Maybe my dream of ride on Saturday isn't as far away as dream as possible (pay everyone a dollar to become an employee and you shouldn't have to have a inspection {refering to Johny Upside downs Cypress Gardens Starliner where they were paid a dollar and rode without an inspection).

Tires look almost brand new. So far, the cluster is the only thing that doesn't work. Haven't ridden it yet. Headlights work, turn signals work. When I am closer to buying it, plan on a real good look over. It was sitting in carpet and the carpet was clean, so it doesn't leak. Also, the shop owner owned the bike.

Actually hope to get it for about 2500, when I test ride, I am running it by hte local dealership to have them look at the speedo cluster. I did find a working cluster on ebay for 75 if need be. One wierd thing to me is that the speed cluster is on the headlight.

Looked at this today. 1999 Honda Shawdow 1100, unknown miles due to speedo cluster not working but they think around 50k. They want 2950 for it, but they said they would go down to 2800, but a church member knows the owner and said he will go down more than that. I am excited.

Lawsuit won't see the courtroom. Be settled out of court and the amount will be private. Even though Disney probably has the proper signage and they might not have paid attention, Disney will probably settle out of court. AS for proper restraints....what kind of restraint is on TOT? Seat belt? Another thing is what was the health of the two before the ride?
