SoCal Park Photo TR
Dailey Enterprizes replied to Gnome's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Pretty cool stuff, I hope to get to SoCal someday. My sister was at Knott's in 1997 for the Rose Bowl parade. Funny thing was that she hated coasters... -

You know I just realized how hard it must be to keep all those parks running. I hope Cedar Fair can handle them all because it isn't exactly a fast food chain is it? -
The Best Morgan Hyper Coaster

^Ditto, those trains are just arrow corkscrew trains with a different body and restraint system. Imo, those are the most comfortable restraints and seats in the world. I think the B&M hyper restraints would be the second most comfortable. I have a question though, who built the new shells for the Phantom? I say Morgan if I had to guess because they manufacture their own trains, but so do many other companies. -
I decided to revise the old Cinderbreak into Cinderbreak II. I smoothed out some of the rougher sections, removed tree collisions, fixed the tunnel errors, removed one of the cars to make a smoother ride for the riders, and I added a little extra something to the brake runs to give it a classic wooden coaster feel. Enjoy... CinderbreakII.nltrack

The Best Morgan Hyper Coaster
Dailey Enterprizes replied to Thrillrider15's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Imo, the Phantom's Revenge is in a class of it's own compared to the other hypers out there, but for the sake of this thread I picked the Phantom... -

Uhh theme doesn't always makes things perfect. Kennywood did the theme thing for The Exterminator and it worked out well because they tied it in with Pittsburgh, but theme sucked for Volcano Valley and Garfield's Nightmare. Now we got Aliens comming into the park, god help us... -
^ What were you expecting? The surprises were the ravine drops and I wasn't going to post screenshots until a little while because I wanted people to get the surprise effect of going through the tunnel and then all of a sudden... drop! Oh well, I tried... anyway here are the rest of the screenshots. the last turnaround the far turnaround the layout the general profile trains say hello to one another the bottom of the double dip

^Oh yea, South Ferry is fine, but it's the older Ferry station that needs the makeover. -

Yea I know, I'm very glad that New York is re-doing that whole subway section underneath that part of Manhattan Island. It was always congested and really cramp because only two cars from the subway train can fit inside the station. I hope the new station is finished when I go back to New York this year. -
Alrighty, time for a woody! No, not porn guys, sheesh Haha, anyway here is a coaster that I just made called Cinderbreak... I'm not going to post any more pictures just yet because I want to leave some suprises left to be discovered to those who own No Limits. In about a week I'll post more screenshots for those who don't have it. Anyway, enjoy Cinderbreak... Cinderbreak.nltrack requires 1.6 due to improved friction option

Those are awesome pictures that you guys took. Did you guys manage to get over to the Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry? I'm wandering this because they were suppose renovate that incredibly shady and dangerous subway station that is underneath all that and I'm wondering if it's done. Oh wait.. Was this it? -
Coasters after childbirth

This brings back Westcoaster memories and let me tell you that the only thing I learned was not to ask dating advice on a public forum. Anyway, I doubt I can give you much advice, but I'll say this; your hobby is just a hobby and you shouldn't really let it decide who your girlfriend should be. I don't have a girlfriend, but I made peace with the fact that I'm not a babe magnet and the right one will enter my life someday. That's my perspective though, goodluck to you. -

Cool stuff, y'know back in middle school I used to dream about going to Penn State and working with GCI. Haha, well that's why it was a dream, I'm in Titusville trying to earn my credits so I can transfer to Pitt Main and pursue my career from there. Goodluck with the intern btw... -

Dailey Enterprizes replied to turbolaaf's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Is it normal to have the whole slab of concrete act as the support footer for a coaster or is this a new GCII technique that they've just started to use? I don't think it's that big of a deal though. The coaster looks pretty cool so far and I do admit that I am one of the many who like construction photos...
