  1. http://coaster-net.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7656&st=750&gopid=176807entry176807 More pics from a member over at C-net. I think we now know that is the corkscrew and the other is the lift.
  2. ^ The track between the station and transfer still needs to be painted. It seems more than likely that they moved the old cars out onto the track to paint the transfer section. X2 looks awesome!
  3. An X-Scream or Insanity ride like on the Statosphere tower? That'd be cool. Wouldn't be Dan-approved though since you'd probably get wet.
  4. I guess I had my head up my A$$ the last couple of weeks and I really need to get work done. I could be able to get the crossmembers for the track cut and placed in a day or two and add another day to add track and while doing that, get the trains done to do the testing in a week or two. I apalogize for my foolishness over the last few days and the lack of updates since I've been worrying about some other things lately.
  5. ^ I don't think so. After looking at a satellite image of the area and the angle of the drawing on the website, it looks like it's the lift. In one of BTeller's pics you can see a concrete structure behind one of the CRR catering buildings; that's the elevator for the station.
  6. ^Why the hell do you think I'll just work on it for over a year and give up? I WILL get it to work one way or another. By the way, you're not the one making the model. I am. Don't become another Jack Rimer. I'm not saying anymore.
  7. On Ferbrury 14th, I will have a big annoucement regarding the coaster. This will come along with an update. Since that is the date that TPR was founded, I think it would be a great idea to mark it by. Stay tuned to find out.
  8. ^I never rode it when it was around, but it should've stayed because IMO it's better than a basic carnival ride tornado. Both are family rides.
  9. ^^ He probably goes to the Hershey Hospital which is across town. ^ I think those might be the lift.
  10. Track Section 74 kinda looks like it's going at the top of the norwegin loop. IDK why, I just have a feeling. It is going up fast.
  11. That's what I'm trying to figure out. But it showed a few pieces of flat track in the background, so I'm betting that it'll face WC.
  12. Here's my friend's update with all the photos included. Enjoy! http://coaster-net.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8151&st=0&gopid=176004entry176004
  13. ^I am garenteeing you will. A friend of mine has just went past the park today and some things have been going on. First of all, the whole first drop of Coal Cracker is completely gone. Pieces are scattered all along that area and they look like they are refurbishing it. On to Fahrenheit. TRACK AND SUPPORTS ARE VERTICAL!!!! It looks like a section of flat track has been built next to CRR catering and part of either the lift of cobra is being built. All catering areas are still standing which means that this could be a great shoe-horn coaster like GB and SR. My friend should have his pics up soon and I'll get a link when he does.
  14. Ballrooms are old structures which means more than likely the electrical wiring is also bad. There's also a chance of it being arson. After what's happened, IMO the chance of the park reopening are now 50/50. Let's hope for the best that Blue Streak will be saved from the wrecking ball.
  15. ^^Thanks. Like I was saying, what are the bodies going to look like for the cars? Different from the originals?
  16. Man, that's a long line! Everyone wants to ride Frank! lol WTF did they name one TG coaster Afterburn and not name all of them the same thing? SF is starting to sound better lately.
  17. Kinda looks like a Vacation Park someone would do on RCT. The themeing looks excellent and the rides should be great.
  18. They should've just went with a classic enclosed tunnel. Those will just let sunlight into the tunnel which would cause people not being able to see the special effects inside. It does look cool, but I don't think something like that should be built on a coaster like X. Kinda looks out of place.
  19. Not that I know of so far. But a little birdie told me that there could be a photo gallery soon.
  20. ^I'm taking a good guess on Memorial Day Weekend (May 24). I emailed the park a few weeks ago asking they why they don't have a photo gallery or some type of way to keep track of progress. Could my email talked them into this?
  21. I've been wait for awhile for the park to have a queue system; looks like it might be soon.
  22. It's been over a month since the last update. Sorry about that. Here's what's been going on... The seats are all finished and are ready for paint along with the other car parts. The seat arm has been painted a bright red and the seats, a banana yellow. The frame has been painted black and the seat booster, a gray. Shouldn't be long until the assembly starts. Stay tuned for track work to start. Here's one seat. Not all of them are done. Before.....After. Here are all of the car parts. The restraints still need to be made; this should happen soon.[/img]
  23. I think he means the height requirement for Conestoga. Since it was a family ride and that it is similar in a way to Pirate, I'm guessing that it has a Reese's through JR height. That would make it 42 inches and up.
