I've read/seen multiple reports now. From the single POV they saw, they really only got the layout. Consensus is: - ~90 degree drop (and most-likely over 200ft as speculated) - 4 inversions (one more zero-g/barrel roll under the first large tophat area) - Lots of airtime hills in the final lap - Fast pacing throughout So nothing too surprising, pretty much everything we guessed. IMO, this is perfect. I don't need any crazier, flashy elements - I just want a huge RMC packed with airtime throughout. We've already seen ~15 spots for airtime in construction and I imagine quite a few more coming up. I think a "solid" RMC will be perfect for Cedar Point. If Hurler is to have 20 moments, this should be closer to 25. Can you imagine?? I think this will end up being the longest, tallest, and fastest RMC to-date -

Not sure it'll be the same, but I went on a super busy Saturday during Fright Fest, 2015. We prepaid for flashpass, but still went to Goliath first. We then got to the flashpass office 15 minutes after opening and it was empty (it took 3 minutes to get the QBot). Basically the same plan you're describing. It worked fine for me on a day where S:UF and Raging Bull reached 180 mins. I'd think you'll be good

Yeah, I think I'm just hoping for the greatest volume of that amazing RMC AIRTIME™ Their inversions are great, but airtime is where they really excel. -

I think it's fun to play along with the park's teaser campaigns. I think this is way better than Knot's which has only posted one 5 second clip as their whole teaser campaign. I really hope it's not one. Medusa Steel might have been my favorite RMC if it wasn't for the first drop, which is the only 'mehh' part of that whole ride, to me. Storm Chaser's drop also underwhelmed me the same way. They look cool, but they're pretty forceless in reality, especially in the front. Straight, simple, super steep drops are far superior. I'm sure some will disagree though -

That's really cool! I'm definitely on board that these three characters represent "RMCMS2018's" three trains! Digger, Black Jack, and Wild One! I hope they each have unique themes on the trains - That would be so rad! I also love that this is keeping up with Maverick right next door! That back corner (from Millennium Force to this thing) of the park may have the best coasters per square foot than any other place in the world! -
Ahh, you're one of those enthusiasts... Ever hear the story of the enthusiast who tried to get "true airtime" on Raven at an event in like 2003? She left the restraint a few clicks loose and died on the 5th drop when she was ejected from the train. One could argue she really "left her seat" To me, all airtime is great. I love rides like Phoenix and the PNE Coaster with single position restraints (with no seat belts), but I also love El Toro, Skyrush and Lightning Rod (even if stapled). Airtime is airtime

This was the first one we saw like 3 weeks ago. -
You're joking, right? When the permits says: "Architectural Review of a new 110-foot, 6-inch tall steel track rollercoaster ride structure, and associated station building and site landscaping within the Great America Theme Park." You know they're saying the "steel track rollercoaster ride structure" is "110-foot, 6-inch tall" as in a total height110.5ft, right? Not a 110ft tall coaster with 6in tall track. Sorry if I just explained your joke to the point of not being funny

Incorrect. For example, the "airtime down raven" shown in the profile view is a late-twisting Dive loop, just like on Wonder Woman. It's not what's shown in the 3D animation. Not too mention the lack of an "overbank cutback" or "180-stall" in the 3D rendering too. The 3D rendering is completely different than the two 2D renderings shown (referred to as "Double Out" and "Triple Out"). Wonder Woman is also different than anything previously shown, although mostly similar to the triple out 2D model. Okay you're right about the 3D rendering being different than the double out blueprint my bad. But Wonder Woman matches element for element on the triple out blueprint, the height is the only thing that doesnt match. Like I said, it's similar. The brakerun is on the other side, the last element is a low turn, not a "overbank wave turn", and the height and length are off. In reality, Wonder Woman is probably a revised version of the Triple Out design.
