That seems logical, but it seems illogical that they would mention there would be 15 in the first place if they were not going to built them initially, especially considering they're showing images to the GP . They seemed to be showing a proposed map, does anyone have, no where I can find that map online? This wont happen btw.

^ Damn... Ive never noticed that over banks pure insanity before. That definitely looks over 90 degrees to me... does that thing count as an inversion? Also its so small and so low... those should be some mad forces! -
IAAPA 2010 - What should TPR Check out?

Ask Intamin if they are selling cable insurance. Personally I would like to know if Rocky Mountain Rides intends to give more coasters the "Rocky Mountain Treatment." I dont need specifics as I doubt they can give unannounced information, but it would be cool to know that information. Also ever since your Seasonpass interview with the Gravity Group I have wondered if Timber Liners will go on any of the old CCI rides, especially since the Gravity Group Guy(Corey, I believe his name was) mentioned that he would love to see them on Ghostrider. I know at that time he had no real information regarding if that would happen, but I am very interested. Riding that thing opening season was... ... and I would love it to run like that once again. Lastly I don't know if Disney is at all represented, and I don't know who is doing the Matterhorn trains(Arrow was bought out by S&S, but who was S&S bought by) but I would love some info about my favorite Disneyland coaster's new trains. Have an awesome time and keep us updated! The Wisconsin still seems like a weird place to hold IAAPPA to me Ghost -

^ Carnivals both unfortunately. I went on my carnival cruise in third or fourth grade, and I have been on 6 now, so I would say I have a relatively descent idea of what to expect in terms of standards from a cruise line despite not being the standard cruiser. In fact, I would say Carnival is the Cedar Point of Cruise Lines based on what I saw, and as mentioned I was young at the time. There isn't one major issue on Carnival ships IMO, but each and every thing wasn't up to standards in relation to Disney, Royal Caribbean, and Princess, which are the cruise lines we have sailed on. For example, their kids program was god awful when compared to the awesome other cruise line experiences, and that is saying something considering I was a kid. I cant remember what I didn't like, but it wasn't as good. I also remember people getting full on drunk on the Carnival ship, which would not have been the norm on the other cruise lines. The staff was not as good on Carnival, they were all right, but not quite as good as my other experiences. In short Carnival is okay, but they are the lowest ranking of all the cruise lines I've sailed with. For what its worth Disney is the best for young families, Royal Caribbean is the best for families with older kids or teenagers, and Princess is for the older crowd, but we still had a pretty fun time because the teen program was okay, and there was a great group of people who I still talk to today. Carnival did not meet the bar of any of the ships, and there for is very meh. If your looking for cheap fun carnival may be okay, but if you want a true cruise experience Royal Caribbean, Disney, and Princess are the way to go in terms of cruise lines I have been on. According to my grandparents(who have been on like 50 cruises) Celebrity is the best, and I have heard pretty good things about Norwegian. Carnival The I love cruises Ghost

The Laser lives once again. This coaster is called Anton, and it a clone... or a very close version of Dorney Parks laser. The coaster was loved by many and is now a traveling coaster. Note...color scheme is not final! I am going to change the colors to the steel coaster in its current form as I search for pictures of the coaster making fair circuits. There isnt really a color in the RCT color options bar to get the right color of Dorneys, so thats why its this color for now! Enjoy and comment! Also note this is not where the coaster will be in the park. These pictures are just to show of the layout! SCR205.BMP The mighty laser! SCR207.BMP Awesome, twisted steep first Schwarzkopv drop! SCR208.BMP Through the loop, then through the center of the loops! SCR210.BMP The airtime hills were my idea. Laser has a VERY long break run, and it was boring, and as the coaster is a wooden coaster I felt it needed a bit of airtime as well as the awesome schwarzkopv forces.

^ I agree about despicable me being awesome, and for me it is easily the second best Dreamworks Movie, but Kung Fu Panda will (probably) always be my favorite dream works animation film. Dreamworks has gotten MUCH better though, Shark Tale is pretty much unwatchable, and it is probably... if I though about it... my least favorite animated film. It wasn't funny, wasn't original, and it seemed like people only saw it cause there were like a million celebrity voice actors.

I finally came up with the idea for my design today. I am interpreting the rules VERY differently and am(hopefully) making a clone of a schwarzkopv.(there are several layouts in my head) The catch is that the coaster will be made of wood seeing as wooden coasters are able to go upside down in RCT2. The overall setting will be a German fair esque setting. Im excited!

Cals band is by far the best marching band ever. They play a bunch of various themes including ska. All you people in marching band should form a kick ass ska band... we need more of them and you get to be rock stars but still play horns... best of both worlds.

List the parks you have visited in 2010

I fail. Disneyland Resort(tons of times so far in 2010... still got a few more planned visits before the year ends) USH(for HHN) SFMM Orange County Fair Wow... I fail. This is the first year in a while I haven't made it out to knotts over the summer for quite a while. -
Ghostrider... but mainly because I remember how it ran early in its life when it was my favorite coaster. Also this one is very mixed, but for me potentially Deja Vu. My first ride was god awful. I rode it once more and it was okay, but still not awesome. Also I absolutely hate the one moment where you enter the second lift vertically facing up. In fact the only thing I like about Deja Vu are the verticle drops, if not for those I would never ride again. For what its worth I loved Psyclone at SFMM. That being said I was in second grade when I rode it and was only like 7, and I wasnt a coaster nerd yet, so that might have been how I thought woodies were supposed to ride since it was my first one. Also I decided to ride twice with my Dad...he(for the first time I remember) said God Damnit(and my dad is fairly religious) on our second ride, so he must have been getting the crap beaten out of him, but I had an awesome time. Finally Revolution. ITs not brutally painul and I love that layout, but the trains(as had been said billions of times) ruin the ride. I love how it uses the terrain though, and it is certaintly ridable... especially at night, but it has so much potential to be so much more, especially considering how well it uses the terrain. Those breaks in the tunnel practically stop you, and I dont remember it doing that my first ride like 10 years ago. Of course, like psyclone I may have sentimental feelings for the coaster as it was my first looper, so that may be why I have fond memories.

I will already post a new, smaller update tonight. If I add some colors like whites and different browns would that look okay? The theming is supposed to make you think of the woods, so I dont want colors like blues and reds. Maybe some plant textures such as hedges will compliment the colors. Also tonight you will see I am filling in quite a bit of the land around it with shrubs. There is going to be very little of this coaster that can be seen by guests, so expect a major foliage upgrade. What other rides should I add? I am pretty much using whats given, and a log flume is planned for parts of the mountains. How about a log flume, roller skater type coaster, and an antique cars ride with foliage and theming, and new building like shops and resturants. Does that sound good? Im just trying to think of how to fill up my space.

Wow, this is intense. My theming may not be up to par with the big players, but watch out for my layouts! Im pretty proud of myself. Nothing for this project yet per se, but I have built a prototype coaster of the kind I am trying to make. The basic concept is similar to a racing dueling coaster. It is a racing coaster, but the layouts are different. For example, on my prototype I made one thrilling gravity group coaster and a family designed gravity group coaster. Both were the same height and everything, but the different layouts allowed for some awesome things to be added!
