^Love the North course there! Though Hole of the South course is one of my favorites in the area. Friday should be awesome if you see me say hello, mention TPR or something. I get into a zone where I don't pay attention though so don't get offended if I don't seem to pay attention to you

Last year was my second year and my first with that mask. There is also another costume just like mine in the zone. The rubber chicken is the signature though.

This Friday the crowd will probably be very large because it is opening night. Other then that Friday's are the better option. The weather for this weekend is really good for the screamsters! Cool but not freezing means we won't die of heat exhaustion. P.S. to anyone visiting Fear Faire my avatar is what I will look like.

Oh I was trust me. Though for some reason they trouble us more often then not. Just the last five years it was '07 - Win 17-7 (Marcus Vick) '08 - Loss 22-27 (Glennon) '09 - Win 16-3 (Glennon) '10 - Win 49-27 (Tyrod) '11 - Win 17-10 (Logan) So yeh they do trouble us quite a bit, aside from Tyrod. After that game though, it looks like GT may have it. Hokies just don't have the QB good enough to throw to our outstanding receivers.

MU/ND = TERRIBAD defense. Coming from an Alumni of a team that scores more on defense then offense I was thoroughly disgusted by those two teams last night. Still entertaining though haha

VT/GT should be a great game. Based on first weekend, VT's running game is where its at for us. Our defense will shape up as always under Bud, but GT worries me more the FSU. I think whoever wins the GT/VT game will beat FSU in the championship. ACC is much weaker then usual this year.

You'll still lose to the Hokies Tech looked good, running game will be our strong point. Defense looked a bit shaky at points but Bud will get that wrapped up real quick. As for the rest of the league there were some awesome games between teams not playing fluff. Utah st. Auburn was great, Baylor/TCU, and Minnesota/USC even was exciting.

Opening saturday will be Pointfest again. Chance of crowded is higher.

Possibly. Last year the first weekend was PACKED, but the previous year wasn't. Halloweekends is super popular now so I would bet the first weekend would be crowded and the second weekend may be a better bet for lower crowds.

I would just like to point out that the thumb for this on the home page is awesome.

I'm super biased in saying CP is the best because I scare there and because I haven't been to the other parks haunts. That being said go with Chuck's plan because two parks is always better then one and Howl-O-Scream is better then all the other choices.

While the groups of people who actually pay attention to announcements like this, the coaster communities and locals, may be pissed and call Cedar Point silly for this choice. I actually commend their genius. They are placing a Dino attraction with an up charge right in one of the major kiddie areas. Parents arms shall be rendered from their respective sockets until they take the kids over to Dino island. I am sad that there will be no more,"Pier pressure," or Muddy rivers Banjo, but things need to change, it is life and I've accepted it. On a better note I love Mat Racer slides and am stoked that Soak City will get one!

It is bad that I spent 5 of my 8 hour shift tonight reading this entire thread, and each thread linked in it in its respective entirety. It was also awesome. Love this thread.

^ Oh yeh haha Off the ride now, it is a good ride and a bit freaky. It is also strange because it uses the Harry Potter soundtrack haha

So a quick point. I'm here in line for Windseeker and found out what will kill this ride. It is currently down for high winds. This will be a perpetual issue considering it is right on the beach... Winds on the ground are around 3-4 mph. So a guess is maybe 30 or so up top.

Mean Streak - Not so much because I hate the ride, or because it is rough yet forceless. More because it takes up a large space that could be used to help the park have a really good wooden coaster, or a dark ride, or both.
