Well now its working again

Today me and my family decided to go to Six Flags Elitch Gardens. The crowds were huge, rides broken, horrible weather, a wonderful time! The pictures tell the story. This wraps up my PhotoTripReport! Thanks for reading! Today, there were so many emo kids running around. Plus I think a queen escaped from Disneyland. Its sad, Six Flags Elitch Gardens only has 2 vertical loops. =[ Boomerang was running on and off, but the line was way to long for me to ride today. I did a good photo! Do I get a treat now? The vertical loop is top. Im on bottom. I sat in back, and it was much smoother than last year! Ok, this is only 1/5 of what was down there. Mind Eraser was the only ride the entire day that didn't break down while I was in line! "Hey, why don't we ride Batwing?" CLOSED, 3rd time! Silvester was eating little kids. Woman in first row, "Wow! Its really smooth! I think everyone should travel to Colorado to see for themselves how smooth it is!" The ride op on his cell phone. I feel COMPLETELY safe on this ride now. The entire ride got re-tracked, so I was a happy lil' camper on how smooth is was! But pissed because of the new trims. >=[ Breakdown again, 2nd in a row! Im on a roll! Must remember not to throw missiles! They have added some fun things in the queue under the station, 4 fact plaques, and 4 large posters from the old Elitch Gardens. Never heard of this before now have we... Its smooth in the mornings, but I feel sorry for the afternoon riders. R.I.P. Right when I get up to load..."Lady's and Gentlemen, The Flying Torture Machine Of Shoulder Death is experiencing technical difficulties..." etc. Day started with The Flying Torture Machine Of Shoulder Death. One of the new things is this ripped red guy in spandex. There were a few small things new around the park. Like a flag pole.

When I try and start RCT3, there is a pop-up window saying that DirectX9 was not found. When I click retry, nothing happens. Help?

With my TPR DVD (EE) I put in my computer the other night to watch. It worked great! But now, a few nights later, it won't play! My computer I don't think even recognizes the DVD anymore. In Media Center, the "Play DVD" isn't coming up. Also, Dell CineTheater isn't starting like it should. When I manually start it, the screen pops up for less than a second, then doesn't show up again. Anyone can help?

If you have another disk drive, use that. -
Here you can take a quick tour of B-52 Billiards. http://www.b52billiards.com/tour-patio.html I remember going to B-52 once. It was right after a baseball game. Its a really cool place! B-52 is about a 2 minute drive from Six Flags Elitch Gardens, and the Pepsi Center. Only about 100 yards from Coors Field. I will be driving around Denver sporadically May threw September, trying to get a glimpse of whats going on down there.

Emo Park! [RCT3]
Twister II replied to Twister II's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Yea, Im really sorry I can't update anymore. =[ However, I did re-install RCT3, with Soaked and Wild on our brand new computer, and it works 100% better than it does on my computer! One of the reasons why I didn't like to post updates would be because RCT3 took so long to load. Since now its faster, expect more! -

Here are my favorites from Disney's California Adventure. I also have one of these from the 2nd car. -
Silent Hill looks really cool! I didn't know there was a game based off of it! I thought it looked more religious. Scary Movie 4 was a waist of money for me. I mean, of course, there were some hilarious parts, but most of the time I was like "OK, come on, keep the movie going." And got pretty boring after a while.

NEWS: Six Flags Sells Yet Another Park!
Twister II replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I know Six Flags Elitch Gardens 'may' sell depending on how it does in 2005. I read that in an article somewhere months ago. -

I can get SFEG maps probably. Last year they wanted us to recycle them as we were leaving. -
Get coupons. There's one on the website I think. Just be careful, sometimes, the crew on Desert Storm gets really pissy and won't let the train go if there isn't a certain about of people. Also, LISTEN to the op on Desert Storm, wait til they tell you to get in the train, or he'll (mostly the hippy op) won't dispatch until everyone is behind the lines, and in the 'gates'.

That's not a hidden Mickey. Hidden Mickey's are placed in 'out of the ordinary' spots and would not usually be catchable by the eye.
-
Don't know if this counts or not, but looking through pictures, I noticed this! In the upper right corner there are 3 coils of cords, 2 symmetrical circles, connected by a larger circle, thus making a Mickey Mouse head. Just wanted to point this out. =] PS-Sorry if Im a little slow!

Amazing water slides
Twister II replied to FLIPDUDE's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Every now and then I keep hearing about this water slide that relases water after your 1/2 down the slide. Like, the guard presses a button, and a box of water lets out and give you a 'boost'. If I remember right, it's like in Idaho or California... -
Theme Park Review Mobile!
Twister II replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I have my T-Mobile Sidekick II, from Disneyland, www.themeparkreview.com/forum loaded quite quickly, and I could make a few posts while standing in line for Big Thunder Mountain. However, the only thing I've noticed while on the regular site is that the chat doesnt work. My phone does have Java, but it opens the chat in different boxes: Text, Chat, Who's Online, Rules, etc. I'd love to see that available, but I don't think it could be possible.
