Fuji-Q Highlands Discussion Thread
A.J. replied to Ed's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Of course, the experience will most likely be ruined by whatever "padding" they decide to put on the restraints. -

I understand I'm a whiney boy defending my own track, but this seems a little suspicious. I've never seen a ranking changed so much in so little time.

Here's the believed layout again, to quell some confusion - -
Sorry, the fishy smell was what I had for dinner last night. I generously gave his track a three - it was very smooth and I liked the layout, but there were too many clearance issues.

I have to say, Wildcat hasn't been terrible ever since they fitted the new trains in 2007. I even consider it re-rideable.

The WDW Disney College Program
A.J. replied to jackskellington101's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Do NOT expect to do everything your role description says. You could be on the parking trams your entire college program. The role description is a little outdated - I believe they stopped training College Program students as pilots after the pink/purple accident in 2009. -

Yes, that looks like Intamin supporting - looks like one of Intimidator-305's upper supports (track joint on one end, support connection on the other) - four holes on each edge for connector bolts. I'm such a nerd. -
Hollywood RockIT Update 26-03 [NL]

"Fluffy, fluffy bunnies filled with medicine and goo" appears whenever you type the word that starts with "loc" and ends with "kers". -
R.D., want me to upload my example to the exchange? Don't worry about users stealing my work - I watermarked it in a place where none of these kids would think to look - I constructed "A.J." in brown tarmac paths underground under the Dipper's support structure - you have to put on all three "see throughs" to even notice it.

TPR CHALLENGE: TEH BIG DIPPER

Might be a good idea to front page it in a little while as well.

Just downloaded Zelda: Majora's Mask onto my Wii. It's rather strange, I had never played it before until now.
-
Right then - I am very close friends with the girls I knew at high school that I wanted to go out with. I'm like a psychiatrist to them - they always come to me with their troubles (such as coming off of a break-up), because they know I always keep a positive attitude. I always end up having long conversations with them, and then they tall me how good of a friend I am to them. But I never get any further than "really good friend". [censored]. I hate it!

What is your next park?

Bumping this thread because I'm excited! I'm heading out to Coney Island next Saturday the 18th! I can't wait to get a ride on the Cyclone. -

Finished - Once I got my guest count up to 2,000, it was really hard to keep everyone in. I held the count up for five months. Make sure the players know that repaying the loan is a requirement of the challenge. Half the kids on the forum won't bother reading the scenario description. EDIT: It might be a good idea to have all the rides start with prices of $1 to $2. That way, players will have to think, "Oh, I need to increase the prices or I can't pay off the loan".

Could have followed as a guest, and just registered today so he could post something about it. -
I like that we're all represented as staff members. You may want to not use the word "teh" so much. Also, to add to the storyline, you may want to rename some of the shops and rides - for example, I renamed the ATM "Monies".

Progress is a wonderful thing. -
After a long car ride, I have some impressions. The difficulty is perfect. Mildly challenging, but nowhere near impossible. As of April Year 3 I have repaid the loan, I have over 1,000 guests, and I have over $10,000 to burn. Good job.
