  1. Very interesting. I've heard many whispers of an upcoming rehab for WDW's Space Mountain, and I hope that it is something along these lines. I don't really want it retracked, since the bumpiness makes it seem faster, but Florida's Space Mountain could definitely be a lot darker. I could see the brakes on the track last time I rode, and the loading area was in full view from the ride.... If the Space Mountain at TDL is like the one in WDW, than the wind that you are hearing is not a sound effect. In WDW, they actually created a vortex of air inside the ride building. It's purpose is to mess with your sense of speed and make you feel like you are going faster than you really are.
  2. Hey everyone! I just got back from an 18 hour trip to Magic Kingdom. I took a bus up to Orlando that left at 6 am, and I got back at 12 PM. I already have all of my videos from this trip uploaded to http://www.youtube.com/Disneymountainrides . All photos, including the Space Mountain photos, are at the end of this post. However, I recommend that you read the trip report before looking at the pictures, as I don't explain everything in the captions. The highlight of my trip was probably when my friend broke Space Mountain, but I'll get to that later. I will also talk about my first time riding the new Pirates of the Caribbean (I LOVED it, much has been improved from the original), and also what I thought of Monsters Inc, Laugh Floor Comedy Club. So I get up at 4:40 in the morning. I meet in the parking lot of my school at about 5:30. When we get on the bus, the teacher tells us that he is going to put on a black and white educational movie. It turns out that the movie he put in was a bootleg of Spiderman 3. Amazing. This teacher is awesome. After a 4 hour bus ride north, we get to the parks. For the first time in a long time, I am not by myself, which does slow me down in the end, but I had a lot of fun (even though i would have gotten to ride twice as much if I was by myself). I'm going to keep my friend anonymous, since she doesn't know I'm talking about her here. We get to the park, and the first thing I do is ride Pirates of the Caribbean. The additions to the ride are AMAZING. The waterfall effect was by far the coolest part of the ride. Going through it you can hardly tell that it isn't real. The lighting and sound have also been greatly improved. The Pirate ship battle scene is much cooler now, the cannons are much louder and have a deaper sound. And there are even blasts of air that fly past your head as the cannon balls go back and forth. I loved the additions to this ride so much, I went on it a second time later that day. Then, I try and convince my friend to ride Splash Mountain with me. She refuses, because she "doesn't want to get wet". I insist that you don't get wet on this ride, it is very dry. I finally convince her to ride with me, but only after reassuring her that we WILL NOT get wet. In the back of my mind, I'm starting to get worried. I hardly ever get water on me when I'm on this ride. But it has happened before. If she gets soaked after I told her that you don't get wet, I'm screwed. We sat in the second row. I had my camera out and was filming the ride. Until about halfway through, when I checked the screen and realized I had forgotten to press record. We get off the ride, perfectly dry. My friend really liked the ride, and I needed to film it since it didn't work the first time, so we go again, this time with fastpasses. I had pushed my luck too far this time. We sat in the back row on this epic ride on splash mountain. We both got soaked. Because the splash is bigger in the back? No. Because of that darn false splash from the other boat. Here is a full video of that particular ride: . About 50 seconds in, you can witness that funny moment. That weird little voice saying "Oh no...oh no no no..." Unfortunately, that's me. After we both get soaked, listen to the noise my friend makes... Frank (FRD714) says it sounds like Mario dying. After getting off the ride wet, she is slightly annoyed. So whatever she says, I pretty much haveto do if I want to avoid trouble. I suggest that we go ride Thunder Mountain, since it's fairly close (an understatement). "noooooo, let's go ride Space Mountain in TommyLand!" (inside joke). So we walk all the way over to the other side of the park, and ride Space Mountain. But at least since she chose to ride this, she can't blame me for what happens next.... My friend breaks Space Mountain Side A of Space Mountain. Also known as Alpha. This was the side we chose to ride. I was sitting in the second seat, my friend was in the front. She set her purse down in between her feet, I took my iPod out of my pocket, and as we went up the lift hill I was messing around with my songs. After choosing Hangar 18, I scroll to about 2:50, where the guitar solo starts. I pause it, and hit play just as we go over the top of the hill. It matched the ride perfect! I was having a blast. The heavy riff came in at the same time we went down the big drop. It was so cool how well the song synced with the ride. Good thing I was having fun, because my friend wasn't. ..... I had the volume on my headphones turned up pretty loud to drown out the sound of the ride. I wasn't able to hear my friend shout "HOLY :censored: !!!" near the beginning of the ride. At the end of the ride, I turn my iPod off, and as we pull into the station she turns around with a worried look on her