Volcano at Kings Dominion is the best coaster I have ever ridden'.

Omg, that 3 Point Shot game? I really hate the one at KD because it brings crowds blocking the entrance to the Congo area. That was one bad move by Cedar Fair. We already have I think 4 basketball games now. The so fimiliar sounds of basketballs bouncing throughout the park gets annoying.

When it's your home park and you've been there so many times, it's not. I wish our park would change faster like Kings Island is and all the other former Paramount Parks. We seem to be the slowest changing park. I have also just recently gotten a job at Kings Dominion...Kings Dominion is fun at times, but it's really hard to have fun. Edit: ^Wait a minute...You say you were there just this past weekend? Was it on a Sunday? I saw a guy wearing an ACE jacket with a lady in the Volcano que line when the park opened. I think they took the back seat. Then I saw them again at Anaconda a few minutes later and once again took the back seat. I was on the same train and I overheard this dude say his restraint was loosening on the ride. Was that you with the ACE jacket? If not, forget what I said.

I'm a bit late but I saw this topic and clicked it. Kings Island looks like such a nicer park than Kings Dominion is. Kings Dominion has really sucked the past few years.

I plan to buy all the DVD's $125 is a nice price for 12 DVD's.

It's not SuperSonic XLC...It's HyperSonic XLC. Yeah Great America was suppose to get it. I wish they did get it because its a low capacity short, rough, and pointless coaster. Kings Dominion is getting rid of it after Labor Day weekend if no one buys. Great America should just straight up buy it now if they were going to get it...

Kings Dominion Busch Gardens Williamsberg Disney World - Epcot I know, I haven't been to many parks. Does State Fair count?! Haha, im jp.

Volcano @ KD because the first launch all a sudden catches you off guard. The second launch propells the train even faster so yeah, Volcano is my choice...

Some photo's I took on April 1, 2007: ^How many trash cans do you see in this picture? ^The enterance got an entire makeover. Looks nice. ^Anaconda did get seat belts. Luckly, it doesn't effect loading times because they are re-tractable. ^Tornado from Eiffel Tower. Looks like a nice slide. ^Here is the view someone mentioned of the Tornado from Drop Zone's plaza area. It really does dominate the enterance. ^Zoom Flume looks nice as well. ^Tomb Raider wasn't running on a full load most of the day today, so the lines were fairly short. Im going today and it's suppose to thunderstorm. I hope it doen't thunderstorm too bad to get to the point that rides are closed for hours and hours. Photo TR when I come back. (in another topic)

^You're right about that one. It's really fadded. I remember when it used to be shiney. I hope Cedar Fair re-paints it, as well as Rebel Yell!

Who's going to Kings Dominion this opening weekend? I know for sure I am. I passed the giant KD highway sign yesterday and noticed something about it at night... Heres the sign during the daytime... At night I noticed they replaced the sign with new neon lights but notice whats not lit up.

Cool! I have that game and all of the Expansions! Seasons is awesome! lol. Funny.

I don't like the capacity of that ride but wow it looks so awesome! It fooled my mind thinking it was an intamin but it's not! I wish I could ride this thing!

^You really want that POS coaster? I liked it alot when it was smooth. But now it's all rough. Scrap it!

I feel stupid now...Haha...I always thought it was "Thorn Park." I don't read carefully. But thanks for correcting me on that. Yep...An intamin would go best in HyperSonic's spot...If they do get a clone like Stealth at "Thorpe" (yes I got it right this time) Park, then maybe PKD will still be able to keep the "launch Coaster Capital of The World" slogan.

I don't see the point of adding a second wave pool...They could have built another slide with that money...But the new slides do sound great. I wonder if the front portion of WaterWorks will get pushed back behind Rebel Yell...

I agree with the person who said it should be replaced with an Intamin Rocket Coaster like Stealth at Thorn Park. Two days ago at PKDPlace I said... Then I found someone on here who thought the same thing as me. Im really looking forward to what will replace it. Hopefully, it will be the clone of Stealth at Thorn Park. ^_^

Do you think PKD (Paramount's Kings Dominion) will try to fight back with BGE (Busch Gardens Europe) now that BGE is getting Griffon, the worlds tallest and only floorless dive machine. I really hope they do.
