Not really an ask Alvey, but I didn't know where else to post this. Okay I made some rather silly grammar mistakes in my posts but as I have said many times before NO ONE is perfect. I did say I was okay with you flushing out the people who make hundreds of grammatical mistakes, but I made what 10, maybe I should have read them more carefully but I didn't and I don't see why you make a big deal out of it. If you wish to ban me then thats your choice, but I can tell you I take much more care over my posts than some people on here.

Ban me for what, showing how hypocritical you were for saying that you accept any small typos in post but pointing out the small typo I had made and calling it ironic. I'm all for you trying to flush out the people who are regularly making hundreds of errors and using shorthand whenever possible, but tell me what i have done to earn a reply telling me you should ban me right now. -

Give the guy a break, he made one mistake that's hardly ironic, as he says no one is perfect. -
Have you ever had someone ask you...
Stealth replied to MisterP's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Wow some people actually havn't experienced this, if only that was the case for me. I get this all the time at Thopre especially. The most common reason they give as many other people have seen in this thread is, "Yeh i need to go catch up with my mates." As some people have mentioned the issue of people wanting to cut in line so they can ride on the same train as their friends, some of the time i will visit parks in a group of three, but we wouldn't cut in front to catch up with whoever is in front. The person in front would let people move in front of them to get the same train as whoever is behind. Its just rude to cut in front of people unless they offer, asking them if you can cut in front is kind of rude unless you ask politely and have a valid reason. -

This is a problem but im pretty sure it's not just the "kids" and if it is its not all of us, and even though it is annoying it's much worse on some other forums. Like this for example, "I'd prefure it to be a flawless now instead of a flyer." I won't say where i found this but maybe we should count ourselves lucky most people on here are intelligent and can write properly. As for me i generally make a whole load of typos but i take the time to read back over the post before posting it most of the time, and if not i will go back and edit it if i notice something wrong. I gernerally use shorthand in texts and on msn but when i need to write things out properly i can. -
New Ride From Zamperla
Stealth replied to pgathriller's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I have to agree this ride would be pretty kewl in Chessy but i would have to say that if they were to get one of these then i doubt they would keep Ramesis aswell as. They would probably end up pushing Ramesis over to Thorpe. I personally don't think we will see one of these coming to CWOA any time soon though, if at all. -
Flying Fish at Thorpe Park
Stealth replied to verticalzero's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I personally think its a goood thing its coming back but as the only thing being introduced next year its not that exciting. Although with the introduction of stealth and the proposal of another large scale coaster in the near future it might have been the only thing that they could afford and its better than having nothing what so ever being installed for next year. Here's a picture i took at the end of last season of them clearing land for the ride, it shows exactly where the ride will be situated. Flying Fish -

^^^ Do they really have this on Dragon Khan at PA, when was this introduced, becasue they didn't have it when i was there -
Yeh i have been the first public rider on stealth after it borke down. THe catch car wasn't aligning properly, so we got in our seeats and then the brakes went down as usual but only the first set then they went straight baack up again and we were sitting there for 5 minutes before they got us out. They then rolled both trains back so one was in the unload area and the other in the small brake section before the station then they had to manually align the catch before we got back in and got our ride

i have officially changed my mind about the launch/lift debate, i agree that the fact the train is travelling at a constant speed and not being accelerated proves it is not a launch it is a lift. -

Hulks launch is 40mph, anyone know how fast this launch/lift whatever you want to call it going to be??? Persoanally i agree that it is a launch because it isn't being pulled or lifted up the hill. -

Slammer stuck AGAIn!!!
Stealth replied to Stealth's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Yeh it happened when i was on it once fortunately i wasn't on te front row that time so i didn't have to get off I didn't see it get stuck but as the two front rows were empty im guessing it was to heavy when they weighed it and so they would of had to make the front row riders get off. If anyone else was there on sunday could you confirm that they had to take the two front rows off and also how long were they stuck up there for?? -
Slammer stuck AGAIn!!!
Stealth replied to Stealth's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Slammer opened last here and it was extremely bad for downtime and it hasn't changed this year!!! That happens on slammer when the weight is rong, because as it goes up it gets weighed to make sure it will run properly. When the ride got stuck on sunday i noticed that when it had been weighed it was obviously too heavy as the first rows on each side were empty, this obviously wasnt enough, im guessing that the ride got stuck because either the ride wasnt weighed the second time that it went up or on the second time there was something rong with the weighing mechanism (i'm not an engineer so that is just a guess!) -
