^ "Witbier" (unfiltered wheat ale, like Belgium's popular Hoegaarden). Tonight I tried a Green Flash Soul Style IPA. It was pretty good with vibrant citrus, tropical fruit, floral notes and very smooth, juicy, and refreshing. For a hop head though like myself it fell a little short and was below my preference of ABV in an IPA.

Awesome tour photo update! The last time I ever watched a show in the theater was way back when they used to do laser shows in there, I wonder if they will bring those back.

THIS! Seriously some of the best times I've had at DLR are on rainy days or even slight precipitation. Same to be said with USH, rain really keeps the tourists away from these parks. As for cold I don't mind, it's easier for me to tolerate and dress for, than the heat. Usually what can bother me is heat over 100, especially on some of those 105+ summer days at SFMM.

Knott's has always been appealing to both demographics. From 1998-2004 the park saw an aggressive shift toward thrill rides (almost entirely ignoring the important family market) and I honestly think if the thrill park strategy was actually working for the park they would have continued. While I agree it is definitely time for a new thrill ride, Knott's has historically been a family oriented park. We will continue to see thrill rides added from time to time but thrill rides aren't the primary focus for this park.

My favorite was Vice City...until GTA V came out! By far the best in the series.

I was in the area and drove by Knott's tonight and saw Windseeker, that thing is HUGE!! No pics can do it justice! (I took a crappy nightime photo on my iphone so forgive quality but this is it topped off.) Windseeker

Great to hear that its topped off minus the UFO thing, lets see just how quick this thing finally opens! Hopefully they will have everything figured out on this one so it opens with fewer delays than the other windseekers. I havent had a chance yet to see the tower, I cant wait to see what it looks like on the Knott's skyline.

It's interesting to read through all these jobs people on TPR do! I work as a Wine/Beverage Steward. Its a good job, basically get paid to talk to people and help them select good wines for their personal pallete.

Put me down as a guy who likes girls...a certain girl that is! Im definitely really impressed with this thread. I think sexual orientation is one of the most interesting things to study after studying it in college.

It's so nice to see that Xcelerator is finally back in operation, Im planning on riding it tommorow! It's too bad they didn't take the oportunity to paint it while it was closed for so long, I would hate to see it close again even for a paint job even though it badly needs it! Im curious though, can anyone tell me what kind of crowds I should expect for tomorrow? Me and my girlfriend are planning on going tomorrow and Im hoping to get as many rides in as possible! Since the schools are still in and it's a week day im not planning on it being busy at all, but I have never gone on a weekday before as I usually work during the week.

^ Yeah I have to echo what beemerboy said. I say look for somebody else or your just setting yourself up for serious heartbreak! And planning in advance of a "breakup" before you really even start dating can't be a good thing. My advice is DONT DO IT!!!! Maybe you guys should just hookup haha. Anyway my relationship couldn't be any better with my gf. We are so into eachother and so connected, and we are going on our first vacation together this week to Disney we can't wait!

^ Well my advice is to be VERY careful in your selection as obviously it's something that is going to be with you the rest of your life. Im coverered in tattoos, I honestly dont even know or want to sit down and count them all, but I love tattoos with a passion. I say as long as it's something that YOU really like go ahead and go for it! But my honest advice is to stay away from anything like certain Hobbies (even coasters), and bands IMO. One day in the future might come along and you may not be into what you are into now and those are the tattoos that people regret later in life. Most hobbies and bands are better off being worn on a T-shirt as if one day that is no longer what your into, you can just throw the shirt away but a tattoo isn't going anywhere. Anyway here is a pic (not finished in this pic) of my left forearm being tatted from a few years ago, one of my first tattoos I ever got, Im all traditional old style tattoos. One of these days Il post a pic of me showing a lot of my work.

^Haha Anyway Ive got an amazing girlfriend now, weve only been dating for a month but we sure have hit it off and are both really into eachother. Its really gonna work out I think. So happy now that I met her, shes attractive, caring, funny, and real. My ex was lame and bad mouths me behind my back but is so nice to my face. If she hates me so much why does she keep wanting to keep talking to me and try to be nice to me. I think shes jealous that Ive got a way better girlfriend than she ever was

^^ Haha make that 3 of us that it bothers! I work in a busy grocery store with 28,000 customers a week and you would be amazed by how many people I see each day come in wearing pajamas!! Its so not ok to go out like that, its totally unaccepatable! I see guys and girls of all ages wearing them at any given hour of the day. I still am waiting for someone to come in wearing a snuggie!

^ I agree, every girl Ive ever been with that I actually liked, I never ran out of things to keep a conversation. I have pretty high self confidence (without the cockiness) so I never get nervous really, but sometimes first dates are a lil awkward and trying to make sure you don't say anything stupid. Anyway I broke up with my last girlfriend and just started dating this smokin hot half spanish girl we are both really into eachother so I think this will really work out well .. So much happier in life now, I was not happy at all in my last relationship I can't even say how happy I am now!

I had a similar situation last year, I used to work graveyards and with all that day time sleeping I was hardly eating at all and lost way too much weight... Just to echo whats already been said, when I got back to working day hours, eating frequently and healthy habits I started to gain weight back with the help of weight lifting and protein drinks(syntha-6 is great!). Now I not only gained my weight back but built up some serious muscle mass and the ladies dig it.

I couldn't have said that better myself! Anyway, I cant say this advice enough! I always play hard to get and the girls flock to me and stick to me like mud. You'l have so many girls all over you all the time its rediculous. I always act too busy, pretend to be too tired to hang out, etc just a bunch of excuses. Basically, you cannot be too available, only hang out once in a while and eventually you will get what you want and she will be just begging for more of you. Trust me, girls (and guys) love pursuits whether they want to admit it or not!

I think we need to legalize it as well there are so many benefits. CA could really use the tax money and it would really cut down on crime, especially at border cities. And besides, I really don't see many people at all rushing to go buy it if/when it becomes legal. I think that becuase it is SO easy to get, those who WANT to smoke it ALREADY do!
