kennywood!007 Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 A new chain of parks has begun to come into the coaster world. Top Thrillz Inc. This chain is not your ordinary chain of parks. They have told the coaster-entusiest community they will NOT HAVE ANY clones! The parks will be located around the world, but the US will hold the majority of the parks. The first park that has opened is The Heightz. This park is on more of the Traditional side...with a coaster count of 6. Two junior-size coasters, three average-sized coasters, and one Top-Thrill sized coaster. The big gun of the park is known as Hawk. A high-speed multi-inversioned B&M floorless coaster. I visited the park yesterday and snatched a lot of pics, I will show the best of them. But first I will rate the parks coasters of 5 stars. The park is still being worked on, so look for more arractions and maybe coasters! Rocket: 4/5 very forceful and lots of fun! Big Dipper: 4/5 Awesome airtime, great for the family to! Twister: 3/5 Great for an arrow looper, little jerky but hey pretty fun. These next two coasters are the juniors I will be rating them on a chid level. The Looger: 5/5 great fast lift hill, and holds great speed through the whole ride! Trail Blazer: 5/5 great powered-mine train, very fun. two sets of helixes giving the kids a taste of what is to come! Hawk 6/5 This ride was absolutely amazing! Every inversion held forces, and the speed maintained throughout the entire ride, this is the ride to come to the park for! Enough talk, so lets get to the pictures! Overview....This is a good pic showing how huuuuge Hawk is! The Logger...Trail Blazer was fun, but this ruled.... Sweet, kiddie coasters! This is Trail Blazer, it was fairly fun! This was the best part, the tunnel then the high speed turn! Weeeee Its Arrow, its a twisty part (insert caption here) Two loops! OMG!!11!!!1! Then we ran to Twister! We didn't really walk aroung the park the smart way...we went in all different directrions! lol Woohoo airtime!11!!!11!!!!1!!!11! Not too much to say about the ride, it shoots ya into a loop. Next up was Rocket, the Shuttle Loop. The station, the ride runs up to two trains, and that day it was running both. A train making its way up the lift-hill! Hawk's entrance, I really liked the logo!
kenshinmac Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Just a little thing... The whole z instead of s thing is about as passe now as the whole x means x-treme thing... If I never see another z instead of an s it will be too soon... Oh and don't you think you are tooting your own horn a little much giving your own creation an impossible rating? 6/5... We don't even get to see the layout...
kennywood!007 Posted June 8, 2006 Author Posted June 8, 2006 Im just trying to give the impression that this is the parks best coaster, sorry if it seems I'm bragging, just trying to say something.
kenshinmac Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Fair enough... The only thing I would say about the park is throw some more foliage into some of those shots... It just seems a bit too bare in many areas. Throw some bushes into the lake beneath the mine train. Maybe a few floating barrels... Make sure that you have some sort of visual division between rides when you setup pictures. The shot of the log coaster with the merry go round just looks very very sparse. Some trees in between would break things up nicely.
coasterfreak101 Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 I really like the park, Zack! I would love to see more of Hawk, it looks pretty cool from the overhead! Keep up the great work, I wonder who'll take over the RCT2 Top Thrillz parks..... --Tyler
kennywood!007 Posted June 8, 2006 Author Posted June 8, 2006 I actually put trees in like an hour ago, so your wish has been fullfilled Haha, Tyler! maybe you could be the Rct2 Top Thrillz person....duh stop playing around
CP_RULES Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Looks pretty good, but you can tell its still being built. I just can't wait for the DL, can someone gimme a "P....T......R!!!!!"
DATman Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Great park! My only criticism is that you said there would be no clones, and then you built a shuttle loop. Other than that, this park looks like a lot of fun!
kennywood!007 Posted June 8, 2006 Author Posted June 8, 2006 What I meant by no clones, was no Top Thrillz Inc. parks in the chain will have the same coasters (clones) Sorry if this confused anyone else. But hey, I guess it is a clone but shhhhhhh
DATman Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 ^No one minds shuttle loop clones. They are great rides!
kennywood!007 Posted June 9, 2006 Author Posted June 9, 2006 Thanks for the comments guys but......... Its UPDATE time!! Here are some photos of the park's night life , and some of the empty spaces were vegitated. Also some pics of Hawks layout. P.s I have heard some rumors about a unique LIM Launch Coaster! And the second half takes you through some B&M Floorless signiture interlocking corkscrews! The first half of Hawk takes you trough 3 inversions. Loop, Zero-G, and the much loved Cobra Roll! Overview (night-time) style! Some have been put up on the bottom of Hawk's MCBR! It gives a great lighting affect to the supports! Personally, I think it looks much better! Instead of the normal light poles, it looks like the park is going to the hanging style for ride-lines!
coasterlover420 Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Hmmm. a unique LIM coaster..... What could that be?
CP_RULES Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 There is only one thing that you could have done to really push me over the edge, and congratulations you did it! You're cobra roll is a fatty! It looks horrible, wrong proportions buddy. (BTW people, we talked about this on AIM, he knows I'm joking around [though it does look bad and bugs me a bunch]).
kennywood!007 Posted June 9, 2006 Author Posted June 9, 2006 Eviiiil!!! Its my cobra rull and I'll choose if I want to feed it a lot or not
CP_RULES Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Then you better want to feed it a protein shake or two, cause its WEAK! Muahahahahaha!

coasterfreak101 Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 This is looking great, Zack! The HGR 71 theming looks really cool, I like it Hawks' layout is unique, extra twists in there, but the cobra is really messed up Sorry, knew it would get to ya! Hmm.....wondering about TTEA....oops --Tyler
