Extreme Terror Rides

Guy, you made a really awesome coaster video. That throws you into the category of full on coaster dork. Joe "I needed Cipro after watching Guy's video" C. -

This isn't likely considering that basically none of the existing B&M hypers produce ejector air. They're designed to produce very long bursts of floater air. And these coasters are *very* good at doing this, especially Goliath at SFOG. But, not so much on the negative G forces. -

Doesn't sound like they're marketing it as a family ride to me. -

^The last time Kings Island got creative they made one of the worst coasters of all time. -

It'll stay a gas if the pressure is lowered enough. -

I liked what I saw in the POV. It's like Nitro in the woods, which is fine by me because Nitro is my second favorite hyper coaster. I actually like Nitro better than 3 of the Intamin hypers I've been on. Only GeForce tops it for me. -

What about the pacing? How can I complain about the pacing? Also, based on watching the POV, I can't see how this ride is going to have any airtime. -
Morgan, I'd highly recommend you try using a Disney specialist travel agent. It's your best chance of getting a room. They deal with Disney on a daily basis and will keep checking for availability for you. It certainly beats checking every day yourself. Oh, and their services are 100% free. http://www.wdwvacations.com

It also means that Six Flags will actually be around to build those bigger coasters again some day. As opposed to running the company straight into bankruptcy and all the parks being sold in the fire sale for condos, rides, spare parts, scrap, etc. I'm not saying that Shapiro's strategy is the best, but it's clear that what they were doing was going to take the chain down.

Argentina is on my short list of foreign countries to visit. Though not for quite the same reasons as you. It looks like a beautiful country. Buenos Aires looks like a vibrant, amazing city. They have great wine, excellent beef, big night life scene, etc. Not really a good coaster country at all, but still looks like a great place to visit.

Maybe you just need to bone up on your Spanish and move to Madrid. (I just realized that "bone up" was probably a poor choice of words, but I'm not changing it now.)

^^I tried to dig up Dr. Wysocki's studies, but only abstracts are available for free. Stupid science journals! Anyway, that Psychology Today article is pretty bad. The last paragraph counters the earlier point in the article and pretty much echos what I said. Maybe gay men are just attracted to male pheromones in general. Not necessarily a specific gay pheromone that only gay men produce. This whole pheromones in humans thing is pretty flimsy in general anyway. There isn't a lot of good data to support the idea human behavior is to much extent driven by pheromones. They could be vestigial. Or maybe we just bathe too much to build up enough pheromones to have an effect anymore. Ha. I don't do so well by dairy either. But I'm addicted to cheese and ice cream!

Gay pheromones?!!?? I think you misread the article. AFAIK, what they're saying is there is a modicum of data that shows that gay men are attracted to male pheromones instead of female pheromones. But these are just the general male pheromones that every man has, not some special gay pheromones.

Mmmm...Phantasialand. What I wouldn't give to be back at Hotel Ling Bao right now as opposed to being here at home getting ready for bed so I can attend some SUPER LAME training class at work in the morning. -

^Kind of sad that Disney is focusing their efforts on rehabbing Florida's Space Mountain when Paris's needs work far more desperately. Seems like they need to scrap the entire ride system and start over. -
