Really? Because I was at the park yesterday and everyone I talked to LOVED the ride and said it was great fun. Yep, same here, I didn't hear one person say it was bad or complain about it.

Yeah, the only benefit of being a Joe Cool club member, besides random discounts here and there, is that you get ERT after the park closes. They only have those like twice a season, though, and they've already done it once this year.

No, you are wrong, both times I was at CP this summer, May 17 and 18 and June 13, they were letting people in early with only Maxx Passes.

Why do you want to be a Joe Cool club member? All Maxx Pass people get in early, Joe Cool club member or not.

If that's what you are doing then count me out. I won't have No Limits when I go to college in August and can only do it if there's a deadline in the summer.

So waist packs are allowed on every ride? Yeah, I used to wear one. This was the first year I wore cargo shorts.

^^^ I think it all depends on the person that's sitting at the entrance. I wear glasses, and when I ride I put them in my cargo pocket. Sometimes they will ask me if I have a place to put them, and I show them my pocket, and other times they won't say anything and just stare at me as I walk by. Yeah, lol, MF is a little hard because you have to actually throw it over the track to the on-ride photo area. I have, however, seen it done.

On TTD they tell you that if you have nowhere to put it, to stuff it down your shirt.

No, you get on and off at the same spot. Maverick also has bins. TTD and MF are the only two rides that you can't bring items on. What I have seen people do on TTD, though, is right as the gates open to load, they run over to the fence and give the item to a non rider standing on the midway. The ops don't care if you do that.

Trash Big Dipper? I love Big Dipper that was my first "real" Coaster. I hate that ride so much. I gave it a 1/10 in my CF ratings. I have ridden it probably about 4 or 5 times total. I don't know if it's just maybe I didn't brace myself right or what, but every single time, it gave me a sore neck that didn't go away for weeks.

Good job Robb on turning them down! I would have done the same thing, my view is the same as yours and the complete opposite of theirs.

She was, in fact, 13. According to this site ( http://www.rideaccidents.com/ ), SFKK has released the following statement. "At approximately 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, 6-21-07, the Superman Tower of Power ride at the Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom Park in Louisville, Ky. malfunctioned and injured a 13-year-old female, whose legs were severed above the ankle. The EMTs at the park were on the scene immediately and the girl was transported to UL hospital, where she is currently being treated. We have been in contact with both the hospital and her family. The ride has been shut down and will remain so until a full investigation has been completed. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide whatever assistance we can."
