Yay... one of the few instances where I can be helpful as I am a former employee of wild rivers for 3 years. I totally don't know if this is "public" or not, but what I was told from my supervisors was that someone broke their jaw on the transitional part of liquidator when the slide begins the steep drop. It's funny... after working there I have no desire to go back... and it's not that I don't like the place... I just did everything SO MANY TIMES it got old after a while.

^^ Theres a(at least I've found) a natural "law" where you will do pretty much anything to make sure really little kids have a good time. Like I said, he was FLIPPING OUT, but after the ride he said "I wanted to freak out, but it would have ruined my entire day if I made her cry" which pretty much every decent person feels. It's 100% true... especially @ Disney. ^ I miss Rex! Star Tours 2 is cool though!

^ Yes and no... but thanks for the offer. While I do appreciate the offer I plan on submitting this(when it's done, although its small it still has a LONG way to go) and see how they judge it. Then after I get feedback from the actual ne panel you can test my future projects... in fact I have a concept already in "planning" stages after this. Racing dueling very twisty coasters(maybe an intamin blitz... but maybe something more original) themed to Ursulas (from little mermaid) eel servants twisting around caverns and caves. I'd also LOVE to do an indy concept... so although I don't know 100% sure whats next I'd love to do a disney related project.

^ Booo for mermaid soft opening today, lol. I was on the Ferris wheel yesterday and saw mermaid open from above, SPRINTED to get to what I assumed was a soft open, but it turned out to be a CM preview for friends and families... oh well... I'll get on it next wedneday. Also get to do more star tours since my friend has tickets for it next week... YAY! Also I feel like this 100% needs to be said, but the mermaid building is STUNNING! Probably one of the most elegant and awesome facades for a dark ride EVER... it fits the "new" decor so well and it BEAUTIFUL! Can't wait til Wednesday!

Thats a good idea Braz! Didn't even think of that! I mean... I'm not using a steel coaster, so that type of scenery didn't occur to me, but I just experimented in landscape editor and the B&M piece does look better. Anyway, sorry for the lack of updates as of now.. a bit busy lately but one will be up either during or before the weekend I promise. I'm excited to begin work on the golf course as I love combining CS with NCS to great effect... for example, I really like my mini golf building. I may ultimately end up submitting this to NE... not because I think I will win, but I want to see how the "panel" ranks my work because in a way(dont take this the wrong way) you're all TOO NICE! I do love that vibe here, but I have always been curious to see how I would "rank" in a panel of judges.

I convinced my friend(who is terrified of heights) to face his fear and go on the ferris wheel @ DCA. We were in a group of 3(swinging side) and he was already sorta freaking out and starting to blatantly cuss... saying things like why the f### are we doing this, but he said it VERY quietly cause there was a lady behind us with a 2 year old. We get seated and unluckily for him the mom gets on with her 2 year old daughter. We went up and started to swing, and as soon as we started swinging it was SOOOOO funny, he wanted to cuss and yell, but he couldn't cause the girl was semi freaked out as well and would have burst into tears if not for her mother. It might hav been a "you had to be there" situation, but my friend was somehow silently having a panic attack, and it was hilarious to everyone in the ferris wheel. The end was also REALLY funny cause the girls mom was like "See you made it." We thought she was talking to her daughter... but she was talking to my friend... SOOOOOOO FUNNY!

SOOOOOO AWESOME TODAY! 5 rides in... but never got Kashyk and maybe never got Millennium Falcon. As of now my favorite combo is Vader-Hoth-Naboo! NABOO RULES! Especially the ending... not giving it away but holy #### it's awesome!

This seems like a semi terrain based version of California Screamin... which is AWESOME! To everyone complaining STFU seriously! I mean... most everyone loves Cali Screamin and this is like a faster more awesome version of that ride... I personally think this looks AWESOME! Can't wait to get down there someday.

F*** THIS PLACE! Anywhere with free roaming spiders is not cool with me... I know they're useful for fly killing, but I think all spiders should be eradicated ASAP... in fact it semi sickens me there is even a bug museum in the first place... which kinda makes me feel like a dick cause I enjoy Tough to be a Bug... oh well. Thanks man! I should have an update sometime before the weekend... been a little busy with my work/ summer semester schedule, but the station for Rampage is coming along pretty nicely... then I think I will work on the mini golf.

This ride keeps looking better and better... can't wait to hear reviews as I am sure I'll get to this park at some point... hopefully next time I go to Florida. Also Kasi's ADORABLE! Awwww!
