I don't think the top scan is a far fetched idea due to it's intensity I think it is because it seems to have a rather large footprint and they would essentially need two remove two rides to fit one in the way they have them jammed in there

And there lies the problem with the Zipper, I have often thought how nice it would be to replace the capacity nightmare Rock O Plane with a Zipper but there are so many problems with that idea . . . the first being that the capacity of the Zipper isn't all that good either, and then there is the fact that there was never a park model of the Zipper made and the portable models have a rather large footprint for what they are as the trailer the ride lays down on sits behind the ride so the zipper is technically about as long as it is tall, and then there is the fact that Chance is no longer making the Zipper so a used one would bet he only option at this point, My pipe dream is for something extreme to show up at SCBB like a Top Scan but I know it will never happen, thinking realistically however I could see a KMG spinout working out well in Santa Cruz

Well yes you do have a god point there If it were being rebuilt as is I would be a bit more optimistic however I can see the modifications and the cash needed to make them killing this project before it ever breaks ground sadly , hopefully if this does happen they will be smart enough to attempt to sell it and not let rust away in a field

Well if speed is getting a new life and some modifications I think even though it is steel Desperado could use the rocky mountain treatment

Interesting it looks like the area between the second launch and spike will zig zag a bit based on the drawing that could be interesting

I am sorry but Rock N Roll seriously fails to live up to the excitement of the Wave Jammer if you are going to replace a ride with something similar don't replace a perfectly good fun and exciting ride with something that offers the excitement of a kiddie ride

I don't know what it is but the first time I heard about Idora Park it became a serious fascination of mine here is a post card from after the fire (I don't quite know why they would make a postcard like this it is sad really) and a few tickets from the park. I have much more from Idora I just haven't gotten to it yet
