  1. Oh my God. This is on par with Pee Wee's Playhouse!!!! -JZ
  2. That looks like an insane pop of airtime coming out of the turn into the MCBR. I really can't wait for April!
  3. What else am I here for? Oh....my....God. Station. A peeky poo inside.
  4. Hear Me Now - Framing Hanley
  5. If you make it on Robot Chicken, you either suck or rock. Mr. Six, you rock!
  6. Did you only have a 100mm+ lense that day? Some fantastic shots, but some were zoomed in or cropped on detail I didn't really know what the picture was of. Phantasialand looks like a superb park! I'd love to visit one day. -JZ
  7. Guitar Hero - I really like the guitar. It makes playing so much easier with the buttons and the strum bar. Graphics are improved, the set list is fantastic! Customizing guitars is GREAT. I love the game. Rock Band - Love it, love it, love it. I love the drums the most....maybe my guitar is broken, I'm not sure. Graphics are fantastic, and the world tour is so much fun! Both I have for Wii, by the way. -JZ
  8. I really doubt that Vekoma builds based on a European height and weight average when they're sending this coaster to AMERICA..... Dude, you shouldn't have a problem. My friend's 6'4", and he was able fit fine on his ride. Weight shouldn't be an issue, the vests pull out pretty far and the waist lap bar can be adjusted a good length out. I've seen some big guys and girls get on Firehawk.....you'll be alright.
  9. Wow, I've seen maybe 3 trip reports from TPR going to this park..... ....and it seems the place is getting worse each time! You'd think the addition of a new water ride would take a slight load off of the other rides, but I guess not! I'd really only bother trying to ride Dodanpa while I'm there...the launch and nut-smashing hill looks awesome! Maybe the park secretly thinks, "bring a friend free day when TPR is coming! Oh, and let's hire some public service workers!" Well, I guess they wouldn't be so secret about it Bahaha. Sorry guys!
  10. In no real order. -Iron Man -Pinapple Express -Cloverfield -Dark Knight -Wall-E Off the chart: -Step Brothers -Tropic Thunder -Quantam of Solace
  11. Hey, I heard Gatorland has a Heart Broken Valentine's Day offer! For just $25.99, your heartbreaker could take a dip with your choice of Nile Crocodile or the American Alligator! For $29.99, you get the same deal, and a photo of the one you hate about to get chomped by a vicious scalie! "Nothing says, 'Die b*tch' like the like 'gator's death roll!"
  12. Maverick's is great. Millennium Force's is my favorite. Son Of Beast's can be pretty good....you've gotta have the car jackhammer at the perfect spot, you get ejected out of the seat due to the jackhammering, and going down the first hill. That's awesome. I really liked California Screamin's first hill. Either front or back, being launched up and over the hill....your butt is being kicked out of the seat on the drop.
  13. Check out he latest pics here. http://kidiamondback.com/public/latest/gallery
  14. Hopefully Diamondback at KI. It's a looonngggg way away D:
  15. If you're an ACE'r, I'd gladly be your guest! -JZ
  16. I'm not sure. I know it's a Diamondback walkback, and it's a big Kings Island Central thing....but I'm not sure.
  17. Nah, not the same layout (Matterhorn blitz doesn't even have a backwards drop or turntable) the only common element is that weird tipping lift. Mack actually have an image of the layout of Scooby Doo on their website: http://www.mack-rides.com/lang-en/c121/default.html So basically the first half plays out as a ghost train with a few dips, then its the vertical lift, then you drop out backwards into a huge dark "warehouse' with tons of lasers and a rock version of the Scooby Doo theme blaring, and the rest of the layout is like a standard wild mouse. At the end however it has a little suprise.... If you weren't well ridden then it could potentially be your #1 (It was my #2, behind Superman Escape prior to my trip to the US) so now it is just my #2 Australian coaster. So I'd struggle to put it at #1 by any means, but it is definitley one of those 'surprise' coasters. Edit: I had a search through the ballots to see where people put it, one person had it at #2 out of about 300 coasters (George from bannister.org)....I think it is a case that not many people with large track records have been able to place it. But then again, I've only been to a handful of parks; and there's not really a competition for my number one. Haha. -Afterburn -Goliath (SFOG) -Maverick -Scooby -Kentucky Rumbler That's pretty much my top 5.
  18. I'd like to bump I got bored and was searching through the TPR archives and found this in the old history! Still freaking funny as hell! I haven't seen Flipdude around for a while... AWESOME STUFF TOMI!
  19. I was thinking about going on the walkback, but the tour really filled up fast. Before I checked back it was full. Eh, oh well. James and I might be doing a fly over sometime. -JZ
  20. What an awesome SLC. Thanks for the report, dude! Big Tower looks great!
  21. I had quite a few. Scooby Doo - Having no lines pretty much all day down at Movie World was awesome enough, but on this ride....it was fantastic. I met a cool group of friends there, and I won't forget it. Giant Drop - Okay, maybe it's noa coaster. But it's the tallest drop tower in the freaking world!!!! I will NEVER forget it. Such an amazing ride. Space Mountain (DL) - I have been to WDW when I was nine or so, so I don't really remember the whole "Disney Experience." Well, I got it this yeat at Disneyland. Space Mountain combined atmostphere, story, music, and a kick ass ride to make one big awesome coaster package! Will never be forgoten. Kentucky Rumbler - Riding it over and over again right after the New Year in the freezing night was awesome. Oh, did I mention this ride is really, really good?
  22. Did Beech Bend have the Power Surge opened? It's by the log flume... Some guy said last year they needed new hydrolic fluid to have it working in colder weather, and that they'd have it this year.
