X-Men 3 Last Stand 8/10 Saw my very first "opening day" movie. I normally just dont go, but was bored and had been waiting to see this. Wow! Good movie. New mutants always nice. Beast was cool. What is his power though? besides being blue and furry? Missed the "secret" at the end of the credits though. I am going again today so I will watch it then. Solid movie though, good action, some plot holes.

OMG!! That was funny...My hubby had to go through a endoscopy which isnt as bad, but done at the same place as colonoscopy. I just had to chuckle at the nurse in the next room, cheering on the people for farting.. "Good Job, that was a nice one!. Can you give me another?"

Wow that brings me back to when I lived at home. My stepfather used to brew at home. I used to hate when he would cook everything on the stove. I never was a fan of that. I used to love helping him out though. I used to help bottle and stuff, and watching it ferment was cool too. Good luck on your new brew!!

Congrats to the Hippies!! I started out not liking them to much, but they grew on me as the race progressed. Seeing Fuji-Q, I REALLY need to look into visiting Japan soon. Hubby even took interest in going...which was a surprise. So hopefully a Japan trip is in the works for the future!!

I am not interested in the PS3 now. I think that is WAY to high of a selling price. This is why I am not interested in 360 either. Now the Wii....I am all over that one

Ok, I agree with someone else...that is way over my "limit". I have ridden the Star Flyer in Orlando. Nervous as hell to start, but once I got up there, I was fine. It was windy, and the movement of the swings is kind of odd, but I would do it again!! This...no friggin way. I wont even do SkyCoaster.

So does it count as a new credit then...? I will try it once, just to compare the 2 who knows, might be better, less headache version.

Kid Rock in March at Universal Studios for Mardi Gras. Pretty awesome as he started dropping the F-word and people started getting all offended and getting their kids out of there fast!! Looks like the Marlins are having issues filling the stands...Look how empty it was. At least for the Spring Training Grapefruit League games, granted it was a much smaller venue, but all games were usually full and always a great time. I need to get over to St Pete to see the Devil Rays. Heard they have done work on their stadium, and things are looking nice.

I have never played any of the games and went into this movie with pretty low expectations. Most movies based on video games have sucked in the past. I was highly impressed with this one. I enjoy how the ending left you wondering if there is going to be another. The effects were good. I read this movie was done on a low budget also. Hopefully this will revive the game series. I have begun the hunt for the games, and have found people making a killing on Ebay selling the first game for 50-60 bucks as it is now out of production being a PS1 game. Maybe Konami will re-release the series to the X-box in one set or something.

This was going to be my next question. We managed to get a pretty good deal for the Holidome. Indoor pool is pretty important for husband, I could care less. The cost of Breakers and such and the benifit of early entry wouldnt be used by us we just dont rise early enough to make it worth while, plus for our week(just before July 4th weekend) its close to 200 a night. So Holidome it is. I am happy about it so far.

I agree, I dont think it does a whole lot of business. Its on the same walking path as the drag cars are, and its right near the Skycoaster, but I dont think it was a huge draw. It cant be seen from the road at all. When we rode it we had about 10 people watching us as it was a Sat afternoon and there were people milling around due to the car show that night. Some people did buy tickets to try it after we got off. Otherwise, it is dead over there.

Saw quite a few movies this past weekend... V for Vendetta - 9/10 I loved it. Just great. I myself didnt see the matches to Iraq and Al'queda and all that, to me it was more Hitler like, but still a very good movie. The Hill Have Eyes - 7/10 Good. Some jump parts. Some people just wouldnt die...LOL. Bad guys only use the guns, good guys have to use axes and stuff. History of Violence. 5/10 Stupid movie. Been done before. Just not into it really. The Weatherman. 6/10 OK movie. Kind of left some things hanging at the end but I enjoyed it. Grizzlyman. 4/10 Glad he got eaten. Should have put the audio of it in the movie. He deserved it. Lord of War 6/10 Not bad, but I stopped watching about halfway through.