face. All she can manage to say is "My purse fell out of the ride". She's in a panicked state. Among other things, she had an iPod, Nintendo DS, Cell Phone, and about $100 in this purse. I say that we can talk to the Cast Member at unload and see what they can do about it. She walks up to the cast member after getting out of the rocket and tells her that she lost her purse on the ride. The Cast Member says that there is nothing they can do about it. They only turn the lights on if the ride breaks down, and they aren't going to turn them on to search for a missing purse. The Cast Member tells her that they will find it tonight, and we can stick around at the end of the day after closing, when they turn the lights on to shut the ride down. This only makes my friend even more worried. "But we came here with a group!" she says. "We have to leave at 7:30, we can't stay around for closing". Right now it isn't looking good for us. The Cast Member says that she'll go and talk to the supervisor, and see what they can do about it. But I know that there's no way they are going to stop the ride to go look for a purse. It slows down the line and it's bad for show. So the cast member walks away to talk to someone higher up, but my friend still looks miserable. About 2 minutes later, the CM comes back, and she is about to let us know what the supervisor said. Judging by the look on the Cast member's face, I knew that she was about to say no. All of the sudden, she looks over our shoulders, and her expression changes. "Well guess what!" she says..... "The ride just broke down!" (we both stand there in shock, and I turn around and see that the work lights are on) "I'll go look for your purse, you probably lost it in Zone 9" (I don't think the Cast Member realized that most guests don't understand what she just said, but I did. Zone 9 is a particularly rough part of the ride where a lot of items are lost from the rockets.) As my friend waits for them to find her purse, do I wait there with her to find out if she gets it? Heck no! (I probably should have, but I'm a disney geek with a website, so what do I do? ) I walk back up the chicken exit into the loading area to take pictures. I got a few shots of the ride with the lights on from the loading area. Nothing anyone hasn't seen before, but now I have some pictures that belong to me, and I can put them up on my web site without other people from the internets claiming that we stole them. (HA! ) The Cast Member comes back a few minutes later, and sure enough, they found her purse. Apparently, it had landed on some sort of sensor, E-stopping the ride. On our way out of the building, as we are walking along the exit ramp, my friend turns to me and says "Don't ever forget that you were here the day I broke space mountain". And I won't. It was probably the coolest disney experience I've ever had. ................(pictures at the end of the post) Later that day we went to go see the newest attraction, the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor Comedy Club. I wasn't expecting TOO much from this show, but it was actually pretty entertaining. I didn't think many of the jokes were very funny, but I laughed anyway because you can't really help it when other people are laughing, and some of the jokes were so corny you couldn't help but laugh. There is a rule at this attraction that during the show there is no videotaping, photography, or cell phone use. These rules aren't extremely uncommon in Disney World, but they are very strict about it in this show. I have heard that they actually have a Cast Member whose job it is to make sure that nobody is videotaping or taking pictures of the show. So unfortunately, I couldn't take any pictures. Basically, the story behind this show takes place right after the movie (from what I can tell). We are the humans that power the Monster World with our laughter. In the Queue, if you pay attention, there is a point where you cross over from the human world to the monster world. It is a giant door with a red light on it. After you pass through this door, you enter an adjacent queue area. There are subtle details that set this place apart from the "human world", such as the wacky lights on the ceiling, and notes written by monsters on the memo board on the wall. We enter into the monster world, and sit down in a comedy club. The monsters tell jokes on the screen, and interact with the audience, in a way very similar to Turtle Talk with Crush. Often, the camera will be pointed to an audience member, and the monsters will involve this person in part of a joke. Before the show, the camera goes around to people in the audience, and funny subtitles are put below the person on the screen up front. Probably the neatest part of the show is that you have a chance to have one of the monsters tell your joke. You can text message your joke to a number given in the preshow. Then, Mike Wazowski will read off your joke at the end of the show if it is chosen. I did this, but my joke was not used...which was sad, because my joke was way better: Q: Why are there two doors on a chicken coop? A: Because if there were 4 doors, it would be a chicken sedan! Yeah, it's not THAT good, but it's a heck of a lot better than "Why was 6 afraid of 7?" Overall, Laugh Floor Comedy Club was fun. The show itself was cool, and very well presented. The audience interaction made the show the awesome show that it is. Near the end of the day, I went around