    Day 7: Holiday World. This will sound borig (i guess) but yet another awesome day. I had been to the park in 07 amd had some great memories. This time it was more relaxing (no rush to get credits) and more time to enjoy the park. We also got some amazing tour time and nice photo-ops. All in all yet another amazing day. Pictures are posted in the order that they were taken during the day. Feel free to comment. after some sleep.. it was time to get up looks like somebody takes a dump all day long.. love the sign the "magic" door yeah, this area has not changed much good morning sir nice turn, and lovely coaster more wood still walking "backstage" first stop of the day trying to get that one amazing image happy riders leaning in for the final turn not sure what was happening, but i just could not resist posting ok, time to check out the rest of the park another coaster and a train on it's way down it looks so pretty getting ready for that first drop this years new addition something trees familiar faces for some an awesome way to start the day, for others.. just another day on the job.. darn it.. that does look tall "small" wave a little spray is always fun on the way down random riders.. although i think i recognize some is it fear or is it joy?? so close yet so far apart almost back at the station photo caption contest worthy (i think). Not sure what Lou is looking at.. just in case you started to forget this trip reports current location ok, time to move on. Plunge tour time control panel area trying to get that awesome image first looks down spray skloosh it does look.. ehm.. tall and kind of weird.. fly by relax time for the dummies.. next boat. Somebody is posing for the camera elevator system hello ladies yeah, that's pretty close to the ride here they go higher and higher all kinds of possible angles interesting pice of enginering but there's more it does look big.. happy monkey more ladies.. hmm, waterparks are fun.. a bit of an overview but wait, there's a new ride to check out nice way to keep folks cool up close and "personal" with this fun ride going up water = waterride riders going up looks like everybody is enjoying the ride bye bye fun for all ages scream if you like it in the distance just a part of the ride relaxing and watching people having fun. conveyer belt a look back at the park ok, time to move on and find a place to cool down a bit fun ride time for some more pictures it looks so pretty is it fear or joy?? is everybody having fun or?? more backstage tour time nah, we're not going for this ride here we go first drop fun the "old" train lovely banking away into the forest and yes, this walk does go uphill plenty of photo opportunities so much fun to look at (and see everybody taking their own pictures) another fun turn why so serious?? almost perfect the turn around get that picture happy rider time pain, joy fun some familiar faces first drop fun on the home stretch such a fun turn. That's it folks

    Toverland, Phantasialand, Efteling.. plenty of places that are open some days during the "winter". On the other side.. it's a nice time to safe some money and look forward to next years trip...

    Update time. Time for another amazing day. Heat index 114 Do i need to add anything to that?? It was hot, like really really hot this day. The result of this heat was a (for me) limited number of pictures. Day 6: Six Flags St. Louis Home to some fun coasters and some painfull/pointless coasters. All in all one very amazing day (especially considering the heat) yeah.. this bus was filled with old people.. ehm.. ok, time to check out the park i see something blue in the distance should have taken a bit of time to ride this.. maybe next time getting ready for the group photo trees and some lovely wood on the other side early mornings.. hmm one of the other woodie in the park... sunshine sometimes makes for some interesting photo ops nice and cool, tour time the car and seats ehm... launch?? looking down the launch track The Boss, but not like the artist getting all the info inside the launch tunnel amazing photo ops quick shot once everybody left ok, everybody pay attention let's get up close and personal with some track yummie hug the track, take pictures and have fun fun, lots and lots of fun looking up.. more structure park maps are always welcome woodie time bottle holder sign, the rest of the story has already been told let's ride turn time happy faces are good faces here they come fail.. zoomed in a bit more a bit of history smile don't you love ERT sessions (h)airtime it's moving (and a (to me) surprisingly fun ride) ehm??? aha surprise hit of the park another spinner (without the water challenge..) this section felt kind of weird or better said very seperate.. water = cool down = good yeah, last one

