  1. If they didn't add stuff in, then some songs would be boring, like Surrender for instance.
  2. Ha. I had never been on a George Forman before I went to SFNE, and once on it, I was thinking the exact same thing. WHY?
  3. Pretty good TR. Just one question. Why did you not like Mind Bender in the back seat? There is some great ejector airtime on that ride if you ride in the very back or the very front.
  4. Thats too bad that it was that crowded. Just curious, but what did you think of Voyage?
  5. ya, thats what everyone says.....until they play it.
  6. Was this on a Saturday? I was just there on a week day and I got plenty of rides on everything.
  7. Plus it is the greatest thing ever.
  8. My best score was a 98% on Sweet Child 'O Mine and Can't You Hear Me Knockin' both on expert.
  9. I agree. I hate that stupid sky coaster. It ruined IMO the most beautiful wooden coaster.
  10. ^no idea "We will be sure to cross our T's and dot our.....lower case J's."
  11. You all know that Bob has not been hosting for years, right? He died way back in '87. He has been computer generated for the last 20 or so years. DUH.
  12. I liked Borg MUCH more than any of the S:UFs I have been on(SFOGs and SFGAMs). What did you not like about it. I thought it was smooth enough and had a much better/ intense layout than SUF.
  13. What row did you sit in? It is KEY to sit in the very back car. If you do, you will get massive ejector
  14. I am glad you had a great time at my home park. I love the fact that so many out of town people really show love for Mind Bender. It is such a great ride, but it really had to grow on me. Most out of towners do not like GA Cyclone, which happens to be tied with Mind Bender for my favorite ride in the park. Did you get a chance to ride it. If so, what did you think.
  15. That last one is hilarious! I loved the poster in the background.
  16. I had a similar experience when my brother and I went to Great America. We were at the park for about four hours(late afternoon to closing) and we were able to ride all of the coasters without a flashpass. Although none of the rides really blew me away, the opperations sure did.
  17. Wacky Worm at Funsville. I pray I never go back again.
  18. Wacky Worm at Funsville. I pray I never go back again.
  19. 1.American Pie-Don Mclean 2.Stairway to Heaven-Led Zeppelin 3.Piano Man-Billy Joel 4.Like a Rolling Stone-Bob Dylan 5.With a Little Help from My Friends-The Beatles
  20. Some people think GH 1 has a better track list, but its Pull offs and Hammer Ons are really dificult and can make the game far harder and less enjoyable. I actually like GH 2 track list, but 1 is about equal in that department. Over all, I would look at the track lists of each, and if either has more songs you would really wanna play, get it. But if you don't have a huge prference in the songs, get two, for wider selection of Customizables, more songs, and better working Hammer ons and pull offs.
  21. It does amaze me how different opinions can be, which is not a bad thing. I've had the exact opposite experiences on these two coaster. I've ridden them both within a 40 hour time frame, and after riding S:ROS, Nitro just seems slightly above average at best to me. I've been on Nitro many times and it just doesn't give me much airtime, actually it's quite boring compared to ROS and El Toro. ...but that's just me. Yes. I agree with the fact that different people get different rides. Take me for example. Voyage is amazing for me mainly because I am so skinny. The reason this is is because the PTC trains that Voyage uses has lapbars that do not go further than a certain point, and because I am so skinny I always have enough room between me and the restraint to enjoy the airtime. From what I have heard on El Toro on the other hand, there is no possible way to have room between you and the restraint. This is an important factor to consider for me because I usually do not enjoy a woodie if I get stapled all of the time.
  22. Thank you!!! That is exactly what I was thinking. I have not been on El Toro, but yes even the "average rides" on Voyage are better than anything I have ever been on.
  23. I don't understand why people are saying this. I have been on this ride 24 times, and all 24 of the times I have been on it were the best of any ride I have been on.