looking for a shirt. I like wearing disney or ride-related shirts, and I wanted one from Space Mountain. It turns out that I found a really cool one in the Tomorrowland Arcade: Front: Back: I just wore this shirt again today and I really like it. Pictures: My friend and I on Splash Mountain. In the second row. The picture quality isn't very good, but you get what you pay for (I didn't buy it, I took a picture of the preview) Mickey Ball Really crappy pic from inside the Monsters Inc. queue Laugh Floor Entry from the Human World into the Monster World Laughing > Screaming Space Mountain Pictures This is the unloading area right after the ride broke down, while the Cast Member went off to find my friend's purse. Track going from the unload area around to the load area (you can get really close to this and get a good view any time, but the lights made it easier to see) This girl made Space Mountain stop working. Few people have that much power. Space Mountain Lights on Pictures I ran up the exit ramp while the lights were on to get these pictures: (These pictures are full size and reveal the inside of the Space Mountain ride building with the work lights on. I have turned them into links instead of posting them as pictures, so they will not stretch the page. Sorry I did it this way, but I didn't want to resize them.) http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637713_DSC05458.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637714_DSC05459.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637715_DSC05460.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637716_DSC05461.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637717_DSC05462.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637718_DSC05463.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637726_DSC05464.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637727_DSC05465.JPG http://www.imagehosting.com/out.php/i637728_DSC05466.JPG DISCLAIMER: None of these pictures were obtained by breaking park rules. MORE PICTURES!! We stopped by the store inside Cinderella Castle, where they sell more overpriced Disney crap. But NICE overpriced Disney crap. This painting is so freakin cool. It cost a lot. I don't remember how much, but it was too much. Hey look, this WDW Castle replica is bigger than Disneyland's castle! Guess how much it costs. Castle made of shiny things: $37500 Overpriced (but cool) "cursed Pirate's gold": $20 Getting to see a fox with his tail in an alligator's mouth stand on a bear's butt: Priceless The last picture I took on the trip was this REALLY cute bunny I saw in the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). It was about the size of a squirrel. I hope you enjoyed the trip report! Thanks for reading.
  3. It's on my bookmarks bar in Firefox Google is my homepage.
  4. Wow...if Gwazi can be compared to voyage, this takes away all hope that someday I might ride a good (in my opinion) woodie. Mind posting a few pictures?
  5. WOW! THAT looks like a FUN RIDE! *mumbles to self* "I take a break from reading coaster message boards, and see what I miss out on...."
  6. I would TOTALLY ride that! Being a fan of flat rides like the Zipper and Power Surge, I love rides that have free flipping seats. Since the vertical rotation is weighted so that the riders are in a safe postion, large G forces would be perfectly fine.
  7. Congratulations on the birth of Kidtums! (I know everyone else is saying the exact same thing but it feels weird not to) Hope you guys have fun raising a child, lets just hope she isn't afraid of coasters! I wonder what her first credit will be.... I was thinking that you should start her off at an early age, but then I thought that maybe it would be a good idea to let her choose.... I will always remember my first roller coaster ride.
  8. I just beat Resident Evil 4 for the first time. This game is FANTASTIC! EVERYONE needs to play it. I'm going back to play it again. When I saved my game near the end (before the finale cut scenes and the final boss) I saw that I had been playing for 23 1/2 hours. I thought "Wouldn't it be cool if I beat the game in less than 24 hours?" Well, after the credits rolled, I got my score for the entire game. Not only was I surprised by how many freakin enemies I killed in this game (almost 1000), I was also amazed that I actually DID beat the game in less than 24 hours... by only 14 SECONDS! ha! That made me happy. Oh. I died 84 times. Nice. Here's my proof:
  9. Resident Evil 4 I got my Wii, and I got Twilight Princess the same day. I played TP for ONE day. I bought Resident Evil 4 the next day, and haven't touched Zelda since, even though I'm a huge zelda fan. I made it to the first dungeon in Twilight Princess, and now I kinda got bored and I've been playing RE4, I probly won't touch zelda again until I beat the darn thing...maybe twice. In RE4, I'm at the part where you have to avoid Saddler while he tries to attack you, but you can't kill him because he has the last piece of a key that you need. Kinda funny, the Resident Evil graphics are SO MUCH BETTER than the graphics for Twilight Princess. Now, I'm not a hardcore graphics fan, and I bought the Wii for a reason, but I have never seen anything like the environments and characters in this game. It's kinda funny.... I am one of the lucky owners of the hard to find Nintendo Wii. About 90% of the time I have spent playing it so far, I have been playing a Gamecube game. LOL!!