    Final update time Day 6 of this tour was better known as: King's Dominion & East Coast Bash !! What can i say? It was good te be back at this park, get in the credits that i missed on a previous visit and have a relaxing day. By this time i felt really really exhausted so i went back to the hotel during the day, the rest is history... Is there anything else that i need to add to this?? ehm.. Lots and lots of thanks to Robb, Elissa and everybody else that made this another amazing trip. Thanks for sthe splendid organisation and all the amazing perks, tours and other random things we got to see and experience. I've been toruing for a while with TPR and everytime i'm stunned by the energy and perfection that goes into these trips and the fun everybody has. Now if i could win the lottery and do all the trips every year... ok, enough dreaming. Picture time. As usual, this is a selection, posted in the order they were taken during the day. It's sad that this report has to end.. but next year is not that far away... (i think) Early morning view from the hotel hmm, steel fun getting ready to enter the park let's ride first drop fun up-side down smiles are good empty parking lot more riders warning sign more riders damn it, i've been caught yup, looks like the train was pretty quick more first drop fun bit wider look next stop, new credit (for me) i was so looking forward to shooting a gazillion images here.. ehmm... what's up with the hands and closed eyes? owh wait.. it's pooring down ok, time for another credit... (for me) second row.. (lol) pain?? joy?? i'm not sure... Rusty?? wth?? ok, let's get ready for some fun after eating.. are words needed for this?? on your marks.. get set... the participants just some random things on the stage sunshine behind the trees everybody please pay attention.. here we go that's one very big group so pretty and so big trying to get that one image.. all camera's are pointing at a big piece of steel.. i guess somethings happening to my left first drop, no problem who knows what's special about this piece?     I do have footage of it (i think).. i just need to get some software installed and figure out how to get it working to make a nice "clip" i have another image of that tumble.. just wasn't sure yet if i should post it.. now i know..

    Yeah, Another update, it's still day 5 of the trip and it's time for... City Museum (in St. Louis) This place was amazing and like nothing i had ever seen in the US. Despite walking around with a camera bag all the time and not doing slides and other random (weird and scary) things i had a blast. Here's a lot of pictures which should give you an idea of the place and the fun we had. I'm pretty sure i still missed a gazillion things that were there but i do hope you can appreciate this "view" of one of the most crazy things in the US. Here goes "nothing" first look at this place.. owh my.. this does look very intresting what's that contraption?? nice parking spot so many small and interesting details.. time to enter rooftop entrance area first impression why so sad? ok, let the games (and fun) begin.. yeah.. turned out.. you could get in there as well.. halfpipe?? bowl (or whatever it's called) thingy stuck behind the wall hmm, so many options.. yes, it's ok to climb this awesome structures.. small ball pit ok, who moved the forest inside the building? so many small details.. yes, that is a slide.. but wait.. there's more to look at we're still in the same building.. owh my.. i've heard stories about these.. 10 story slide?? trying not to get lost.. looking up.. i tried to go up.. but got lost along the way.. yum yum yum lights.. pretty lights yeah.. that's pretty far up.. scared for life lots of fun with light time to wander around even more.. imagine all the things you could do here.. another climb/slide option.. back downstairs.. i see somebody going up please wait for somebody to follow time to check out the roof slide exploring ( i need to get better at these againts the light pictures) yup, still at the roof part of the view looking down the slide overlooking what's going on.. going up and that might happen when going down.. here's the next victim nice roll take cover another way to cool down a little so how did you end up there? bus time... friction..?? ehm... terrified? now this is a ball pit.. spot the TPR members Lou hiding behind TP TP stepping to the side and Lou after getting hit.. love the expression everybody aim for Lou how to reuse some of the things you can find back inside.. that does look pretty darn high.. relaxing seats so many directions to go and things to do.. want to check out the plane?? how to park your plane and there's the bus fire truck red slide ehm.. this looks like a fun play area.. finally, i found the museum part small things ok, let's check out this corner.. pretty lights peep show?/ tunnel?? ehm.. i think i've seen this before.. slide fun.. so many small things everybody wait, i'm on my way all slide together but wait.. there's still more to check out.. seconds before the "big" crash.. mirror fun looking down.. looking.. ehm.. not sure.. it was time to go, but what an awesome time. If i'm ever back in the area.. i'll be sure to plan some time for another visit. Thanks you awesome staff i had an amazing time.

    ^i did read yesterday that the gremdlins (and track?) have been removed from the building.. and there are (were) plans to extend the building..
