3 inches. Yesterday the snow started back up around noon, and we quickly got 2 inches. I woke up this morning....10 inches of snow. They cancelled school for tomorrow already. Anyway, onto the photos. Starting alittle late into the snow clearing, I had already cleared part of my parking spots and my moms car. A nice little snow pile coming here. Trash can shows how many inches we got. Big snow pile at the beg. My car still burried, I cleared up to the footsteps in the foreground. Yeah Almost done with parking area. Snow pile got bigger. Had to put the snow someplace else. Car is cleared off and running now. A path to the car is nice also. Problem, 10 inches of snow behind my car with more piled up beside the road. Do I move it or just floor it out Clear it. I am free. Car in parking spot, like my new hubcaps, they melted off later. Former parking spot. I did get stuck trying to turn around in my uncleared road. Of course this doesn't help though. I need new tires. Fun fact about snow. Ever notice that it is quieter when snow happens, that is because snow is filled with air.

Got stuck in my apt. complex today! I got photos when I was digging out.

Why should kids get snow days, Adults don't get snow days out of work.