  10. On some other message board I posted a thread like this, and I typed a lot about a few of my dreams, when I find it, I'll copy and paste it here. But I have lots of dreams about coasters. Usually, they either involve a disney ride that is REALLY different than it is in real life, or it is a coaster that I REALLY want to ride, and just before I get on it I wake up Last night I had a dream that my girlfriend's dad yelled at me a lot, and told me I wasn't allowed at their house again... gee now that's a great dream to have, seeing that I'm going over there today.... Oh, and a while ago I had a dream that I almost fell off sheikra, I was going up the lift hill, and I unbuckled the safety belt for a second, I don't remember why. All of the sudden the actual OTSR went up and it locked up. I couldn't pull it back down, but SOMEHOW, I managed to survive the ride by holding on to the bottom of the seat.... go figure...
  11. I have also recieved all of the sacrements you just listed. While I agree that some of the church's messages can be often exaggerated, I do believe that hell exists. While I definitely agree agree, all souls are given a second chance, and God DOES forgive everyone, hell exists for a reason. There are some people who are not willing to accept God's forgiveness. These are the people who end up going to "the other place". EDIT: Also, I both agree and disagree with what Wes is saying. Yes, I believe in science, and the big bang, and dinosaurs and evolution. Some may say this doesn't make me a true Catholic, but I believe in these things because they make sense. However, to me, it doesn't make sense that there couldn't be a God. Because the Big Bang may have created the Universe, but who created the Big Bang? Who created matter, the laws of physics, and where did the space that the universe takes up come from? Life is a very complicated thing, it is pretty much imposible to create, and the earth alone works together to provide all of it's inhabitants with what they need to survive. I cannot see all of this happening by chance. I believe that there is a God, he does exist, and chances are, you will meet him once you leave this life. I pretty much believe most of what happens in the bible, and while "Adam and Eve" doesn't really match up with "Evolution", I kinda take both with a grain of salt, and I don't really question too much of what I can't explain, because that's what faith is. ...I really need to stop rambling now.... I'm going to check my Wii cause the blue light is glowing...
  12. That was AMAZING! And I actually thought the disneyland castle joke was good! This should be put on the front page... it's that good. hehe I like how much detail you put into this. That elissa picture was your wallpaper? Robb Report? I noticed the vekoma box in the background.
  13. I'm Catholic, and while I believe that baptism may be important to many who share my religion, I don't think it is necessary to get into heaven. Of course, it's a step in the right direction. I believe that the only people who don't make it to heaven are those who openly and willingly deny God and block him from their lives. I even think that non believers have just as much of a chance, as long as they are willingly to accept God. Pretty much, you either choose God or Satan. When you choose to not worship God, you are letting Satan trick you.. I'm gonna have to go with God. Hey, I'm only 16, but I go to a Catholic school and they have an excellent bible class that is required for all students. This type of subject is interesting to me.
  14. I hate it when you are stretching your arms high up towards the cieling, and you hit your fingers on the fan blades while it's spinning full speed.
  15. My Wii # is 7195-2029-3133-0755 If you want me to add you, PM me over the forums.
  16. I had never seen the matrix until two days ago.
  17. HEY! We haven't made out since last year! ...It's about time! just kidding ....or am I?
  18. The Wii is from Santa The Jacket is from my girlfriend The new haircut is from her mom (who is a stylist) The Coasterdynamix model cost me $200 of my own money from my job (where I only work 12 hours a week) ...and yes, I made those paintings
