  1. When I said that Patriot took up part and SD took up... blah, blah, blah, I was qouting from my friend, who went to WOF early last year. He said it appeared that Patriot was on a small, if any, space of land that OE was on. He also said SD took up most of the space. So, sorry for the people who said I was wrong. I actually don't know because I haven't been there since OE was taken down. I just remember the ride being rough and thinking it should be taken down.
  2. The first and only time I rode OE was when I was I think 8 or so. I rode everything and was looking forward to OE. After I rode it, I had an extreme headache. I thought that they needed to snug the wheels a little better. I thought that the layout was very nice and creative. I swore I would never ride it again. As for Timber Wolf, it is (or was) recently retracked. I think that taking Orient out was a good idea. I go to Theme Parks for fun, not pain. I would like to see Intamin or somebody else make a clone of OE. As for people who want shot of the layout, the best I can do is go to www.rcttown.com and go to downloads and you'll eventually find it.
  3. The Orient Express at WOF was taken out a couple years ago, but I never got to see where it went. Was it scrapped, or did it go somewhere else?
  4. ^I think that thread SUCKS!!! Oh yeah, it is Orochi. Your turn wrebbit.
  5. WWW just put on an update. www.wildwestworld.net. I think that this park is really shaping up!
  6. Betcha' the people in that house will sue cause of the noise or something idiodic like that.
  7. You guys are CRAZY!!! How do you guys make such normal (and sometimes boring) things look so fun???
  8. 9. The accelerator coaster model. What year did the Diamondback at Frontier City open?
  10. I will be getting a BUNCH more, but here's what I got so far... Three TPR DVD's (1, 3, & 6) Aluminum Dry Erase Board Ripley's Believe It Or Not Book Sketchbook and pencils A desktop phone with touch-panel display, voice caller id and MUCH more AN ELECTRIC GUITAR !!! A $20 Visa giftcard A totally awesome MP3 player with TPR videos on them! I'm going to Stockton, KS this Tuesday for more gifts, and then I'm off to Denver for even more!
  11. There is SOME trees there, but they are on the west side, on the side of a small creek, so that isn't much help. Like you guys are saying, there probably won't be much 'natural' shade there.
  12. I went to All Star Adventures in Wichita, Kansas. Gotta ride a new credit! The Kiddie Coaster -- The Dragon Coaster. In the back seat, it actually had airtime, believe it or not. Passed Wild West World waiting for it to open for 2 more credits. Frontier City in Oklahoma City. Still haven't rode the kiddie coaster. Diamondback or ErUPtion are defenitely the best rides in the park. Six Flags Elitch Gardens. There vekoma's are actually pretty smooth. Had a good time, but there were some downs to it.
  13. What makes you say that there's no shade? I think that the woodie should be a GCI twister. A 'Maverick' type coaster would be nice too. I did get pics today! I am aiming to get them up tomorrow.
  14. This is a good excuse for my aunt and uncle to take me to Six Flags! Their kids love the wiggles.
  15. I emailed the owners a LONG time ago about a water park, and they said they have no plans for a water park. Maybe in future years. The only good water park near me is Rock River Rapids. I would call it more of a water entertainment complex or something other than water park. It has 6 insane slides and a lazy river. It is a good place to cool off though.
  16. ^That would be nice, but a little more layout instead of top hat, hill, brake run. Maybe an overbanked turn at the end or something like that.
  17. I realize that this topic is old BUT this is still a theme park in the making. That being said... The park is coming along well. Some of the twister coaster track is up. It's yellow. Figures. The theming (view from the interstate) is nicely done. The hotel has a magnificent designer and you can tell by seeing it. There are a lot of buildings up and the place looks very nice. I would like to post pictures, but I need someone that is willing to give me a ride, wait for me to take pics, and then go home. I've asked my mom and she said she would, but she hasn't. I might be able to get pics today because I am going to Wichita, but I am not sure.