  19. I now have a girlfriend She's awesome! She likes roller coasters too YAY My happiness pie at it's best...
  20. My year was great! On January 27, I experienced Expedition Everest for the first time. I was able to ride it 4 times in about an hour! I dont think anyone needs to see any pictures. On May 5, I went to the Magic Kingdom at WDW for a day. In June, I went to Islands of Adventure and Universal (the trip lasted a week), and rode The Incredible Hulk, both Dueling Dragons, and The Mummy... all for the first time (I had been to IOA/USF many times before, and I loved coasters...but was way too afraid to actually ride). I also got another credit at Old Town. A small 50 ft tall Zamperla coaster, which was bumpy and cost $5 per ride, but it was actually REALLY fun! And had a bunch of parts that were more intense than I thought they should have been when I first saw it. In August I went back to IOA/USF for just a weekend, and I did the same rides over again. A few highlights are getting to ride Popeye and Dudley for the first time (I never did before, as I hated water rides), and also getting stuck on spiderman for 20 minutes, watching the ride with the lights on, getting to see the motion base up close, and seeing how weird the projected images look when you are stationary. Only 2 weeks later, I went to boomers. I rode Dania Beach Hurricane a bunch of times (this ride is starting to get boring for me... i dunno what it is but meh..) But right after, I nervously stepped up to Boomers' 160 ft tall, 60 mph Gravityworks Skyscraper, called The-Blender. I was quite nervous before getting on, but I reassured myself that it wouldnt be very scary. I was SO wrong. That ride was the scariest ride I have ever imagined. I got off and my cheeks were tingling, my legs were numb, and I was SO hyper I ran all the way to the Hurricane in like 30 seconds and rode it in a daze, not even sure what was going on. The-Blender is now my FAVORITE ride, ANYWHERE. I've been on it 5 times and I love everything about it. In September I went back to boomers, same idea. In November I went to the Broward county fair and rode a ton of flat rides that I had never been on, and was afraid to try the last time I had a chance. Last week I went to Boomers again Next week I'm going... AGAIN! (I cant get enough Skyscraper action, and I got a raincheck last week but rode anyway... so I'm going twice.)
  21. This was the first year they had it there. Last year it was about 15 minutes farther away from me, and yes I think it was bigger (but I never went in). How was it?
  22. I just rode it for the first time last friday. I took pictures of it and reviewed it inside my Broward County Fair Photo Trip Report. Yes, it is a really good ride, but it IS scary. When I say scary, I don't mean thrilling, I mean scary. The ride twists you and flips you around and you feel like you are going to get thrown out onto the pavement. You are completely safe, and it's fun, but on my first ride I was starting to get a little freaked out and I was ready for it to be over. Most of the fear comes from the apparent danger. I havent felt like this on many rides. Try it though. It's pretty neat. I found an onride video on youtube also. Oh, and to share some personal experience with first time thrill rides... I was always a HUGE chicken. I would ride anything. I always loved coasters and flat rides but I would never ride them. On April 2, 2005, I rode Rock 'n' Roller Coaster for the first time. My first inversion on any ride. All of the sudden I wasn't afraid to try anything. I still get nervous before some rides for the first time, but I never chicken out anymore. But I'm glad I do still anticipate nervously. It makes the ride all the more fun.
  23. Do you mean the supplier of the rides? Like Hildebrand or a similar company? Well I kept seeing the name Reithoffer all over the rides, so I'm going to assume that was the company. Look at the picture of the power surge (with the caption about the crotch belt). You see the name on the sign. And that R is the logo on the ferris wheel.
  24. Yes, actually I really did like it. It was one of the older ones with the heavier cars. Supposedly they spin more. But yeah, the lap bar actually fit just right, not too tight and not too loose. And I don't really mind bumpiness as long as it isnt lateral. I did hit my head on the back of the seat once but the ride was fun. Yes, the layout is pretty much exactly the same as Primeval Whirl at Animal Kingdom. I noticed that the first dip doesn't have as much of a curve on this one, which makes the first drop less scary. And the mouse actually isn't very painful at all.
  25. I had been looking forward to this day for about a year. Ever since I lost my fear of all rides once I stepped off my first coaster with inversions, I had been looking to ride some of the more intense flat rides. On Friday, November 24, I went to the Broward County Fair. The prices were steep, but worth it for me, being a ride enthusiast. For JUST ADMISSION, you had to pay $10. If you wanted to ride all of the rides all day long as much as you wanted, you had to pay $25 in advance or $30 at the gate (at least this includes admission). You could buy an unlimited pass for every day of the fair, complete with a Photo ID for about $60 in advance or $90 at the gate. Once again, this includes admission. I went for the $30 ride all day wristband, I didn't buy in advance. It was worth it though, but I wouldn't go more than once a year. The fair wasn't as big as it was last year. Last year they advertised it a having 100 rides. Well I'm going to give a quick list of the most notable rides they had there this year. Freak Out, Tango, Zipper, Power Surge, Ring Of Fire, Wild Mouse, Gravitron, Sling Shot (which was actually a launching drop tower despite the decieving name), Pharoah's Fury, Avalanche, Twister, Tilt a Whirl, Dutch Wheel (the name for the giant Ferris Wheel).... and I could keep going on but those were the major rides. Ok, now on to some photos: The fair was open from Noon to 12 am on Friday, and I got there at about 12:30. It looked like it might be a rainy day but it turned out nicely. The first ride of the day was the Wild Mouse coaster (my 33rd Coaster). Nothing too special, it was fun, but probably had the lowest capacity of any of the major rides. 3 out of 5 After that I went straight to the ride I was looking forward to the most, the Freak Out. This ride is like the KMG Afterburner (Fireball in the US), but it only holds 16 riders. I never had to wait in any line and this was the least painful ride of the day. I love this ride for the airtime. My only complaint is that the cycle is pretty lame. You start off spinning and begin to swing. After a few turns you stop spinning . Then you finally begin spinning again once you reach the full swing, but you only get about 4 swings before the ride is over. I rode it 7 times. 4.5 out of 5 Starship 3000? Inside!!! Next I went over the Gravitron, or as it was called here, the Starship 3000. I had never been on one of these before either. Basically it spins you around and you stick to the wall, but I wasn't expecting the walls to slide up! That gave me a good scare. I layed upside down and did all sorts if fun things, but still, this ride doesn't do much else. Still a classic though. After 2 rides I give it 3 out of 5 Right next to the Starship 3000 is the Power Surge (Zamperla). The only time I had ever seen one of these was in the IAAPA 2001 video on this site. The Power Surge was definitely Freaky. many times during this ride, you put your entire weight on the OTSR. There is no "crotch belt" either, so its pretty scary. The seats were minimal, and most of the scariness of this ride wasn' because it was fast or forceful, but because you constantly felt like you we're going to get thrown on the ground. Oh, and if you ride this by yourself, your seat will be sideways. Ha. I rode 4 times. 4 out of 5 Now I finally went over to the Tango, the ride I had been putting off for the first hour because it looks so scary. I had been watching videos of this ride and I was fascinated by the movements. It looked like a truly terrifying ride. I was quite dissapointed. It was more like a "hold on and endure the pain" type of ride. It didnt stop me from riding it 4 times though. I enjoyed being on the ride, and the view was neat. But the pain is rediculous. The restraint holds down both of your shoulders, and it also pushes really hard right above your..erm..privates. Watching this ride, I give it a 5, it is an incredible ride to watch, but when riding it, I give it 2.5 out of 5 Ring of Fire It was fun going around in a loop, but the view was terrible, the seats were uncomfortable and very confined... Not much else to say, and I only wanted to ride it once 2 out of 5 The Zipper. Wow, I sure was in for a treat. I was always fascinated by this ride ever since I was a little kid. I never saw myself getting on it, but I actually did. Because the ride was older, I wasnt expecting it to live up to the other rides. But it surpassed them. I was having a contest with the group of people I was with to see whose car would flip the most (without flipping it yourself). I won, and got 6 spins in a row. My seat also happened to get stuck upside down for about 4 seconds near the end of the ride, not sure how that happened. Because you can't ride by yourelf, and nobody else in my group wanted to ride, I only got to ride once. But this became my favorite ride of the entire fair. I give it a very rare 5 out of 5 Well those we're all of the major rides that I feel are worth reviewing, but here are some extra pictures: Whooo big Ferris Wheel. I must give credit to this ferris wheel, if it weren't for him I wouldn't have gotten most of those neat photos. See? The Power Surge has NO CROTCH BELT (I actually think that's what it's called, too) Woohoo KMG!! (I love when manufacturers put their name on the ride) This is for you ferris wheel enthusiasts Wow, what a miserable life this woman must have. I can't believe people still actually pay to see these things anyway. What's the point of this ride anyway? And here is one last roller coaster picture for you people saying "I'm bored, this guy doesn't post very many roller coaster pictures" I look forward to returning to the Broward County Fair next year! Hopefully I'll be able to make it to the South Florida fair when it comes early next year (I think). Thanks to everyone who spent time reading this. Oh and by the way, the fair ends today (11-26-06) at 10 PM. I hear that Theme Park Review is showing up there at some time, but I dont feel like paying admission again to get in.
